Clean and orderly community. The basic service list which is included in the base rate is very comprehensive. Nutrition menu looked good. The grounds appeared safe and sound. Full activity schedule. Staff were friendly and attentive. The live-in residents volunteered to let us tour their appartments and let me know how much they enjoyed living there and how much they liked the staff and other residents. Willingness to help me with more assistance as it comes up such as moving in and other needs.

Very nice place. Staff was very friendly and caring. the Director gave us alot of helpful information. The only they did not that we were looking was the a locked area for dementia patients. We have a concern that my father may wonder away. As that is something some dementia patient are known to do. If he did not have dementia river way place we may have place him.

Very beautiful and spacious rooms. Good feel, clean and modern, many acitivity rooms and friendly staff. Month to month lease with no down payment. Onsite health care, tharapy and assistance. Outside activities plus transportation to local places; church, drug store, appointments... Private pay only and no continuum of care. Contracted onsite support and healthcare could add up quickly.
