We are still moving in, and my sister is in the hospital. However, my disabled neice is already there and everyone from staff to pleasant residents ar very helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful! I have visited with many of the residents and families and have had nothing but glowing compliments of Waterord. I have had to move both my parents and my husbands to homes in the past and have never experienced such "glowing" reviews before....not one negative report! In my view that speaks volumes! I am looking forward to my sister living there and the peace I will feed in knowing she is taken care of, feeling she is safe! ??

Our experiences in the community were very nice. My mother lived here for five years, and everything went very well. A place for mom was great with all the help. They offer nice activities and good food. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very good at following up and making sure we were all settled.

I'am really enjoying my time at this community. Everything is working out very well. The community looks great, they do a very good job with keeping everything nice and clean. The staff is outstanding, they are truly wonderful people. I'am trying out many of the activities they offer. I sing in the choir, I also enjoy the movie nights. The food is excellent, I really enjoy the meals. This is a community I would highly recommend.

My mother loves this place after her first week. She had been living in her own home for over 50 years and the transition was hard. The staff and other residents have made her more than welcome. Maggie was great through the entire process in moving her into her apartment.

My Mom and Dad moved to the Waterford a year and a half ago and it has been exactly what they were needing. The staff is so loving, attentive and caring -- from the maintenance and housekeeping crews, to the dining room staff, to the health care workers, all the way up to the executive administrative staff. Unfortunately, my dad passed away just a couple of months ago. The staff went above and beyond to help me as well as my mom as we journeyed through this sad time. My Mom is doing very well thanks to the "family" atmosphere that the staff works so diligently to create. I am a very protective daughter but I can truthfully say that I highly recommend the Waterford to seniors that are looking for a warm community of peers as well as a happy, supportive place to live and enjoy! This is truly a wonderful community, they are doing a good job caring for my parents. We couldn't be happier with everything they have done for us. It is a beautiful community, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. The staff is wonderful, they have been really good to my parents and very patient. There are activities offered. They are pleased. I'am pleased with the care and I would recommend it.

We picked this community because our tour went good. We got to see a clean and maintained facility. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We did not get a chance to try the food but we understand it is good. There are activities available and when Mom moves in, I'm sure she will participate. Everything went perfect and I would recommend this community.

I would give this community the highest rating, everything is working very well for my father here. The community is very well-kept. They do a fine job with the cleanliness of everything. My father is really enjoying his time here. The staff is amazing. There is wonderful activities offered. Overall they are caring for him well and I would recommend it.

It has been a hard adjustment for my mother to this community, but we are pleased with everything they have done for us. They are really trying their best to help her adjust and feel more comfortable. We really love this community. They keep the facility and my mother's room very nice and clean. There are many activities offered for her when she is ready to participate. Only problem has been with the food. They more of a selection for the residents to choose from. Overall I'am confident about the care she is receiving.

I was anxious when I left my brother in the assisted living facility at Cottonwood Village. mara was my first Contact and helped us through a very difficult time she very helpful and very well informed. The experience my brother and I have had with each caregiver has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Cottonwood Village for caring clean friendly and homelike atmosphere

Had to move my dad due to a change in ownership at his previous facility that made it almost dangerous for him to continue living there - new staff failed at returning calls, rent almost doubled overnight, plus the general lack of security. In less than a month, the level of care and communication from the staff at The Woodlands is a welcomed relief. Since it is a locked facility 24/7, I no longer have to worry that my dad (who has dementia) will be able to leave by himself without the staff knowing about it and calling me.

While visiting Keystone Woods we were greeted right away and with a smile. The staff genuinely care about what they do and how they present this to prospects. The grounds are well manicured and neat, there are plenty of places for residents to sit outside and walk around. The rooms are spacious and offer balconies if wanted. It is a warming environment.

My Mom is a new resident. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to be on site. The staff and I talk through e-mail and on the phone. They have been great to help me feel comfortable and know that mom is in good hands. We are going through the learning process, which in all processes takes time. It is awesome to have people and villages helping with our parents. And, I thank them for helping my mom. And, I understand that my mom is becoming quite a domino

This community is well-kept, cut grass, free from trash. I enjoy hearing my mother-in-law being involved in the community activities. The staff are nice, the give her the proper care, and helped with the billing. Mom also enjoys the food, she gets to enjoy her meals with her friends. Overall since the staff did all that was agreed upon, I would recommend this community for definite care and results.

Really nice place and people. Mom loves the restaurant style dining and the bible studies.

So blessed to have found Cedar Bluff... Our situation was very daunting to our family and the staff was so helpful, kind and patient with us (especially to Mom and me). I could not have found a better place for our Mom. She is in their Memory Care and although she is sometimes very difficult, they have assured me and have supported our family through these hard times. We could not be happier... It is a new beautiful residence and a must visit for you folks who are making the tough decision of finding a new home for your family member. A true blessing to us all!

The most caring and flexible staff we interviewed. They've been willing to work with us through a lot of plan changes as we got my parents settled. Dad says their food is great, too.

My father in law moved into the Jefferson in April, 2016, after leaving his home of 53 years. Family and friends are allowed to join in for meals during the first month and I spent many hours with dad in the dining room helping him to acclimate to his new way of life. Everyone raves about how good the food is, and I agree! There is a Chef's Choice alternative meal offered in addition to the menu of the day. He enjoys the many activities along with the rest of the residents and has made plenty of "buddies." The calendar is easy to read, always available and offers plenty of activities. The staff have treated him with nothing but respect and kindness. The facility is lovely, the staff are nice and the atmosphere is happy! We are glad we chose the Jefferson.

Moving mom from one facility to another is always a difficult transition, however the staff at Vista Springs made that transition easy. The open feel and well laid out facility makes it feel like a home. Mom is now more engaged and enjoying her new home.

As an occupational therapist, I have helped many patients understand the value of assisted living. My Aunt had been needing assisted living for years, but was unable to cope with leaving her home. We met with the people from the Waterford and were pleased with the size of the building, the grounds and the staff. It was a tough move and my Aunt had such a battle with accepting and adjusting. THE ENTIRE staff from the housekeepers to nursing care to the kitchen staff were kind and caring and did everything possible to engage my aunt and attent to her needs. They all love her "Kitty" too! My entire family feels blessed that she is there and for the first time in years, my Mom is looking rested, mainly because we know my Aunt is in good hands.
