While visiting Keystone Woods we were greeted right away and with a smile. The staff genuinely care about what they do and how they present this to prospects. The grounds are well manicured and neat, there are plenty of places for residents to sit outside and walk around. The rooms are spacious and offer balconies if wanted. It is a warming environment.

My Mom is a new resident. Unfortunately, it is not possible for me to be on site. The staff and I talk through e-mail and on the phone. They have been great to help me feel comfortable and know that mom is in good hands. We are going through the learning process, which in all processes takes time. It is awesome to have people and villages helping with our parents. And, I thank them for helping my mom. And, I understand that my mom is becoming quite a domino

This community is well-kept, cut grass, free from trash. I enjoy hearing my mother-in-law being involved in the community activities. The staff are nice, the give her the proper care, and helped with the billing. Mom also enjoys the food, she gets to enjoy her meals with her friends. Overall since the staff did all that was agreed upon, I would recommend this community for definite care and results.

Really nice place and people. Mom loves the restaurant style dining and the bible studies.

So blessed to have found Cedar Bluff... Our situation was very daunting to our family and the staff was so helpful, kind and patient with us (especially to Mom and me). I could not have found a better place for our Mom. She is in their Memory Care and although she is sometimes very difficult, they have assured me and have supported our family through these hard times. We could not be happier... It is a new beautiful residence and a must visit for you folks who are making the tough decision of finding a new home for your family member. A true blessing to us all!

The most caring and flexible staff we interviewed. They've been willing to work with us through a lot of plan changes as we got my parents settled. Dad says their food is great, too.

My father in law moved into the Jefferson in April, 2016, after leaving his home of 53 years. Family and friends are allowed to join in for meals during the first month and I spent many hours with dad in the dining room helping him to acclimate to his new way of life. Everyone raves about how good the food is, and I agree! There is a Chef's Choice alternative meal offered in addition to the menu of the day. He enjoys the many activities along with the rest of the residents and has made plenty of "buddies." The calendar is easy to read, always available and offers plenty of activities. The staff have treated him with nothing but respect and kindness. The facility is lovely, the staff are nice and the atmosphere is happy! We are glad we chose the Jefferson.

Moving mom from one facility to another is always a difficult transition, however the staff at Vista Springs made that transition easy. The open feel and well laid out facility makes it feel like a home. Mom is now more engaged and enjoying her new home.

As an occupational therapist, I have helped many patients understand the value of assisted living. My Aunt had been needing assisted living for years, but was unable to cope with leaving her home. We met with the people from the Waterford and were pleased with the size of the building, the grounds and the staff. It was a tough move and my Aunt had such a battle with accepting and adjusting. THE ENTIRE staff from the housekeepers to nursing care to the kitchen staff were kind and caring and did everything possible to engage my aunt and attent to her needs. They all love her "Kitty" too! My entire family feels blessed that she is there and for the first time in years, my Mom is looking rested, mainly because we know my Aunt is in good hands.

The staff are quick to contact me about any concerns about my loved one and to include me in the discussion about her care. Everyone is encouraging, positive and helpful in dealing with difficult issues. Recently a resident, who was in the hallway in front of the room where I was visiting my loved one, needed to be taken by ambulance to a hospital. The Waterford staff was calm, patient and willing to listen to the resident's fears about going with the EMTs. As a result, no one else was affected or distressed about the situation.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Elmcroft of Maumelle! The staff here is friendly, professional, and very accommodating when it comes to care. They really pay attention to detail, and I appreciate how they took all of the history we gave them into account when getting things set up for our loved one. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they just do a very good job overall caring for the residents!

Finding Cedar Bluff was a Blessing to our family. My mom is in the memory care there and is getting such wonderful care. The staff goes above and beyond helping her with her needs. She came from living on a farm in a small town and the transition for her has been more than our family could have asked for... An answer to our prayers. I cannot say enough about Cedar Bluff. Not only helping her with her transition but helping me with my feelings about moving her too. It was a hard decision for us, but everyone there, ESPECIALLY THE ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF, helped me through it and I am so happy about our decision to move her to Cedar Bluff.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at the Courtyards at Lake Granbury! Our loved one is in the memory care section, and the care she is receiving is excellent! It's a small, brand new community, so they're still trying to fill all the rooms. So far the level of individual attention she is receiving is excellent!

The was one of the first facilitates we visited. We really liked it. It is in the top 4.

Great place

Rhonda [Removed] was wonderful in explaining Wyoming Springs assisted living services as well as the memory care facility. Nice more roomy accommodations than I ve seen before in the assisted apartments. Restaurant style dining other amenities available. This is my top pick for our mother s memory care home. My other family member is not quite on board but I certainly am. This is a wonderful place!

I did not visit but my brother did and said it was a wonderful place comparable to Stratford Commons

Everything is working out very well with my mother's move into the community. She really likes it and the residents are very friendly.The community is clean and looks great. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. They offer great activities and good food. I would give this community the highest ratings.

West Shores is a perfect fit for my Mother's needs in Indepent Senior Living. The building and grounds are well cared for, the residents and staff are friendly. There are endless activity opportunities and the food is excellent. I would definitely recommend touring West Shores if you're looking for a solution to senior living.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Summit Place! It's a very nice looking, clean, well kept facility, and the staff has really gone above and beyond helping us through this process! They've been incredibly accommodating and helped in every way we've asked! They're taking great care of her!
