We are attempting to move my dad from California to texas, a very dramatic event for a 92 yr old. She has helped us so very much. She is very personable and yet professional. Hello, I would like to commend your Sales Director, [name removed], at your Waterford Fort Worth Texas location.[name removed] has been of incredibly valuable assistance to our family in helping us with our decision to moved our 92 year old Dad from his senior apartment in Fullerton California to Fort Worth Texas. As you can imagine this is a feat in itself with all the logistics involved, paper work, medical etc, the list of details goes on. But [name removed] made a good portion of our list go so smoothly. She was so warm, inviting and gracious to my sister in law [name removed] in California and to my husband & I when we came to tour the facility here in Texas. [name removed] was so thoughtful about informing us of details that we ourselves had not thought of. She took the time in answering all our questions and giving us the much needed information that will help us in transitioning my Dad not only into a new living environment but a new state as well. [name removed] is a wonderfully upbeat, joyful person to work with. She is very well informed and quite knowledgeable.[name removed] made me feel as if I not only have a person with whom I can rely on for any future questions that may arise but a new found friend. I wish to thank her and your facility for the incredibly valuable work that you do for those of us who are unable to have our beloved family members at home with us. The food is very good and I think that is very important and the staff are fine and easy to visit with and accommodating. The people who are here are very pleasant and that's a nice thing. I would definitely recommend it.

It's a nice Christian community and they serve us with good meals and they have a nice piano for me to play.

The Mansions At Gwinnett Park Assisted Living and Memory Care is, hands down, one of the nicest older adult communities I've come across. The staff goes above and beyond to meet the need of each resident - you can tell everyone truly cares about their role and each resident's needs. They have been creative in allowing for activities and enrichment to take place even during the pandemic in the safest way possible. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and safe environment to age in place.

Great place to live.

Excellent staff, excellent residents. Staff is always very friendly and help me with care for occupational therapy recommendations. All of the staff helps us to provide better ways to care.

I've been visiting The Waterford as a vendor for 4 years and have seen inconsistent love, for their residents, from every staff member at every level. Compassionate care is definitely a priority of everyone, as they work tirelessly to continually enrich lives.
