As someone who frequents assisted living facilities in this area due to my profession, I can say that I am beyond happy with the choice to have my loved one here at Sodalis. I know she is safe and well taken care of. I visit unannounced often and am always greeted by residents and staff with big smiles. [name removed]and [name removed]are always happy to give me a moment of their time and[name removed] knows my whole family by name. I cannot recommend this place enough. And I definitely recommend them!

It really helps to know my father is surrounded by people who truly care about him and enjoy his company. Sodalis Stuart has really helped improve my father's mood & desire to want to socialize with others and participate in activities. If you are searching for a community, make sure Sodalis is on the top of your list!

Have been interacting with [name removed] Brookshire for several weeks now along with touring their facility. [name removed]has gone beyond what my sister and I ever expected. Due to our mothers monthly budget, unfortunately, my sister and I agreed that at this time Mom’s finances could not satisfy their costs. Both [name removed]and me are disappointed that we could not make the numbers work. I sincerely appreciate [name removed] expertise in helping us.

I am the POA for a patient I placed at Sodalis last November. She is a founding member of our Woman's Club, and after losing her husband four years ago, we took her under our wing. Previously, she was unhappy in a small, congested facility. When we moved her, she was initially hesitant about leaving her friends, but the smile on her face upon seeing her new room brought tears to my eyes. It was spacious and filled with the items she had missed, making her finally feel at home. Over the next few weeks, she adjusted well, made new friends, and began enjoying life again. She actively participates in activities and speaks highly of the staff, who have met all her needs. We are thrilled to see her happy and feeling like she belongs. The location in Stuart allows us to visit her often, and the food at the functions has been fabulous. A huge thank you to the staff for being so attentive and maintaining a lovely environment!

I stopped by Sodalis to see a friend. This was my first time stopping by. When I walked up there were residents sitting on the porch and I was greeted by one of them. While waiting I went on an unguided tour. It is clean and there was no odor. Me and a few residents were talking, and they looked happy. There is a full-size pool table, a ping pong table and other things for residents to do. Overall, I would say it is a great place.

This is a great assisted living facility. I visit one of my friends every Saturday. The place is clean and very comfortable. It makes me feel like home as if I want to curl up on the couch with a good book. There is a variety of food options and activities on Saturday. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a great place for a loved one to live.

I felt compelled to share my experience after seeing some negative reviews, which I find quite disheartening. Having visited Sodalis frequently at various times throughout the week, I can confidently say it stands out as one of the finest assisted living facilities in the area. I've previously shared my thoughts on another site, and I'd like to reiterate how much I've enjoyed numerous dinners there. The building is well maintained and thoroughly clean, creating a welcoming environment. The staff members are not only caring and knowledgeable but also genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the residents my grandmother included. My grandmother’s room is spacious and comfortable, and there is always a delightful array of activities to engage in. Any concerns I have had have been addressed promptly and effectively. I encourage anyone to visit and experience the exceptional hospitality firsthand—you won’t be disappointed!

I was visiting a family member about a month ago and the time I spent there I was greeted by the receptionist who who was very friendly and greeted me with a smile and took her time to take me where I needed to go. I also had my young children with me and they they were also welcomed and given treats while we were there. I saw and spoke to many of the residents while we were there and they all looked happy and well taken care of. The place looked clean and very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Sodalis to my friends ??

I’ve been working with Laschelle to try and move my aunt somewhere new. She has been wonderful and has explained the process in detail. She made the decision to move my aunt so much easier. Her guidance and knowledge of the process has put my mind at ease that I’ve made the right decision. I can’t wait to move my aunt in so she can enjoy her new home.

I advise to take tours and compare places but my father loved this place when he toured the place. So we decided on Sodalis. The nurses are on duty 24/7. His room is helped cleaned by the staff as well as my father’s laundry. Very relaxing for him!!

The customer service has been awesome. [name removed] communicated with us from start to finish regarding enrollment. There was no “pressure” to enroll - she simply checked in periodically and was there when we were ready. Upon admission, the staff has continued following up - keeping us up to date on any changes with my mom. We have only positive things to say about this Sodalis location.

I have no problems giving them all 5 stars. Only problem we have had is with the wifi. Helpful front desk staff. Nurses are great, and in communication when needed.

Close supervision of residents. Great food! Personalized attention from staff. I'd recommend. Also is best value for the money compared to other places I looked at. Sodalis is great for my loved one. She is thriving there.

Their sales representative is hard to beat. He's very welcoming and answered all of my questions. He even prayed with my husband and I before we left his office. We know that my Mom is receiving excellent care. I think the family should research the medicine part of the facility before they sign up and take part in a different pharmacy. It's not always more cost efficient.

I was very pleased with the care my mother received at Sodalis. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. It was a nice room with everything my mother needed. The facility is always kept clean.

They were wonderful, I was always impressed. They were very helpful finding resources to help us financially . They were great about keeping in contact with us about changes in care or progress in behavior . Grandma loved being there , they kept her as busy as she wanted to be and she had lots of opportunities to have fun . The staff treat the residents as if they are family , very caring and helpful . The memory care part was amazing . Very patient and accommodating . My heart was in complete peace knowing she was there .

The call center representative has been a blessing to work with and a great help! She has been very responsive, does what she says and truly is a very kind and compassionate person. I thought the cost would be more than we could handle and she explained it to me. We are moving forward with their memory care unit. Moving in February. Thank you so much for your help and everyone’s help to make this possible at this time in our lives when I have so much going on!

What we like the most about Sodalis Austin is the price and location...it was 1.5 miles from my daughter's house...making it easy for visits...planning on going back from the [date removed] thru [date removed] of [date removed]. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families!
