Elmcroft of Lake Jackson is a wonderful community! They offer respite care and it is top of the line. The staff did a wonderful job caring for my loved one. My loved one enjoyed the variety of food offered. They offer a number of activities for the residents to enjoy. My loved one had nothing but positive feedback to say about Elmcroft!

I really liked this community. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff I met and I liked the fairly small size of the community. I thought the grounds were attractive and the rooms felt the most like home of the 3 communities I toured, I believe this community is the best size and in the most convenient location for family members to visit my Mom conveniently. I plan to schedule a visit for my Mom to tour the community as soon as possible.

Everything is working out very well for my mother, and I'am pleased. My mother is doing very well here. The community is very well maintained, her room and the facility is nice and clean when I visit. The staff is wonderful, they are helpful and attentive. There are nice activities offered, she is trying a few of them. The food is decent. I'am comfortable with the care they are providing her. This is a community I would recommend.

Mom enjoys the exercise class, playing bingo and participating in arts and crafts. I would recommend this community. I have not tried the food but it smells and looks good. The staff eat the food so I don't think it could be that bad. Elmcroft of the Mainland is kept very clean.

Beautiful facility, friendly staff, lovely rooms. Residents seem very happy to be there.

My mom is doing great at her new home. It is perfect for her. I have no negative things to say, all has been a positive experience for my mom and our family. I believe it is a "5 star" community.

Laurie is an excellent bus driver. I'll go anywhere with her. They also do the best job on my laundry.

Rebecca [removed] is a great person to have around! Not only is Rebecca a wonderful cleaner, she is a very nice person who is helpful in Many Ways!

We moved our mother into this community a few months back and could not have made a better decision as a family. The staff is so warm and friendly and made us all feel very welcomed from the beginning. They are well-trained and are compassionate about the care they give the elderly. They even have a full-time nurse and a doctor that visits weekly. In a short time, the staff had our mother active with exercises, attending activities and very social. They have a great variety of activities (so much more than BINGO). She also goes out to eat and goes shopping often. The other residents that live there are happy and very friendly. The food is great and the nursing staff is well trained and goes above and beyond when giving care. We are telling all of our friends that Elmcroft is the place to get the greatest care for their mothers and fathers!

My parents are living at this community and they both seem to be happy. The community is great and very clean, the staff do laundry and pick up after my parents. The staff are very helpful and very attentive. My parents do not complain about the food so I would like to think it's good to them. My mom likes to play bingo and she joins in other activities. I would recommend this community because its a great place and close for the whole family to visit our parents.

I live in the community and toured this facility. My first impression is great; staff helpful, feel like I would like to live here when the time comes for some assistance.

We looked for over a year for a place for my dad. When we visited this facility, everyone was so nice and friendly. Facility is kept clean. They take wonderful care of my dad. Very pleased.

My mother resides at this community. After living there 7 months she celebrated her 90th birthday (Feb. 2015). The party was held in the Activity/Recreation room. The Administrator and staff were very accommodating. They also prepared coffee and tea which was greatly appreciated. Many attending did not have to navigate steps and all were happy to tour the facility.

Everyone is very nice and helpful.

My husband and I always enjoy visiting my mother, often taking our grandchildren with us. We enjoy having a cup of coffee and seeing the well-maintained flowers, plants, and walkways in the center grounds. Two of my granddaughters also have played the piano there for my mother and other residents.
