Everything is going very well since my mother moved into Elmcroft, she loves it! They offer plenty of activities such as Morning exercises, sing-alongs, and church in the mornings. I highly recommend this community, it has been a good fit my loved one and we have no complaints.

I think the people working are very nice, they work hard to keep their guests happy. My friend always complains about the food, if the people working would check the plate they pick up, they would see no one eats the food. The meals are included in the rent, but she eats in her room, a lot food visitors serving. She just bought her own refrigerator with a freezer large enough to hold pot pies and sausage and biscuits

We love the Heartis Longview, the people are very nice, cooperative and accommodating. I highly recommend this community. They are very good about doing what I ask, my aunt seems to be very pleased. My cousin and I love the openness and brightness, the facility it's very open and bright. [Removed], the executive director, is an amazingly sweet lady. Everyone down to the maintenance man is just as accommodating, we could not be more pleased.

Since moving in at the beginning of March, 2017, my son's father has commented on how pleasant and helpful the staff is and how cheerful the building's environment is. Placement at Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc was a good choice and has eased our worries about our loved one getting compassionate care.

This was the first senior living facility I toured from "A Place For Mom" recommendations. I was totally impressed. [Removed] and the entire team were very accommodating. Given mom's age and needs, this represented the best fit. Mom will be in a very nice room on the first floor, near everything. I'm confident she will enjoy her new home as time goes on. Thank you!

My grandmother is doing wonderful in this community. Everything in the facility is good, she's been in other facility and has always had trouble. The people here are incredible and it is run so well by the staff. The size and people are wonderful too. It is convenient to my home and also they were willing to do an onsite evaluation in Florida from their other facility.
