Our family had an in person tour with Sodalis Martinez and overall we thought the community and tour experience was great, but there was just another community that was going to be a better fit for our loved one

We picked this community, because of the friendliness, and value for costs. [name removed]and her staff are wonderful, and so sweet with my mom. I would recommend it to a friend, for their loved ones. The staff is great. The place is clean and positive. The cost was the most affordable as well.

This community is one of the newer ones in town and is beautiful! Nice and spacious apartments and at a fair price. Staff is well trained and cares about their residents. I really enjoyed my tour and am prepared when the time comes to move my loved one.

Everytime I visit Sodalis I see livelihood whether staff and residents or residents alone interacting. There is always so much close knit community events, parties, musicians and activities happening. There’s daily devotional, choir, virtual reality, happy hours and so many crafts and games. I’ve been in many facilities but rarely do they feel comforting and like a home.

Based on the experience our family has had so far with Sodalis Cantonment, we give all categories 5 stars. The staff members are always friendly and very helpful. The place is clean and well tended to. The food is also good, and the quality of care they provide to the residents is great. We would recommend this community to other families looking into the community for their loved ones.

We visited the facility and were impressed with how clean the facility is and how sweet the smell was. It reminded me of baked cookies. I loved the interaction that I saw between the staff and the residents. I was highly impressed by the executive directors attention to detail while dealing with memory care residence. I am looking for a placement with memory care for my mother.

The reason we give the activities 3 stars is because for a blind person and in the wheelchair there is not much to do. With the value it beats a lot o the places in the area. My mom's loves her bacon in the morning! It smells fresh and looks clean every time we walk in. Conveniently located for my family. The friendly staff always has a smile

Hello, I just wanted to say I recently toured the place and I was thoroughly amazed. [name removed] was absolutely wonderful, so sweet and friendly. I loved that the community was very clean, smelled good and that the staff introduced themselves as we walked through the building. I loved how the rooms were addressed as apartments instead of just regular rooms . I was shown a deluxe studio and it was nice size and affordable. Sodalis is on the top of our list for as [name removed] say my father forever home!

Sodalis of Jacksonville should be your first choice for senior living for you older loved one. The staff is amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure that your special senior is personally taken care of. I had to move my Father from assisted living to memory care and finally Hospice within the Sodalis community. The staff there was awesome with providing the right advice I needed and the personal attention my father needed. You need to look no further than Sodalis of Jacksonville.

They are empathetic, wecoming, caring, and it's been a home experience. They are taking good care of my loved one, they go above and beyond. They have dining, apartments, field trips, activities, and meal choices. I would definitely recommend to other families.

My mother has made friends and enjoys the activities that are offered. Also the staff has been great about working with her doctors and therapists. When my mom wound up in the hospital the staff was great about notifying me. A big heartfelt thank you to the staff at Sodalis for that you do.

My dad is extremely happy here! He loves the food, the environment and the fellow residents. I can rest assured that he will be receiving amazing care and that the value for this place truly cannot be beaten.

They are taking good care of mom. She seems happy there. I visit mom 3x's per week, and see they have mom participating in excercise, games, etc. They are attentive to her needs. They address any concerns I have, and let me know if mom is experiencing any issues.

Highly recommend! Wonderful staff, delicious food, and amazing activities. It really feels like home here. Our loved one really loves it here. This is her home and the staff are her/our family.

We have been here at sodalis since [date removed] and we are very happy. Everyone is very caring and respond to my needs. The food is the best of anywhere I have lived. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a love one or your self.

Thry have great caring staff, and great meals. They offer; daily exercise, weekly church services, happy hour, bingo and games plus a beautiful courtyard. I would recommend to others.

Food issues were about working with a difficult person who didn't want to eat. Activities existed and were available. Again, the issues were the result of a difficult patient. Both of these issues might have been resolved if she was going to be there long term. Overall, I really can't say enough good things about Sodalis Deer Park. The friendliness of the staff gets 5+ stars.

We chose Sodalis because it was a comfortable size, the staff was extremely kind, professional & went out of their way to provide information. I was very pleased that the majority of the staff had been employed with the facility for long periods of time without the use of staffing agencies.

I mostly love Sodalis Martinez. They are very caring and it's like one big home. There is only one area that I wish they were better in. My sister is higher functioning than everyone else in the memory care unit but I feel like she needs more attention with bathing and hair washing. Because she is capable that is pretty much left up to my sister, but they don't realize she doesn't like to use soap or hair products. I realize the unit is very shorthanded, so I just don't complain. My sister also complains to me a lot because she has no one to communicate with other than the staff and the staff is too busy for her chitchat.
