Sodalis Elder Living

My sister and I are fully accepting of the good care our Mother is receiving at Sodalis Assisted Living Center. It is a very clean facility, and everyone is so very nice! We love the care that is shown, not only to our mother, but to all the residents there. We love the way the staff shows respect to all the residents. We also, like the smiles and greetings we get from them when we come to visit our mother. Our mother is checked on throughout the day by staff members and asks if she needs anything. We feel we have made a goid choice in selecting Sodalis for her living & care.

[names removed] are fantastic. Very helpful. Don't rush you into anything. Both are very interactive with residents. I've seen them in the dining room many times. They have taken care of all my concerns. They worked with me closely to help my mom get settled there from the hospital. Even visited her there. They also visit the rehab when my mom was there as well. The place is very nice and clean. The workers friendly and helpful. They called me with any concerns and were gentle with her fragile body. I definitely recommend Soldalis.

We really like Sodalis, we would rate 5 for all. They do a lot of family activities here too. I like the caring way they deal with families As that is a difficult decision to transfer a loved one to a assisted living. I would recommend Sodalis. And the executive director at Sodalis. This is a beautiful community. It is cheerful and inviting upon entry. Staff are attentive and friendly. Residents are well groomed and appear happy. It has a robust activity calendar and residents are active.

My experience with this facility has been very positive. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming, calm, and well maintained. The staff are attentive, respectful, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of the residents. Communication is handled professionally, and concerns are addressed in a timely and thoughtful manner. Residents are treated with dignity, and there is a strong sense of community throughout the building. It is evident that safety, comfort, and quality of care are a priority. I would feel confident recommending this facility to others who are looking for a supportive and compassionate place for their loved one.

Everyone is very welcoming and helpful and will always have a answer to all your questions and they are very caring and loving to the residents the employees make the residents feel like they are safe and that this is their home

The staff is great, the facilities are nice, and there lots of good activities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

Overall it was an amazing visit. [name removed] walked us around, he was very knowledgeable and patient wirh all our questions. The rooms were not overly big, but definitely a great amount of space needed for us, the staff were “out of this world” from everything we saw and heard. [name removed] did a great job answering our questions and made us feel comfortable in knowing that our loved one would feel comfortable and well taken care of. We got to say a quick hello to [name removed], she was amazing in just the quick few minutes we were able to speak. The building looked very cared for, we loved the birds and the aquarium, the floors looked spotless and the fragrance in the air smelled like home. Thank you for an amazing visit.

The main reason we chose Sodalis Jacksonville was because the people felt honest and the facility was bright. The staff there genuinely cares about the residents. We feel safe knowing that our dad is well taken care of here.

Five on all. I have nothing but good things to say about the Dallas. It's the best experience I've had with any type of care for my mom so far. The transition from long-term care to so Dallas, which is assisted living was very smooth. The administrative staff and the nurse were so caring and patient and made sure that she had everything she needed. The first couple of days she was there. And all of the staff is exceptionally nice. Including the front door person. Everyone is helpful and nice and have my mom's best interest at heart. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their mom.

A Good Facility To Be At Very Nice And friendly people to be around I love that place good for your love one. Come check it out to see how the resident are there you would love the difference things that they do there.

My mom recently moved into the memory care side of sodalis. The staff have done a great job at keeping an eye on her and keeping her active. It was a difficult transition at first with it being secured, but now that she is settled in, things are going great. I highly recommend moving your loved one here for their memory care needs.

My 74 year old father is currently living here and he really likes it. He helps with the gardening and landscaping which is something he liked to do at home. The activities person has a way of getting him out of his room to do things with the other residents. He has no complaints about the food or care.

I toured this community the other day and was very pleased with how it went. The salesperson was very kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of the questions I had before I could even ask. She mentioned that she has been with the company for over 10 years which my brother and I liked. One of the residents introduced herself to us and mentioned that she loves living at Sodalis, which was a huge green flag. We were visiting during lunch, and the chef let us try a plate of food. The meal tasted home cooked and was delicious. I let the chef know that my mom does not eat fish, and he told me that they offer several other food options for the residents that do not want what is on the menu. The apartments were a little small, but my mom doesn't need much in her room. I plan on moving her here after the new year.

I moved into Sodalis about 4 months ago from out of state. I didn't think all of it would be possible to do over the phone, but the sales lady helped me every step of the way with doing everything over video and walked me through all of the steps. The maintenance guy even picked me up from the airport which was very kind of him because I wasn't sure what to do since I am in a wheelchair. The activities person introduced me to a group of nice ladies that I now consider my good friends. We do crafts together, baking, exercises, and lots of bingo. There is a nice couple that comes in and plays music on Wednesdays that we all enjoy. The food is great and when I don't want what's on the menu, I am able to order an alternative. The staff are all very nice to me and attentive. I was hesitant to move to a different state, but I am so glad that I did.

Everyone at this assistant living complex was polite, fun and caring. They are making a lot of improvements and they seem to have a good positive attitude. They had entertainment that was a lot of fun and I got to dance with the turkey. A blow up turkey! I really want to find a place with a swimming pool so that’s why I decided to keep looking. If they had a pool, I would seriously consider staying there. Everyone was very nice. All the staff went above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to go see this complex because it’s really one to consider.

[name removed] met my brother and I for our tour of Sodalis Windcrest assisted living facility. I found [name removed]to be very informative and friendly. The facility itself was very well lit and very clean. We were able to view a couple of different apartment options. [name removed]was able to answer all our questions and provided us with additional information to take home. I was very impressed with the facility. We are still weighing all our options regarding our elderly father. At this point Sodalis Windcrest would be at the top of my list.

staff are all amazing the way they treat the residents like a big happy family. Also having activities for the residents to stay busy and entertain. Happy to say this is a wonderful place where we know our love one's are okay.

Amazing team amazing facility! Everyone is super sweet and beautiful facility! Beautiful building and super friendly. We always enjoy coming to visit my mom… She has been there for 12 years. They are like family.
