Everyone is very nice and takes good care of my parent. I would like to have a call after the OK comes to see her here at the home. So I could have an update about what he thinks about her health.

Mom had an ok respite stay at this community. The staff were nice. She did say they did not follow through on what was promised regarding the activities. She did like the food and they do have set meal times. The community was clean. I would recommend taking a look at this community to see if it would work for your loved one.

Mom really likes it here. The staff is very friendly and very involved with the residents. Mom is doing some of the activities they provide. For the most part, she likes the food she says every once and while there is something that isn't so good. Overall I would highly recommend this community we are very impressed with the care that is being given to my mom,

This community is wonderful we are extremely pleased. Dad is doing very well here. He is interacting with the other residents and doing activities. He loves the food. The staff is amazing especially during the extreme weather that we are having now. The administration and the maintenance staff is working around the clock to ensure the residents and staff are kept safe and secure.

My parents are doing pretty well since their move into this community. They are safe, and in good hands. The have a good, friendly staff, and they are taking good care of them. For the most part everything is working out well, and this is a community I would recommend. The experience is going well for us in this community.

Madison Estates was a beautiful community. It was very large and inviting. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of the questions that we had. The rooms were too small for me but might be a better fit for others.

My mom chose Cypress Wood and it is a very nice community. I think the atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The staff is pleasant and welcoming when I come to visit. I have not dined there with my mom but she says she likes the food they serve. They do have activities and provide transportation for excursions outside of the community. My mom likes her apartment, it is very nice. The landscaping is very pretty and there are places for the residents to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend Cypress Woods to friends and family.

The care at this community is good. The staff is good and friendly and caring. We like the cleanliness is good but needs small improvements. The menu is very good and I like knowing that she does like the variety. They do have trips away from the community that she does like a lot. This community comes highly recommended.

I have recently had a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things are going for her. The staff where on time to our tour and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought they had a clean property as well as a great activity program. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.

I liked all the great amenities they had available as well as the dinning room experience for all of the residents. It was just not the right location for my wife but I would recommend it to anyone who would be interested.

We are pleased with the staff as they are attentive. This community offers on site doctors and nurses. The food is fair and they do offer a variety of healthy choices. They offer a lot of daily activities. They only complaint I have is that there is only one elevator. The community is kept clean and I would recommend it.

When we toured this community we really liked what we saw. The community was clean and well maintained. However, it appeared to be a little too much of an open floor plan. There were too many doors to hallways and to the outside which I felt may be a little overwhelming and confusing for my dad. The staff was helpful and very nice. I would recommend them.

Elmcroft has been my home for one year. I do miss being in my own home, but I feel that this is the best place I could be at this time. 1. I enjoy the association with others. 2. The activities 3. Good food 4. Very nice employees.

I think we live in a good community. [Removed] is a very good director. When she is around, we have a large group of people listening to her. [Removed] is very good at his job also, so is [Removed], you can see, like quite a few people. I like Elmcroft.

Its very clean and staff is friendly.

This looked like a very nice community when we visited. The staff I met were very nice. When you walked in it felt like you were walking into a restaurant. I did not get the same type of family feeling as we did at another community.

Friendly staff – nice atmosphere. Had 2 meals with my dad. Broiled fish – wasn’t so good – Red lamb chops today – good.

I thank this is a great place to live. The staff are all kind to me.
