Great care, layout of the rooms and staff. However, the memory care side is quite small if your family member is active.

Very nice, clean, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately they do not have a room on the first floor. My mom does not like heights. [name removed] was great and informative. We appreciate her taking the time in giving us a tour.

My mom and dad are here and they have a nice little apartment. They enjoy the daily activities and they also do an exercise class in the mornings. Housekeeping will come in weekly to clean and do the laundry for them. It is clean and kept up nicely. They seemed to be happy and pleased with 3 meals a day. They offer a shuttle for the grocery stores. It has a nice garden area. I would recommend this to families.

I went on a tour here and it was good. They were very nice and helpful. It was an older but has good accommodations. It was a very big place I think dad would be overwhelmed. They offered lots of daily activities. The dining room was nice and people were nice and were engaging with each other and it smelled wonderful.

I like it here. They have good food, better than a few other places I’ve been. There are plenty of options to choose from. They’ve been very kind to everyone and I haven’t seen anybody be cruel. The room I have is a little smaller and came with a kitchenette, but we get 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. They offer several activities and exercise classes for the other residents to participate in. They even offer a bible class. Overall, I would recommend this place to other people.

I toured here when I was looking for a place to live. The lady that gave me the tour met me at the door and showed me around. I was able to talk with the other residents, but overall nothing really impressed me or jumped out at me as important. I didn’t notice anything out of place cleanliness wise, it looked nice and there weren’t any strange odors. I did eat lunch while I was there and it was good and seemed well balanced. I ultimately went with a different community based on the fact that the monthly price was just too high for me.

My sister is here currently and everything is going good so far. The staff is very supportive and very professional. They really do the best they can with her condition. Some of the residents seem to be very happy to be there and then there are some that don’t seem as happy, but I think that might be dependent on the level of cognition. Every time I go, the facility has been very clean and I haven’t seen any problems. I’ve had lunch there a couple of times and the food has been very good. There’s a new menu daily and there are 2 or 3 options to choose from for each meal that’s served by a wait staff. They provide a few different activities like game nights, music nights, there have been very nice programs for different holidays like Veteran’s day and Halloween, and they even have transportation to restaurants and outings for the residents. If the facility were newer, I would rate them a bit higher, but it’s been there a while and it hasn’t really been updated. Overall, though, I would recommend them to others.

My loved one and my family were pleased that special needs for our mother could be met such as keeping her pet cat, having meals served in her room & setting her hair weekly. Also, we (and she) liked the room layout, the facilities courtyard that allows convenient access & viewing from her room. The dining area is very nice and the meals tasty! Staff are overall friendly and respond when the pendant is activated by a resident.

Having lived in this community nearly 2 years. I would rate this community near the top.

Very good. The food is good – medical is very good and the senior staff seems very good and efficient. I have no complaints. I have not resided any others so I can’t compare.

This is a nice looking community. The people I met here were friendly. This community did not offer the type of security I was looking for.

I think Elmcroft is a wonderful place for my mother to be. All the activities and staff help her with all her needs.

I have observed the people who are cared for are looked after for their needs. The atmosphere at Elmcroft is pleasant and everyone seems to be nice. The facility is kept up with great care. I have enjoyed taking with the staff and the residents here.

We used the respite care services this community offers and it was such a positive experience all around. Mom really enjoyed her stay here she made quite a few friends that she still keeps in contact with in fact I take her over regularly to visit them. She loved the staff they treated very well I had no concerns leaving her there. We were so impressed with the community that if we feel my mom needs to go into assisted living this community is on the top of our list.

We had a brief stay at Cypress Woods. It was a very nice community. The staff was friendly and caring. We had to move her to another community that could handle her difficult behavior that had escalated in a short period.

Elmcroft of Windcrest was a nice and clean community. They provided us with the information about the care they would provide for our loved one. We chose another community based on the proximity to family members houses.

Mostly helpful and friendly staff. Both the public room and our private rooms are well cleaned.
