So far we love Lexington Merksem! They really pay attention to the resident. It is very resident centered care which we could not be happier with! They were very good at helping us understand our transition needs and were very helpful and accommodating throughout the process.

My Mom has only been at North Texas Personal Care about 4 weeks but I am very pleased with the staff & their operation. I visited her previous facility unexpectedly and found her in a very unpleasant situation. I am very glad that I moved her to NTPC.

Everything is overall one hundred percent. As far as the outlook and the happiness of the employees, they don't look too happy, They look upset. Every time I go in it seems as if they have a false look on their face. It seems like the manager is unhappy with her position so she takes it out on the employees. As far as the care, I like it. It is the best place my mother has been. The place is immaculate as far as cleanliness goes, but my concern is the manager.

We are extremely happy with them. It's like a hundred percent better than where we were before. They are interacting with him, and he is doing so much better emotionally. He is laughing and smiling again. He has not had one fall since he has been there.

One area where they could improve would be to get the people more involved int he activities. Other than that it has been an all around excellent experience. They are well staffed and their staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is great. It's a very clean and nice place. They genuinely care for their residents.

As far as we know it's going very well. She is happy there, and that is all we could ask for. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We don't have any concerns about that. We haven't eaten there but she isn't complaining. We think they are an excellent facility.

My loved one didn't get to stay very long, he passed away recently. But the time he was there, he was so happy, and they took great care of him. They were wonderful! Sarah did a great job. There is just a level of warmth there, that you can feel right away. It's clean, immaculate really, and they are very nice, and caring. It's great!

The owners of HuntLeigh were very accommodating to our schedule when we were in the process of moving my mother from out of state to Frisco. Both they and the staff were very friendly, and we felt welcome whenever we came to visit. When my mother needed to go to the hospital shortly after arriving in Frisco, the owners came several times to visit her. When she passed away just two weeks after moving to Texas, they attended her memorial service and continued to be supportive. I would highly recommend HuntLeigh residential care home.

Outstanding care, we were very pleased. The staff are very loving & caring. My Mom received excellent care & was very happy at Alexandra. Meals are prepared fresh & the home is always spotless.

They are doing a good job. We are satisfied with them. It's clean and the staff is friendly. We don't have any complaints. They get a five from us.

My dad has just been there a short time, but I am happy with the care he is receiving. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. I feel that he is in a safe, caring environment. Every request I have made has been followed through on so they listen to family concerns. I like the fact that it is privately owned also, not a corporation with facilities nationwide. He is unable to participate in activities right now so I really can't evaluate that.

I helped a client to locate this community. From what I know it has gone well, at least the initial transitioning period. The interactions with the staff that I have had, were very positive. We had a question, and we thought there would be an issue with prescription transfers. I spoke with one of the girls there and they were just very, very helpful, with getting things switched over. The resident is happy and doing very well according to the family.

This is the most caring and loving staff. My mother is well taken care of and most importantly she feels "at home". Violet is such an amazingly kind and compassionate person, Rose is wonderful as well. I am not aware of scheduled activities, but I do know my mom is smiling and happy. She has friends to interact with and considering I cannot take care of her at home any longer, this is the VERY next best thing.

This place is just wonderful!! I was hesitant on a Residential Care Home, and I am SO GLAD that I gave it a chance! We haven't sacrificed anything - any care or any atmosphere. This is a much better fit for my loved one because it's smaller and there are fewer residents. The staff is very stable, and that helps the residents. They are remarkable, and true angels. They are happy and are so dear with the residents. Also the food is homecooked, so if the residents don't like it, they will make what they like. Joan, the office manager, is outstanding! I can't believe this ended up being half the cost of what we were paying at a larger facility!!

I love them! We are just so pleased that we came across Lexington Place! My family and I can't believe how perfect it is for my loved one! There is great communication with the staff, and if there is ever an issue, they call right away. They also have good documentation, which is important! They own up to what they say, as well! The room is huge and it was at the perfect price! There's a nice patio and everything! Only issue is that they could improve on having more activities, but that could always change in the summer. They are really great!

We moved our Mom from another care home in the metropolis because of a variety of issues. We're couldn't be more pleased with our decision. Maureen and her staff are simply the best. The ladies at the home are very warm & caring and you can tell that they genuinely care about those in their care. The home is always spotlessly clean. Meals are better than what we've experienced elsewhere, using fresh ingredients and very much what we might prepare in our own home. Maureen is a class act - very professional and detail-oriented. My Mom went through several weeks of adjustments to her new environment and Maureen was very responsive to any concerns or questions and proactively let us know of any concerns or needs that came up. Overall we're very pleased an Mom is happy in her new home.

My mom has lived here for 1 1/2 yrs and we have never worried about her care, her medicine schedule, her well-being, etc. The staff at this facility is always attentive and busy, always helping the residents, either with meals, laundry, showers, meds, activities, conversation. I visited many other assisted living facilities and was appalled at no one actively on duty, residents going through the halls looking for an employee to help them, etc. This never happens at Silver Ridge - they are like family and look after everyone individually, by their name and their needs. I can't imagine my mom living anywhere else.

I like them becasue they seem to make it a family type environment. My mother likes it there.

It worked out really well. When she moved in, my mom seemed to be improving. The help that we got locating Lexingon Place was a great help to my family.

This home was nice and clean, and it is very close to my house.
