Two story residence and very large facility which we feel would confuse my mother. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not enough dining space so people would have to wait for meals unless they were there as soon a serving started. Did not like the way residents had to go to a central meeting place to receive meds. Pricing was good.

They were extremely friendly and receptive when mom and I initially visited, and they have continued to be very friendly and helpful. I have had some instances where I have left messages with certain staff members and they have not gotten back to be, but in the end everything has always been resolved. Overall it has been a very good experience and I would recommend Regal Estates.

This is one of the places we toured when we were looking around. They were a little more upscale than some of the other places we were looking at. I just felt like it was a little impersonal, they were friendly, just impersonal.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Overall I thought they did a good job here, the facility had a nice homey feel. I liked that the rooms were not cookie cutter duplicates of one another. The facility didn't seem as well maintained as some of the others I have seen, but they were going through a change of management and I believe that was something they were working on.

Overall I think things have gone well at Azalea Estates. It is a nice looking, clean community and the staff have all been very very friendly. They really do a great job taking care of my parents and all of the other residents! They even do a great job with the food, they serve delicious home cooked meals and my parents really seem to enjoy them. They could stand to have a little more variety in their activities, but otherwise we've been completely satisfied!

It's clean. The staff is excellent there. My mother in law is not taking advantage of the value. There are lots of opportunities to participate and join in. My father in law loves it, he loves the food and, the people are happy there, he enjoys being out among everyone. We really liked the location.

I have only been there a few times. My first impression was not great, the decor was not real inviting, just that first impression, was a let down. The phone conversations, I had were very positive, they were very helpful, and friendly. Then when we did the tour, and met some of the people that lived there and had lunch, and when I was getting ready to leave, I left feeling better. They really could do a lot to make it look better. They are very affordable, though and they don't seem to raise the price every year. I can't say enough about their maintenance people. They are so accommodating, and the staff is very loyal to the complex, and each other, they enjoy working there. They have both assisted living and independent living in the same building and eating in the same dining room, so there are a lot of Alzheimer's, and dementia residents, and it feels more like being in a nursing home, in that way. There are some complaints about the food, they have had a lot of turnover, and I hear that the place isn't as good as it was when it first opened. We heard that they will be getting a new chef in a month or two. Everything is scheduled, and it can be difficult to adjust to a schedule, when you aren't use to that.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. This was a nice looking place! It was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed very friendly. From what I saw during the tour the residents appeared to be very active and social.

Staff seem ready to help. The patients are cared for and seem content. The facility is clean and neat.

I really loved River Oaks, unfortunately my loved one's stay was a short one. It is a beautiful facility, it was always very clean and smelled nice. We were not impressed with the Wellness Director....nor with the way she dealt with my loved one. However, the Director is amazing and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. They tried very hard to make it work out for us. I think they do a great job here and they are definitely worth a look!

We were only there 3 weeks, but in the short time we have been there, they have been very loving and very caring. The inside was very clean, but the patio could have been a little cleaner. They had the best pricing we had found. There are no other men here. They only had activities twice a week. The food would be about a four, there were a few things he didn't like, but they are very accommodating. They were very willing to work his health problems and most others weren't.

Court at Round Rock is a nice Retirement Community. It is not for me, but the people I saw were friendly and seem happy. The Court had more of a Skilled Nursing atmosphere. I looked at a one bedroom with one bath and two bedrooms two bath. They both were nice size apartments. Walking to the first apartment was an odor I couldn't tell if it was temporary or not.

I visited it on the 6th, not the 5th. Newer location; closest of the three to my home. Nurses on staff. Time of the visit was at the end of lunch. Not enough people present to appreciate resident's interaction.

We're very pleased with this place, and we feel like they're doing a great job here! It's a very nice looking community, and the staff are all very friendly. We like that it is a smaller place, we feel like our loved one is getting more individual attention here than she would at some of the bigger places we saw. Every time we walk out of here we feel comfortable knowing that our loved one is in a safe place where she can be happy.

Very attentive to the residents. Food is ok. Wish they had more outings that just walmart tours on Fridays. All in all a good place.

Our loved one is doing well here. One aspect that could use some improvement would be their feedback to the families. If the residents are doing well, then I guess that's good... but, more communication would be nice. Overall, we chose them mainly because of their price.

When I came and visited, I had no problems with this place. Aside from the day to day wear and tear, it was clean. The staff were all very friendly, and I enjoyed working with Melanie. This just didn't work out for my loved ones. They felt boxed in by the small 1 bed/1 bath unit. The food was the biggest complaint. I tried it and thought it was alright, but the residents say that it is all around not good. Also, my loved ones never got involved with the activities, so that could have possibly helped their transition. Overall, it didn't work, but everybody is sweet and nice!

Independent cost is $2,300 up for 1 bedroom and $2,800 up for Assisted, plus $600 for second person and additional fees in Assisted for care. Staff really friendly and interacted well with residents. Meals are served as in a restaurant. They have call cords for help in the Assisted Living area. They have additional level of care fees. Outdoor areas for relaxing.
