So far, this facility is a great place. The staff is friendly and courteous. The building is clean and they have great activities.

At Garden Estates of Tyler the food awful. It is just real salty and she says the fish is rubbery. Other than that it has been an overall it has been a good experience.

Had a good visit there. The staff appeared to be very kind and helpful. The place is really pretty and Shanna was very helpful and nice. We would like to visit other places before we make an decision.

They are doing pretty good so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly, that's why we chose them. The food is okay, but it could be better. They have a lot of activities. They were less expensive than some of the other ones we looked at. They do the best they can here.

Sorry my sister wasn't there long enough to really know how they do. But the three days she was there she has problems adjusting to new sourroundings I had to sit with her to try to keep her calm. Didn't see much staff. They brought food I had to help her eat. Only time saw nurse on duty was time for her medicine. Some nursing staff really kind others tolerate.

Food was excellent. The staff was friendly and helped clarify what level of assistance we need. It felt more like a hotel than a home.

They have been very friendly and welcoming. The dining room experience is a little chaotic because there is not assigned seats or time. They have to wait a while to get their food. The care givers have been sweet and attentive. They have a wide variety of activities to keep the residents busy and active. The beauty shop is good. They could improve on the communication between the staff members.....

Well they keep getting my in-laws medications mixed up, so they could work on that, the medication distribution.

I toured The Court when looking for a place for my mother. The staff was extremely helpful, nice and courteous! They understood what I was going through with my mother and didn't pressure me in making a decision. I would highly recommend them.

clean quiet and residents are well treated

They are doing a pretty good job. All of the food has been very good, and they are very accommodating if you don't like something. We chose them because of the people there. We liked both the residents and the staff.

My father loves it here. They take him to a lot of places. They are very active with the activities. To anyone who is looking for an assisted living community I would suggest the Regal Estates. The staff is great to work with. The complex is nice. It is very clean. I have never seen it dirty.

My sister seems very happy with her new chapter in life at Country Gardens. The staff is dedicated, friendly and highly professional. The house is nice, has a homey feel and is well cared for. The only small complaint from my sister is with regard to the food. There are some good meals and some not so good ones.

I think they do a good job overall at River Oaks Place. The people here are very nice, and the facility itself is clean, well kept, and cozy. My loved one really seems to enjoy the food, and she is normally a very picky eater!

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place! The whole community just had a friendly atmosphere, and the rooms themselves were very nice looking. They seemed to take great care of the people who live here.

When the time is right, Country Gardens Senior Living will be our family's choice for our loved one!

Two story residence and very large facility which we feel would confuse my mother. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Not enough dining space so people would have to wait for meals unless they were there as soon a serving started. Did not like the way residents had to go to a central meeting place to receive meds. Pricing was good.

They were extremely friendly and receptive when mom and I initially visited, and they have continued to be very friendly and helpful. I have had some instances where I have left messages with certain staff members and they have not gotten back to be, but in the end everything has always been resolved. Overall it has been a very good experience and I would recommend Regal Estates.

This is one of the places we toured when we were looking around. They were a little more upscale than some of the other places we were looking at. I just felt like it was a little impersonal, they were friendly, just impersonal.
