My loved one was there for a respite stay and it was a good experience. We recommend the Greatwood and we will be using them again as well.

My mother moved here recently. The staff is very good about communicating with us. My mother is not interested in the activities they offer and the staff does a good job of try to get her to join in and encouraging her. She loves the food and that is the highlight of her day.One of the main things they can improve is the strong smell of urine when you are in the building.I'm not sure if they have a resident with incontinence but the smell started recently. We chose Oak Pointe because it is in the town our family resided in for years. I would recommend them.

Pet Friendly, very well maintained. Staff is well trained and very friendly. Rooms are well laid out but small for rent charged and have little storage areas. Only drawbacks that I can see are that only cable service is offered instead of Comcast, Dish or Direct TV. One community computer but no printer for residents. Heating and Cooling room units are noisy and leave hot and cold spots in room. The Activities planned by the staff keep the interests of the residents involved and excited about being involved. This is probably one of the premiere senior communities in Temple and is very homey.

Staff is first class and very friendly. Food is nutritious and tasty. The only drawback is the level of help to get settled after the move in. Hanging pictures, connecting TV's etc. Very little storage space and HVAC is loud and temperature is not even throughout the unit.. Transportation by the community is good. Security is good. Grounds are well kept. Some of staff smoking outside. Recommend a smoke free campus for safety and health.

The staff as far as I can see is doing a great job. They keep the residents active like with the WII bowling and all the other things that they do. My mother in law is very pleased here and so are we. The food is okay, but the community is always very clean.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The staff was great and they answered all of our questions. My only reservation was that it was brand new, did not have full staff and that they did not have a lot of residents. Also dad did not like the building.

Our expectations were exceeded with Garden Estates in every category. Our family highly recommends Garden Estates.

This is a great community for my husband. He is doing very well here. He really likes that staff that is always attentive to his needs. The meals here are really good. He is happy to be able to participate in the activities and he is enjoying to be able to sing. We recommend this community for excellent care and value for other families.

I was very impressed with Regal Estates. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home and very comfortable. I have visited several times prior to the move in date of my family member and each time I have experienced the same friendliness and warmth. The building is clean, bright, and very airy. The two-hour window for the meals is amazing. The main thing that sold us on Regal Estates is the fact that all of the apartments are registered with the state as assisted, so if an independent resident develops the need to be assisted, he/she will not have to change apartments. After looking at several assisted living communities, Regal Estates was the only choice without question.

We toured the Oak Pointe in Warrenton while looking for my uncle and loved it. The place is clean and maintained very well. I told my wife, this is the place we will be moving into when we are ready.

My uncle has been very happy since he moved into the Oak Pointe. The place is very clean and maintained well. Everyone is very friendly and kind to him. We can not find anything to possibly complain about, he even found a resident that he knew from his childhood which was great. The meals are good and he is happy.

We were happy with the tour here. The staff was nice and did answer all of our questions. They had activities for good participation to keep active. The community was nice and clean. This would of been our next choice.

This is a really good community. We are happy to see they offer good meals that he is enjoying. We are very happy with the staff and the care that he is receiving. The community is very clean. And they do offer him activities when he is wanting to participate. We would highly recommend this community.

We have been very please with everything Azalea has to offer . I feel dad has settled in very comfortably in his new home . Thank you very much for making his transition as easy as possible.

My loved one has really been enjoying her stay at this community, the residents have made her feel very welcome and have been including her in the various activities they do throughout the day. The overall staffing team is also wonderful, they all have been meeting my moms needs and making her feel right at home.

My daughter started working at Greatwood Sugar Land earlier this summer and just loves it. She tells me about all the activities they provide for the tenants - style shows, scrapbooking, etc. She eats lunch there every day and talks about how good the food is. She says they are in the process of updating all the apartments and how they really care about all the tenants.

My mother lives at Greatwood and she could not be happier! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting every time I visit. She is very active in the community, and loves all the activities! Sometimes she does not even have time for me! I am so happy for her. Moving her there is the best decision I have made!

I recently toured Greatwood at Sugar Land and WAS SO IMPRESSED! I thought the place was beautiful and well maintained. The staff and residents were SO FRIENDLY! I had lunch after my tour, and the food was wonderful! I plan to move my parents into the community before the month is out! THANKS GREATWOOD!

This is a very nice community. We are happy with the staff. The food is good and different varieties. She is happy with alot of the activities . A wonderful place for those looking for great care.

Everything is great at this community. They have done a very good job with my loved one. The staff is really caring and helpful with my loved one. My loved one really loves this community!
