When we message the staff through their app, they always respond in a timely manner. If anything comes up regarding our loved ones they always calls so we feel that the staff members have great communication between their team and the residents families

This is a very warm and welcoming community. They have extremely caring staff that create a family environment. where not only the residents but the family of the residents feel welcome into the community.

The staff have been awesome. My loved one is really happy with the activities when they are able to do something. Due to covid they have not been able to do much but when they do she enjoys it. I would recommend this facility and would not be afraid to send a love one here.

I was really impressed with the atmosphere of the place, it felt like home and a community. And it focused on memory care and of course care for the community members. I liked that it is all on one floor studio rooms are a nice size. this place is at the top of the list.

Our family had an in person tour with Harbour Pointe and the tour was great, it is a beautiful facility. We just did not choose this community because it was a little more pricey then what we were looking for.

We love this community the people there genuinely care about the residents and our family. They know who we are without having to explain to them who we are or who we belong to. The communication is amazing, they call back either that same day or the next day never longer. Our loved one is so much happier here. He is getting better food options, and the community is much cleaner

It's a very nice facility. People seem to be friendly throughout. And watching over and maintenance of my parents has been very good. I have one in assisted living, and one in memory care. In memory care, I think they try as much as they can. They watch over him and talk to him. I think my dad appreciates the friendliness of the girls there helping him. He has incontinence issues, and at a previous facility, there was always a problem of odor. And I'm not sensing any of that here at Harbour Pointe. Especially considering the fact that he's in memory care and may not be able to let them know, they keep up with him very well. The assisited living side is very good too. My mother gets a fair degree of attention, but she doesn't have a high need for assistance at this point. Although she might be moving to a higher level - nothing at all to do with the facility. She's more the bulldog who won't admit she needs help. I've observed the food, and it looks pretty good. They'll bring snacks in the afternoon too. So they're well looked after in that way. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

We chose Rosewood Villa because my sister in laws parents had been here previously and had a great experience. My mom has plenty of space in her room for what she needs. They have been excellent with communication, they send out newsletters periodically even if there are no big updates. I would absolutely recommend and already have.

It’s difficult to look past a loved one’s need for Memory Care and objectively evaluate an assisted living facility such as this. However, I can say that Mukilteo Memory Care is a fine facility with a dedicated staff. I don’t know how they do it, but the staff (including the Director) take a personal interest in the residents, provide answers to questions, along with information and some insight to the family members. I wish my family didn’t need you, but I’m so glad we found you. Thank you all.

When it comes to the care services we have been very happy, we have also been very happy with the staff members. They rooms at the community are very nice, and we would recommend Fieldstone Grandridge to others.

The facility was in a great location, They took great care of my Grandma, and she was able to do things she wouldn't have been able to do by being there. The staff made sure she felt at home. I would defiantly recommend this community.

My mom has been at Fieldstone for a year and a half. It has been wonderful as it's a lovely, safe facility with a caring staff. They have done a great job of keeping her safe during this crisis in 2020.

Great people live and work here. Always available to answer questions.

My mother lived here for the last 7 months of her life. She had glaucoma related blindness and Alzheimer's. Her care team from individual caregivers to executive director did an excellent and compassionate job. Fieldstone was an excellent place for her to live her final months.

Really nice way of doing things, always good to me. As I was here longer and got to know people I have become happier.

I find living here is very good.
