My dad needed to be rescued from a harmful situation and in a pinch Harbor Pointe Senior Living opened their doors to us. We were in a scramble to find somewhere that would accept us on short notice (within the week) and they made it happen! Even help getting the doctors to approve. I honestly am so happy how things ended up working out for us. This place is perfect! I’ve live just 5mins away, or a nice 15min walk away. There’s a wonder gulch near by with miles of trails to explore along a creek. There’s a public library, shopping and an overall sense of community. Inside is just as quaint, with staff that’s warm & welcoming; just as much professional. We are lucky to have found them and grateful for this exceptional service.

Thank you for your caring assistance for my husband in memory care. I took care of him as long as I physically could at home but needed to make the change. The staff shows kindness in caring for my husband. The kitchen & dinning staff are attentive to his needs in a friendly manner. The rooms are bright and cheery, as are the back patios. Thank you!

My 85 year old mother moved to assisted living here in July. Care is, for the most part, very caring and professional. The facility is appropriately staffed and response to call lights is very prompt. My family (including my husband and children ages 13 and 14) have had the opportunity to dine with her multiple times. The food is excellent, especially the Seafood specials. Dining service is excellent and very personable. Would be nice if they had more scheduled social events/parties for special holidays etc.

I very much appreciate the care my mother receives here. The staff is always pleasant and attentive to the residents. The staff to resident ratio impresses me. It is always well staffed. A big thank you to all the care givers, nurses, aids, and support staff that work day and night, hand & hand with memory care residents. a big thank you to onsite management team for keeping me informed of my mothers well being, her safety, and for establishing a culture that a child would want to take care of their parent.

The food is fresh and cooked correctly. The staff is very friendly and takes care of us.

I feel that my mom is in a safe space and they are looking out for her best interest. When I have had questions or concerns they have been quick to respond and have been very communicative.

I have lived here five and a half years and have enjoyed the quality of care I have received.

Great place with loving staff

I’ve had the pleasure of dining several times over the past month with my in-law & have been extremely pleased with the freshness, flavor & portions.

i toured the facility several times and ate lunch here. The food was very good. lots of choices. high quality food. very friendly staff.

i am very impressed and please with the Lodge. The dinning room, activity rooms, staff and overall appearance are very impressive. Its very exciting that my friend will be moving in here.

Very nice caregivers, mainly [name removed], who is amazing and goes above and beyond for her residents.

We have been here only about a month. But so far we have been impressed with the professional and friendly staff. we would also like to compliment the chef on the excellent meal service.

At the age of 97 I often wondered how and where i would eventually expire. never did i dream it would be in such a pleasant place. i can walk outdoors when the weather permits. i can stay active indoors or read, work crossword puzzles when i want to relax - or watch tv. the staff is pleasant, courteous and attentive. i cant image any place that could feel better.
