Question one overall experience for my sisters and myself I would say a five they've been very helpful very attentive answer answering questions right away that we would have Question two cleanliness of the facility of five Question three friendliness the staff has been extremely friendly and very kind to my mother and extremely knowledgeable and friendly to my sisters and myself Question for quality of care on the behalf of Ciel I would give them a five we do experience some issue between doctors orders when Ciel is seeking information and change of medication for my mother. Question five administrative staff again a five they are easy to reach. Get back to you right away very kind and understanding with the family members and I often see them checking in with the residence. Question six food they have a chef on staff. I've had the pleasure of attending three family meals with my mother, and the food has always been good so again at five. Question seven activities they have a wide variety of activities. They also offer life loop so I would say a five. And then the last question that you have value of four money this is a hard question to answer because we went from paying $[removed] a month to $[removed] a month so it has been quite a hit on our budget, but I will say that we have great peace of mind having my mom at Ciel. It was the right move for my family, and we are now in the process of trying to set her up with the Medicare spend down so maybe this would be a four for us

Overall, I really liked the Lodge at Mallards Landing. It's a beautiful facility, and the staff is very friendly. My mother was in the memory care facility at The Lodge.

Staff are very friendly and always asks 'how you doing today' and if you need anything. The meals are delicious and are served by a great staff that come by and check to see if there is anything else that is needed. Suggest a 'doggie bag' for the dessert. Lots of activities to keep you busy

Everybody's very friendly there and very caring towards the residences. The activity director and her assistants are amazing and the interaction among all who live there is great.

The way the facility is set up is very nice and convenient, they had good references, and had a very good tour, apartments were clean and fairly new. Price was a little high, but my mother was very comfortable there.

I would say that they are super caring, compassionate and really know how to take care of dementia patients! They refer to Ciel as their home and treat them like family. They decorate and have all kinds of fun activities for the patients to do. They are always kind to the visitors when we go visit our loved ones and keep us in touch with pictures birthdays, events, meals etc.!

I like the fact that there are no hidden fees at Holi Senior Living. They're all very nice and helpful there.

Hats off to Race the chef. [name removed] is constantly working to improve the dining room experience such as creating an expanded menu and consulting with the residents to get their input. The Director [name removed] and his whole staff are always very welcoming and helpful to make sure residents are well cared for in their health, emotional, physical, informational, entertainment, and countless other needs. Don’t forget the residents. They add much to making this place a joyful atmosphere in which to reside. Your body, mind, and soul will be nourished here at Harbour Point Senior living.

They seem to specialize in memory care and assisted living. Very friendly staff, easy to communicate with. They are all very nice people. Memory care residents have their own private bed & bath, not very large, but kept clean by housekeeping. There is a secure patio/walk area, for outdoor events and recreation.

From our very first contact with This place was a lady I'm struggling to remember her name right now, but we knew this was the right place, friendly, very clean, worked very hard to find a room to suit my mom, always treated mom with respect and kindness! Med tech's were also very kind and helpful!

I would rate all a five. Very clean with caring attendants, lots of activities and family events. I don't think we could have done any better based on what others we looked at. It started as Fieldstone then changed to Columbia Landing and as of the 1st of this year was sold to Ciel. They immediately raised the monthly rent from [fee removed] to [fee removed] which I thought was somewhat excessive but maybe that's what they can do and still be competitive. Not fair but oh well.

Never had a bad moment with staff here. They are always attentive to my needs. Facility is well maintained. I enjoy the closeness of stores and library. Greenbelt is well maintained and a joy to see year round. [name removed]is fabulous and always pleasant to be around. She has always been warm and welcoming.

What our family likes the most about the Ciel of Spokane community is the staff. Their staff team is responsive, attentive and congenial. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

My 98 year old Mother believes she works at her facility … the Mukilteo Memory Care in the PNW. I often find her sitting at or around the nurses’s desk. When we walk around, she will stop and take a pulse or two or call a caregiver over to help a resident. If the staff are laughing together at the desk, she will reprimand them about their loud and unprofessonal behavior. She will show or tell the nursing staff the “proper” way to do things. Although her methods are outdated, the nursing staff seem to listen attentively. One of the nursing staff told me she appreciated knowing how things used to be done. So, in October, I nominated my Mother, who was voted Employee of the Month. Last week (her third year anniversary at the facility) about 15 to 20 members of the staff and several residents gathered around to acknowledge Mom. Everyone clapped for my Mother. Mom was so happy. When asked for a speech, Mom said, “This was unexpected. I never thought you all appreciated me!”

Our family had an in person tour with Harbour Pointe Senior Living and it was lovely and the people we met with were nice. However it was more of an assisted living environment and not enough hands on care as needed for our loved one.

Been here 4 years!!!

Memory care is a tough decision. After searching 5 different locations we found Mukilteo Memory Care to be the best fit. There is access to the outdoors with a lovely patio area. Every room has a window. Staff is caring and kind. [name removed] at the front desk is a treasure always there to help out when you need it the most.. It is always clean and well kept. [name removed] loves her room and the activities. In an area that is often fraught with problems we find very few here. We are comfortable with our decision, tough as it was to make.

We had both parents in Memory Care at Mallards Landing most of their time was during COVID. We were very appreciative of the care they received. All protocols and protection were used during lockdown. Out of lockdown we were confident they were being cared for and received genuine caring interactions with the staff. Would recommend them to anyone.

My grandmother moved into Kings Manor just over a week and a half ago and is incredibly happy with her choice. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and kind. The day she moved in we had staff coming to check on her a few times because they had just gone into Covid lockdown that day. She has also been very pleased with the food and drink offerings, only one meal that she chose and didn't really care for. Activities have been limited again due to a few Covid cases but they are still doing activities that she enjoys. Kings manor is 6/5 for value as well. The staff is so kind and the cost is incredibly well priced for where they are and for the high level of care that my grandmother needs. It is priced better than a lot of the other places in the area. I could not be happier with our choice to move to Kings Manor. I wouldn't have found it without the help of A Place For Mom, so overall again the entire experience has been lovely.

The people at Columbia Crossing are great. They really care about their residents. Very clean facility, and good to work with family. Great food too. We highly recommend!
