We recently toured the assisted living at grand villa, looking for a place for my uncle. Unfortunately after speaking with [name removed] and [name removed], we need to look at a higher level of care. I wanted to leave this review because [name removed] did not have to take the time out of her day, to help me find a solution, but she did, that meant so much because I was so lost on what to do.

Grand Villa is a warm and welcoming place and it has been a wonderful experience for my father. The staff and caregivers are wonderful and it warns my heart to know that he being well taken care off. Grand Villa made the transition very smooth for my father and that was extremely comforting since my siblings and I are not local. I recently visit my father with my daughter and she commented on how happy my father is and how wonderful all the caregivers are to him. I am very pleased that they take the time to talk to me every time I call and inform me of how he is doing. It is very comforting to be able to be able to check on my father at any time of the day. I would like to extend a special thank you to the activity director in memory care. They are always available to talk and give us updates and they made the transition smooth for my father. My siblings and I highly recommend Grand Villa to other families!

I was very impressed with the staff. I loved how inviting and friendly everyone was. It was also very clean which is a must. The landscaping makes it look very peaceful and I can see why residents are happy here. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing a place for your loved one. You will not be disappointed.

I had a great time visiting the community thanks to the informative and friendly sales staff! A great deal of time was spent touring the facility and discussing my family members needs. [name removed] was able to answer my questions and address my concerns. Communication was very open. I was very pleased overall.

Tuscan gardens is a wonderful community to live in. There are many activies and things to do. There are many options for food. The staff is very helpful and friendly- The grounds are beautiful. It's a great place to live.

What we like the most about Grand Villa is the staff. The staff are pleasant and helpful and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

We placed [name removed] about a year and a half ago, and he adapted very well. He even has a new girlfriend! The staff has been so caring and accessible. He enjoys the dining and his long walks! If you are looking for your loved one please visit Grand Villa!

I recently visited Grand Villa of Deerfield Beach for my mom and was very impressed. The staff was welcoming, answered all my questions, and gave a thorough tour. On [date removed] my aunt arrived at her temporary home. She was greeted at the front door by[name removed], Leasing coordinator. When she got in the lobby or was full of staff and other residents to welcome her Wirth cheers and clapping. Each staff member introduced and explained their role to her. My Aunt was introduced to get"sassy ambassador " aka a resident volunteer that will be helping her adjust. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us with transitioning so my Aunt wouldn't have any upset. I joined my Aunt for her first meal and found it to be very tasty and the service in the dining room was top notch. By the next day my Aunt had already joined the choir and signed up for art classes. Grand villa's staff had made this traumatic experience of moving a true joy for my Aunt. I could never thank them enough. Extremely grateful- [name removed]

I walked through Grand Villa of Sarasota to check it out for my aging parents. We were extremely impressed with this location. Not only was the building well maintained and beautiful, but everyone there was so active, pleasant and kind!

I toured this community for a loved one, and I was blown away by how warm and welcoming it felt. The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to answer all my questions. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and the entire place was spotless and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like a place where my loved one would be comfortable and well cared for. Such a great experience!

The staff goes above & beyond to ensure everyone feels like family and cares about their well being. The programs are thoughtful and engaging. We appreciate that they promote physical and mental health.

5 for all! Best place for my Mom and if I decide to have her live anywhere other then with me , it would be Grand Villa, that's how impressed I was and it has changed my thinking of assisted living. The staff was so caring and reassuring me that Mom would enjoy herself there! Every one of the staff that I seen was always so nice and helpful, I Loved all the activities and the way they make it simple and easy to find them, For someone with memory loss Grand Villa is compact in its design that makes it easy to find your way around and that was something I did t find in the 6 other places I visited.

Grand Villa has a stunning view of the Indian river and is a resort style community. The staff is warm and welcoming. The facility is clean, bright and cheery. This is an outstanding place for Seniors

Very nice and warm place all around. Clean and the staff is very friendly, the dining room view is beautiful. This is like a 5 star hotel resort for seniors.

I’m here temporality waiting for my house to be complete rebuilt because of the hurricane. I watch how the residents are treated and it’s great. My room is spacious with a small refrigerator. The food is good and the menu varied.
