It has the people the pets, the food, and the fantastic staff. Everyone here is so nice. I've met a lot of nice residents while here. Everyone is very helpful.

The Grand Villa of Clearwater has excellent staff that always know the status of the residents under their care in the Memory Care Unit. The laundry and housekeeping are performed routinely every week for the residents. The meals provided are good and nutritious. Numerous activities are planned for every day of the week and are available to the residents who want to participate.

Friendly staff & residents, sincere & helpful staff. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far. I was very impressed with everyone & everything. A most caring atmosphere

I lived in Grand Villa 3 years ago before the hurricane IAN. I was very happy to come back. Grand Villa is in a perfect location for me. The staff is always helpful and in good spirits. My room is very comfortable and plenty roomy.

My dad has been at Grand Villa almost a year and he loves it. The management is so friendly. He has met friends and people he calls "family" now. He couldn't be happier and as a caretaker it has taken a huge weight off my back.

Gran Villa was terrific. However we have moved to Virginia and he is now an assisted living in McLean. It is a small community, but I would say that for me I would recommend myself, but not necessarily for people with memory loss that memory loss section was very small and and didn't offer too much activity. The assisted living wash was very very well run and both areas were extremely clean.

I have been a resident for 3 years and I have made many friends and I am well taken care of.

My friend is a resident here. I come to visit her multiple times during the week. The staff remember my name and greet me every time I'm here. I feel welcomed from the minute enter the community.

A very welcoming setting as you walk in the community. Receptionist are ready to greet anyone as they walk in. Community smells great and clean. The smell of popcorn always give my the welcoming smell to participate on any engagement activity going on. Staff is friendly.

This is a beautiful community. When you walk in it looks like you are in a resort. The staff was very friendly and greeted you along the way. The Food and menu looked fantastic with many options including an all day menu. Residents were engaged in the exercise program and the rooms were very spacious.

A Tuscan Gardens has a wonderful activity program for both assisted living and memory care. Mom is very active and keeps up with the exercise class every morning and the daily happy hours. She also enjoys the pizza on fridays during happy hour.

I came in with my sister to visit my mom. I’m out of town and don’t get to visit as frequently as I’d like. The times I have been able to visit with her in Memory Care help me remember that this was the best decision we could have made for our family. It’s been a transition, and She has her days, but one of her favorite activities is the pet therapy that they bring in. I’m thankful for such a great staff that truly cares.

I went in to look for a place for my mother and seeing this community has been life changing. I was greeted by the residents when I walked in and realized how great the environment is here. That alone makes you feel at home!

Touring this community was a blessing of an experience. I toured during the Catholic service and could not be happier to see faith being brought to an assisted living community. Staff was friendly and I would recommend anyone looking to visit Grand Villa of Delray.

The staff is very friendly and professional . Definitely treat residence like family. Residence feel loved and cared for. I can call there anytime if I have a concern, and they will respond immediately. During the hurricanes the building is a shelter with backup power and the staff stays with them at night. The building stays very clean and is well maintained.

I am a Vietnam Veteran and never expected to find a place that I felt I truly belonged. it was a big change, but I really needed the support. I have made several new friends that have impacted my life so much. The staff is always available and treat me with dignity and kindness. This facility has the feel of home. My mother is in the memory care unit and the staff is very professional and caring. The facility is located away from roads but still close enough to restaurants and shopping to take your loved one out. Communication with the staff is excellent, always listening and willing to help. The size of the facility is small enough not to overwhelm the residents and the cleaning staff is great. The activity staff is very creative and they go above and beyond to include all the residents. I highly recommend Grand Villa of Palm Coast.
