Awesome people!

I like the care of this community for my mom. I like the staff and they attention that is given to my mom. My mom likes being able to cook for herself. Mom is always participating in activies and she likes the live entertainment. We would be happy to recommend this community for others.

It’s a nice community with the staff who are very dedicated. The property manager [removed] is really the cornerstone of the suites. [removed] is great and also [removed]. They work together well.

[removed] is the property manager here and she is just the best. She’s kind and really has a good heart. There is nothing phony about her actions. If anyone is fair with her then she returns the favor but she’s learned to stand up for herself and not let some grumpy senior bully her. That’s her best quality – a real straight – shooter but also kind. I love her to pieces!

I really like living here at this very nice community The staff is very nice. It's nice to know that the community is clean and takes of the grounds. They do offer activities for the residents that want to participate. I think that other families or single people would like this community for a place to call home.

Extremely nice inside and out! The professionalism of the staff, which works really well as a team, makes sure the community stays clean, safe, and trouble free. It always looks great I like the way this place is run and cares for; very important to me. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff gives me comfort and makes me feel at ease.

I had my tour today, February 20 at 11:00am at the Senior Suites of Ravenswood Manor. This building is in my neighborhood, not far from where I live now. [Removed], who is the Senior Administrative Assistant, met with me in the office and gave me a lot of useful information about the building before we went on the tour. She took me on a tour of the common areas and I also got to see one of the apartments. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. This building offers the same conveniences like the building in Jefferson Park such as heat, electric, and air conditioning which are all included in the monthly rent, which is good, but the monthly rental fees are a little bit more expensive than the building in Jefferson Park. There are laundry rooms on every floor and a beautiful dining area downstairs on the main floor. There are also lounging areas on every floor with TV's in every lounge. This building also offers to take the residents grocery shopping if needed. There is a beautiful park in this neighborhood, Horner Park, and an Aldi's grocery store just down the street. The building is located near public transportation.

This living facility is a nice and peaceful place to live .The residents are really friendly..The staff and management is also AWESOME they will do what ever it takes to make you comfortable and Happy ..

It was such a pleasure working with [removed]. She was well informed, patient, & very nice to deal with. [removed] also was very courteous on the phone. I am very happy to be moving into Senior Suites of Bridgeport

I wanted to complement our property manager [Removed]. She is the best – this unit has ever had. No one can beat her. Please do not take her away from us her job here is super. She keeps every one of us happy and just makes our day with her presence. Thank you for giving her to us.

I just moved in staff very competent, [Removed] helped me apply and she was very helpful and understanding [Removed] also was very kind to help me with questions I have had. It is a beautiful building.

I am deeply, very grateful to all the wonderful staff here at midway village. They had a great deal of patience to deal with my present issues… All I have to say is mission accomplished! I am very deeply grateful to be fortunate enough to live here! Thank you staff….

This was the smoothest transition and everyone that touched me during this experience showed the most genuine concern and assisted in a timely manner to help rectify an issue that had arisen.

I already scheduled a tour of the Senior Suites of Jefferson Park. [Removed] took me on a tour of the building and even showed me one of the apartments! The apartment was beautiful and I was very impressed that this building has so many modern conveniences, such as air conditioning window units, and a washing machine and dryer on every floor! And no charge to do your laundry! The building also has a large dining area where all the activities are held. This building offers to take the residents grocery shopping! The building allows one small pet and even though there is an extra small fee for pets that is ok with me. And they have a maintenance staff on hand to help with any repairs that need to be done in the apartments. Also, the neighborhood is great and there are lots of stores and restaurants in the heart of this neighborhood. The building is also located near public transportation. The rental fees are extremely reasonable! I am definitely filling out an application to get on the waiting list.
