[Removed] is great. He is an excellent maintenance coordinator in addition he is a pleasure to deal with. His personality is great. If you ask for help he will do it fast and it will be done correctly.

[Removed] is good. I was very impressed when [Removed] was off sick how she picked up and ran the building. She had trouble with handling people. She improved during her time in rounding this place. She must continue to work on this.

The office staff was great [Removed]. Both genuinely care about the well being of the resident. My family and I truly appreciate them and how they cared for our mother and responded to our family during this most difficult time.

Our Sr. property manager[Removed] is the best #1. [Removed] – our maintenance man, he’s the best#1. Thank you both – I love this place!

[Removed] showed me around explained everything. She was very nice and explained to me everything I needed to know. I hope to get on the wait list.

I have lived here over two months and I love it. I find the staff superb and my neighbors are great. There are plenty of things to keep me busy and I like that they take you to the grocery store every week. I highly recommend the building.

The rooms are spacious! Very impressive! I will love living here! All the conveniences are tremendous. [Removed] was very accommodating in giving me a tour of the home.

This community is doing well my mom. They are very attentive to all the residents. They let them be as independent as possible. They keep them engaged with lots of daily activities. It is very clean. When a resident passes away they are very compassionate and supportive. The grounds are kept up they had a picnic that my mom attended and she enjoyed that. I would recommend this to my friends and family. Please let me know if you need any more info.

This is a nice retirement community for my mom. They do have staff that is available. The grounds are clean and she is happy with the layout in her apartment. They do not have any activities for the residents to participate. This is a nice apartment for someone to call home. We would recommend others who are looking for just a community to live in with out any personal care.

We like the care from this community. The staff has been helpful with making my mom feel comfortable. We like the cleanliness of the community. The menu is appealing and she is happy with the variety. They offer my mom to participate in activities. We would recommend this community for the good care and value to others

Manager [Removed] and entire team of professionals at senior suites of Bridge port go above and beyond to provide a safe, well maintained, quiet and lovely life style inside as well as outdoors, satisfaction score “10”.

My brother has been doing very well since he moved in here. He has settled in and is quite happy. He is participating in activities and attending social hours when offered. The only meal my brother goes down to the dining hall for is for lunch all other meals he has been preparing in his own kitchen in his unit. The location is perfect and convenient for myself and sister to visit him. The staff is friendly and keeps us informed of any issues or concerns they have. The grounds and inside the building are very clean and nice inside.

Senior Suites of West Humboldt Park is a great building to live in. The staff is great and does a great job keeping up the property inside/outside.

I toured this place for my uncle. The building is nice and clean. The apartment is nice and big. [Removed] were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately they don’t have low rent at the moment but my uncle have his name in their waitlist. I’m sure he would love it here.

It has been wonderful for my client. The community is a clean facility with the best trained staff. I would recommend them and A Place For Mom was great help. I wanted to move in there myself! My client is so happy that they have more activities he can participate in. He loves living there. The maintenance person is great and willing to help the residents. he is friendly and always willing to help the residents. When I visit i see all the good qualities.

[Removed] has consistently (over the phone and in person) provided me very meaningful and helpful information. I very much appreciate her choice to meet her all visit your facility.

I am very happy with moving back into this community. The staff is nice and the apartments are nice and I like the nice view that is peaceful for me to enjoy. I am able to for myself, but they do offer meals. This community is close to a lot of shopping areas. I would recommend others to this community for a great place to call home.

My brother is really enjoying his time in this community. I'am comfortable with his move here. I know he is safe, and in good hands. The director is great, and he has a very good staff at this community. When I visit everything is always well-kept, and clean. He really likes it here, and this is a community I would recommend. It is working out well for us.
