The best part about Spring Hills is the level of activity available to the residents. They are very engaging and it’s the reason why we chose the community. The parties and food is great as well!

This is a nice community for the care that we need. The staff are caring and attentive to the needs of my wife. I like knowing that the community is clean and they offer a good variety of meals. They do have alot of activites that are offer. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

I'am very much so satisfied with my move to this community. Everyone has been friendly, and kind. The staff is good, and helpful when needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness of the community. They provide nice meals, and good activities for their residents. I have no complaints about this community, and I would recommend it.

In a nutshell, the best place for mom and dad 1. No complaints with staff. Everyone is king and considerate. There are an incredible amount of activities scheduled for each day, and the staff encourages participation. 2. Facility is always immaculate, and grounds and suites are kept in great condition. 3. Mom needs no medical care, but dad is dependent on medical services. A few glitches (specifically with 3rd party pharmacy) but most of the nursing care is excellent.

There was nothing wrong when my husband had the tour. Everything was suitable accept he preferred another community over them. He felt the staff treated their role as just workers and not as a profession.

We toured this community. The staff was nice and caring. The environment seemed very nice. My mom liked the community and the environment. They have a list of good activities and the menu looked appealing. We would recommend this community for the care of loved ones. We wanted a closer community.

We took a tour with Laura of Brookdale [Removed]. We loved that there is a clinic and bank on site, a variety of activities, and the place is spotless. The residents were socializing, laughing, and having a great time.

Beautiful, clean facility. Everyone we talked to during our tour was informative, caring and courteous. I was very impressed.

Dad loves the staff at this community. They are friendly, accommodating, pleasant and treat him like family. When I visit they ask me if I need anything. The food is good and they do offer some daily activities. They keep the community very clean and I would recommend it.

My mom is doing fabulous and she is transitioning very nicely. It is a nice place and it is a safe place. She enjoys the meals and she likes the residents who live there. WE like that they sell the apartment and they have vendors who could provide assisted living if it was needed. It has been a good price for my mom.

It is a great community and the staff are terrific and that is what I like most. The atmosphere is nice and my dad is enjoying it so far. He has participate in some activities and they had a band perform for the residents. I would recommend the community. In the beginning the ladies were wonderful and made sure we knew everything and worked out numbers. They even worked with us to get him in. They were willing to accept his level of care. I see he is working harder and getting stronger. He didn't need help getting out of his walker today.

This is lovely community, and when my mother gets better she will be returning back to this community. We love it here, they provide different levels of care for their residents. They have followed through with all the promises they made. It is a very clean community, everything looks great when I visit. I really enjoy going to visit my mother at this community, and I would recommend it.

My mom's stay at Copper Springs is going great! The staff take great care of her and she gets nice, healthy meals! So far, I have no complaints about this facility, they are doing an excellent job!

We are very pleased with this community, and everything they have done for us. My mother is enjoyed her time so much during her respite stay, that she has decided to move here. I feel a lot better knowing she is safe, and in good hands at this community. The staff is wonderful. This is a community that I would highly recommend.

[Removed] was extremely helpful in discussing assisted living for my mother-in-law. Woodbourne Place is a beautiful facility and we found many happy residents and caregivers during our tour. There's no doubt my mother-in-law's life would be much richer and happier at Woodbourne Place!

I cannot rate thus facility highly enough. I had to place both my parents in a very quick, crisis situation, from out of state. One has serious memory care needs, the other was in need of long term rehab. The facility is sparkling clean. Residents can walk freely, even going outside to a large enclosed patio. With only 40 residents, it was a personal, friendly community, not a warehouse. The staff is incredible, top to bottom. The executive director made a 7 hour drive on a weekend to do the evaluation required for placement. The director knows not only every resident, but all of their family. She was greeting our extended family members by name immediately. Everyone has been trained so well for dementia care and is so respectful and gentle with residents. The rooms were large and well designed so my parents were easily transitioned from their home. The medical support we have seen is terrific- responsive, professional and very high quality. Do not miss this as an option. It has been a level of care that changed our family.

When we first moved my parents in, [Removed] Senior was very helpful. I think they're having her do other things now but she was great along with other people who really helped is out. They billed a bit too much on my parents first bill but they're very sincere people and they are working on fixing it. They really care about the people. The food is very good, I have eaten there myself. The only thing we wish they could improve on is the time it takes to get the food. Sometimes it can take up to 45 mins to get their food. Other than that, it has been a very good experience and we are happy with the way things are going.

Love this place! It's clean and home like. The staff is wonderful.

I like the care at this staff.The staff are always trying to make things easier on the residents. They offer a good variety of healthy meals. They sometmes need more help with staff so that they are available. I would recommend this community for other families for good care and nice value to other families.
