Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience, but at the time it was just not going to be the best fit for our loved one

The tour experience was top notch. [name removed] the sales representative was fantastic. We were actually ready to move my friend in and right as we were about the sign the paperwork, they had a new director take over. This director is someone we had an issue with at Alure, we were very unhappy with him. He then was telling us we needed to move my friend into memory care and she does not need that. He was extremely rude. If it were not for him taking over she would have moved here. I would tell others to beware of him.

The Breakers is an older building but they are in the process on working to get some things remolded. The most important thing to us is the staff team - they are very friendly and are more then willing to please us which is super.

I have been pleased with Addington Place. The staff greets us by name. I see them interact with the patients in very kind ways. I like that they have activities and musical programs for all to enjoy.

The Executive Director picked my mom up from the Rehab facility! Her greeting was so nice. Not overwhelming for her at all. A gift bag, special diet treats! The “short and sweet” visits was just what she needed to build her confidence.

It has been a very good experience so far. My dad has found a lot of activities to do, he takes advantage of the shuttle service they provide, and the apartment he has is very nice. He has a 1 bedroom and it is very spacious. He is very happy here and I would recommend Baywinde to others.

Our tour at Barrington of Oakley was good. For my loved one's particular needs, we just preferred a smaller community, and also one that focused solely on memory care.

The staff members at the community are so friendly that we would give them 10 stars. We brought a friend with us one day to visit our loved one and she liked it so much that she said when the time comes she would like to move in there and that was huge for us. We do think it is a very valuable cost and based on the experience we would recommend them to other families. Even though he has not participated in the activities yet from what we have seen they look phenomenal and the staff had put in all their efforts to really encourage him to get involved. He does say the food is really good as well.

We absolutely love Barrington! Know that your loved one will feel loved here. The staff go the extra mile to help whenever needed.

The thing that sticks out most about Woodbourne Place would be how very accommodating the staff are to the families as well as the residents. I would for sure recommend this facility to others looking.

The moving process is very easy. The staff and residents are both very friendly and welcoming. The community offers a variety of activities like games, shopping trips, movie theater trips, movie nights, they have clubs that do activities, the community is very active with the residents and ensures that they have something to do each day.

They are doing a beautiful job. The interaction with the staff has been excellent. My loved one loves the food. The food is good. They offer wonderful opportunities to do things, for the activities. It's good value for money. We picked this My loved one felt most comfortable during the in-person tour, and my loved one liked the amenties that were offered. It was clean, modern, and they offered lunch during the tour. Also, the proximity made it easier for other family members to visit.

I can't say enough good things about Addington Place, from the day I walked in, to every time my grandmother calls me and tells me she feels like she's on vacation. The food is fantastic. The residents, the staff - everybody is amazing. She's having the time of her life there and wishes she had done it earlier. It's really a phenomenal place.

Everything is going well here. I've seen the menu and it looks good, but I haven't actually seen or tried the food. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The staff at Prairie Green is very friendly. They quickly address any situations that may arise along with any concerns that I have had. The administration is also extremely friendly. Overall, I am satisfied with the facility.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff and residents have been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The community was upfront with the information we requested and there were no surprises along the way. The staff communication with the family has been very good. They are responsive to our questions and they have been proactive in reaching out when they need to let us know about our loved one.

Barrington of Oakley looked like a good place for my loved one. What stood out to me: the activities, friendliness, cleanliness - and the all-around facilities.

My mom feels at home in the independent living at Evergreen. She moved from out of state and is acclimating well and feels safe. We haven't experienced the higher care/assisted living aspect. The grounds and condo are the best I've seen in the area, and I've looked. It is expensive. But I know she is safe there and has transportation and a community. The church services and deacon are great. Evergreen is home, and we are glad to have found this community. Also in close proximity to hospital and medical needs. They have helped us tremendously on the move-in process and getting everything in the condo ready. The process was daunting, especially since my mom is a widow and moved from out of state. Evergreen was very helpful in accommodations for this move. I would also like to add they put my mom up in a furnished apartment while waiting for her things to be delivered. We had issues with the moving truck, and this was amazing that they could have her stay there for the duration until her things arrived. They were beyond accommodating. The furnished apartment was so very helpful, because if this wasn't available, we would have had to put her in a hotel.

We have been very happy with Addington Place. The staff are wonderful. Mom did have a fall last month, in the bathroom, and they called me right away. Addington place is very homey. The staff does several activities every day, Monday thru Friday. I have an app on my phone, Sagely, and I get updates on what activities mom is participating in. It seems pretty accurate. The food seems very nice, mom likes it. They have been very accommodating to mom's needs.
