It's a nice enough place. I feel like the outcome wasn't as I was told at the beginning. I picked Addington because I liked the look of the place. My mother's room is adequate. The price was less than the other places.

I'd recommend them. It's honestly the best care my father ever got and he had been in a few places. They're proactive in making sure he resident is clean and taken care of instead of waiting on resident to ask. Response time was great and overall very caring. I never worried he wasn't cared for when there. They went out of their way to be welcoming. They met with my father where he was at skilled nursing on a weekend instead of waiting until a weekday to get the ball rolling. The facility was very nice, clean and the staff very friendly. They were mid priced at the places we looked at.

From the front office, front desk, all of the caregivers and maintenance, they were all very nice, loving and care to my mom. (Even on her bads days when she could be difficult)I would definitely recommend Springhills to anyone and everyone.

My wife was there for 3 months and was well cared for. The staff was great and friendly and helpful. Both my wife and I made a lot of friends there. The building was very well cared for. I would recommend Baywinde to anyone.

During this Thanksgiving holiday I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to the staff and administrators of Lowrie Place that were such great caregivers to my wonderful and forever sweetheart, [name removed]. I’ll miss her forever. Thank you so much!

My loved one is currently a resident at Park Creek Place Memory Care and overall her experience at this facility has been good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great! The staff, activities and value for cost are also great. The food is just okay. Additionally, the ownership has changed. Overall, I would recommend Park Creek Place Memory Care to others.

It has a memory unit; only one other place in town has a memory unit and we liked the staff better at Addington.

The Addison of Cornersburg is an amazing care home with great staff. I can't personally rate the food but my dad mentions that he doesn't care for the food. However, I am not sure if he is just being picky. I stand behind The Addison mostly due to excellent care and kind, engaging staff.

My mom has been there 3 1/2 months and is very happy there. She is in independent living so doesn't require much care. But Nurse [name removed] and the PT department have been great. Food is really good but apparently they all complain it's not hot enough. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

I toured the community last week, it’s gorgeous, happy residents, clean, beautifully designed, a lot of food options, and welcoming staff! I highly recommend if you are looking for a vibrant senior living.

My dad was living at the Sheridan. He lived there for about three years, until he recently died. I was glad every day that we chose the Sheridan. We were looking for a place around Park Ridge so he could be close to us. We initially chose the Sheridan because it looked like a four star hotel. We quickly found that the real gem of the Sheridan is the four star staff. I visited my dad often each week so I got a pretty good feel for the staff. Almost to a person they were friendly, calm and kind, giving the place a warm homey feel. My dad felt the same way. He never had a bad word to say about the place or any staff member. If you are thinking about a family member living in assisted living, you cannot do better than the Sheridan. When they say "Welcome Home", they mean it.

The staff is very attentive to the residents . My mom really likes the food there. There are activities throughout the week to keep them busy. Overall, I am just very impressed with what I have experienced there for my mom.

I'd give all seven categories an A. I've only been there a few times, but I'm very glad that we chose Logan Place. [name removed] does a great job from what I've seen. And I am very pleased w/ the cost. Great value!

My loved one is currently a resident at Baywinde Senior Living and everything has been great for him at this facility so far. The daily nursing staff is great. Also, the daily manager is very responsive if you have any questions. The meals are good and they have a good variety. We are very happy that our father ended up here. I would highly recommend Baywinde Senior Living to others.

It did not feel like a nursing home nor funeral home. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are a real nice size.

My loved one is currently a resident at Woodbourne Place and the experience has been overall great so far! The staff are responsive, kind and appear to care for the residents. The facility always appears clean and never smells. The move in process was good. They had their head of facilities available to assist us. We had to make them aware of when we planned to move in and he was available. He assisted with tools and hanging things on the walls. My loved one likes the food and it sounds like they vary the menu. Communication with the family is currently lacking since they transitioned to a new company at the time that our loved one moved in. They state that they are working on it and will be sending out mass emails and bulletins to family members. The activities are great. A monthly activity calendar is provided to the residents as well as posted on the bulletin board. I would recommend Woodbourne Place because they are very responsive. It is clean and they appear to be very attentive to my loved one's needs. They appear to keep the residents busy. They can attend the activities if they want to or not. They do their best to encourage. They provide grooming like shaving, nail cutting and haircuts. They provide laundry services too.

They are very friendly and have followed through so far on what they have promised and the rooms are very nice. It's a smaller facility so we feel they will get to know [name removed]. They are also able to go to their apartments and do reminders for meals and activities.

My stepmom was previously a resident at Marquis Gardens Place and everything was great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. The staff, care services, meals and value for cost were also great. They went above and beyond while my stepmom was a resident there. I would highly recommend Marquis Gardens Place to family and friends.

My loved one is currently a resident at The Addison of Pleasant Prairie in the Memory Care unit. This is a nice facility. The move in process went pretty smoothly. There are times I feel that they are short staffed and only meet the bare minimum requirements for that. However, I will say the staff that they do have is wonderful and very nurturing and patient. For the most part, I would recommend The Addison of Pleasant Prairie to others.

Our family is very pleased with Baywinde Senior Living community and our loved one is very happy living there. Based on the experience we have had so far with this community, we would recommend them to others who are looking for a place for their loved ones.
