Senior Helpers

I'm very satisfied with the services we are receiving from this home care agency. They are doing a very good job caring for my father and his needs. The care givers are nice, they are good at what they do. They help with some cooking, cleaning, and some personal care. I like the fact if some one can not make it out to our home, they are quick to send a replacement. It has been a lovely experience and I would recommend it.

The Senior Helpers staff are very gracious. They are really good at working out any glitches we have. The price is higher but they are finger printed and trained. Mom has dementia so this very important to us. Overall good experience with them.

We only had a helper for a short time, but found it very reassuring to have someone there to give us some advice as we went along. My only change would be to make sure to have a person who can drive, as it would make the helper even more helpful.

Senior Helpers is an excellent company to work with the services and caregivers are outstanding, very caring and very warm. This company cares about their clients and staff, I would recommended this company to see after my love ones anytime.

Senior Helpers is a good company, and I would recommend them to others in a different circumstance than ours. Although we enjoyed working with them, my in laws would not allow the caregivers to do much or provide the care that they set out to do, which made things difficult. Senior Helpers was exactly what we expected, but due to circumstances, it did not work out for us in this case. One thing I feel needs improvement is receiving information timely. The reports about what was going on was very slow getting to us. Again, under different circumstances, I think things would have been much better.

Seniors Helpers is an in-home care company. I have had excellent caregiver and excellent service.

We used Senior Helpers for a limited time did not really need the level of care they were providing. While we were using them we were pleased with the situation. When we in a higher level of in home care we will look to Senior Helpers. We would recommend them to anyone that needs home care.

I would recommend to others but advise them to come with a list of chores/tasks for the caregiver to complete

Be persistent with the office staff when needed info. If the caregiver doesn't fit your need don't be afraid to ask to try someone else. The caregiver we have is really good. Communication with the caregiver is good.. I would recommend the service to others.

I was looking for a companion for my mother who is in early stages of dementia. She can still care for herself but is lonely and wanting more company. A Place for Mom helped me find Senior Helpers. I met with [Removed] and she understood our needs and the challenge my mother would present as she doesn't want strangers for company, just me and my sisters. She matched us up with a great companion and although my mother isn't totally accepting of her, to make me happy she's allowing the companion in her home and they are getting to know each other. My sisters and I like her companion and are sure that with time, my mother will come to rely on [Removed] company.

So far they seem to be working out fine. They have been helpful and reliable, and we haven't really had any issues so far.

Senior helpers have some great caregivers . They would keep up with cleaning that had to be done . The meals were great they tried doing a wide variety of meals . I really hoped that they would have done activities that were discussed but they didn't exercise any.

So far things are going much smoother than the previous home care agency we worked with. They are doing okay so far.

We have been pretty happy with them. They have been helpful and reliable, and were just what we needed. I haven't had any issues at all so far.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Senior Helpers! The office staff and the aides are friendly, cordial, and professional, and they've been more than able to perform all of the care tasks we've asked of them.

Working with Senior Helpers has been good so far. They are primarily serving as a companion for Mom and seem to be doing a good job. My only concern which I will be addressing is that I would like them to keep me updated on everything. Whether it be to report hours completed or just to tell me how things went on a weekly basis would be great! I would recommend them if presented the opportunity.

Met with David Stewart. Very informative, price is higher than what I can do at this time since I am waiting on Long term insurance to be reinstated. Provided lots of good information and resources--very knowledgeable and informative.

They are organized. They respond quickly to our requests. They are very nice. Overall, It has been a good experience.
