We love it here at the Suites but let's face it, no place is perfect. I would recommend to others.

I would recommend. I picked this community because I loved the facility.

This community did not have enough emphasis on memory care for my loved one. I wanted a community that would be specific and smaller to focus on my loved ones needs.

My granddaughter toured the Belleville Assisted Living community when we looking for a place for my brother. She said it was a very nice community. The staff was very friendly and helpful answering her questions regarding what the community could provide. We were looking into options for the type of care that would be provided. We needed more independent living for my brother.

This is my first experience dealing with a memory care/ assisted living facility, so perhaps my expectations were set too high. This is a very nice clean facility and the majority of the staff seem well trained and knowledgeable in dealing with dementia patients. However some of the staff, usually the ones at night and on weekends, are below the level of what I expected. I also understand the difficulty of running and employing any type of health care facility. So perhaps this is as good as it can get. I do applaud all the people here who are dedicated to caring for those affected by memory and personality altering conditions.

My tour of this community was a nice one. The community from what I saw was pretty well maintained. The grounds looked very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They lady that showed us around was very informative and answered my questions. This is a lovely community with kind people.

I toured this facility. I did not like the facility based on the tour. During the tour, 2 separate staff members were sitting in the corner playing on their phones. One of them I saw twice, still playing on the phone. This told me it was a normal occurrence. I also asked the Director if there were any residents from my mom's town. She not only named the person, but also gave me her diagnosis & condition status! During the tour, she also made a negative comment about one of the residents holding a baby doll! I certainly DID NOT want my mother in that environment. If the leader spoke negatively about the residents to strangers, I can't even imagine what the employees under her leadership would say.
