I have been a resident of Revel Palm Desert for about 18 months. It is exactly what I want in an independent experience. I have all the services I need. It is truly an independent place. I have great kitchen facility if I wish . It’s something I thought I would use but don’t. I fix breakfast only. Meals are included in my monthly lease. Food is first class. Would rival many restaurants with enough choices to keep one content. Daily specials also. Have recently added vegetarian choices. There are many activities to take part in if you wish. Pickle ball,blackjack,croquet as well as excursions to local spots. One builds a community of friends in a short time. I am gay and my husband and I were concerned about acceptance. We were welcome from day one and met other couples. Many residents have gay family members visiting which helps the community. I happy to recommend this facility

We booked a tour of the Revel facility and were greeted with warmth and friendliness. Every question we had was answered with an understanding of how the overall system worked. It was amazing the patience these folks have and was most appreciated by me. The entire facility felt warm and welcoming and had the sheen of friendliness and care.

The staff and residents at Revel Spokane have been extremely friendly and helpful. The food menu is slightly limited, but really no serious complaints.

My whole family and I have been so impressed with Revel Issaquah! The property and building are amazing and beautiful, with so much to offer its residents. [name removed] has been so kind, patient and thorough and has been a pleasure to work with! We are so grateful that Revel is an option for my Mom, and hope to have her moved in soon! The food at Ovation was delicious and you can really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients. We were also really impressed with the activity calendar, which is loaded with a wide range of classes and events every day! Highly recommend Revel to anyone looking for a vibrant senior community.

My family and I recently visited Revel Issaquah as part of our search for the right location for our senior family member. I can say, without reservation, that Revel was a huge, and VERY pleasant surprise for all of us. From the initial greeting/meeting with [name removed], the sumptuous breakfast, the tour of all of the facilities with all of its amenities, and the very surprising affordability, we all left feeling so at ease that we had found the RIGHT place. Revel has given us all a sense of peace that our loved one has found her new home, and most importantly, she is feeling completely relieved and at ease with her decision. We can't thank you enough for the reception and the relief we all feel. Thank you!!

This Revel community is fabulous! Not only the facility itself, but the residents, staff and management are unbelievable!! The residents are friendly. We are a group of people who seek out others who complement each other. The staff is exceptional. [name removed], our Revel driver will go out of her way to help out with misc trips when needed. For example in addition to shopping excursions and helping bring pkgs to my apt, she took me to the vet to check my dog. The entertainment is always entertaining, food is yummy, salon and gym available for beauty and health needs.

[name removed] did a fantastic job of introducing me to Revel. He was kind, understanding and helpful. The amenities are abundant and people I talked to liked living at Revel. It looks like a well managed caring community!

Really wonderful tour. The food was great and the facility seems very well run - clean, well laid out, lots of on-site amenities. We were all very impressed! All of our questions were addressed and Jim was a very knowledgeable and helpful guide.

I would say 5 for all of the above except Value for the money. I find it a bit high in relation to my personal finances. Since they base the rent on the current market value, it might get to the point where I will no longer be able to afford it. Everybody works together (staff and residents). It makes you feel like you're with family. I wish there was a way for the Overall Director to see this review since he's the hardest working young man to be able to keep this place as it is. I am very sincere with my comments. I'm 85 years old and have worked in many parts of the world with some of the best companies. I believe in giving credit where credit is due.

My tour in my apartment search was a good,positive experience. [name removed] ,Sales Mgr was a wonderful guide. I was referred to him and he more than fulfilled my hopes. He is a warm,sincere,thoughtful person. His patient demeanor, knowledge and attention to detail made the challenge of securing a safe,attractive,community-based comfortable. I felt good after the tour and he has continued to communicate relevant information in a reassuring manner. I highly recommend [name removed], Sales Manager when you are interested in learning about Revel in Issaquah.

My mom (age 77) and I met with [name removed] at Revel for a tour and some more information. [name removed] is wonderful; informative and helpful but didn't make us feel pressured to make a decision or a commitment. We had a lot of time to tour the facility and grounds and viewed several apartments so we could compare layouts, sizes, and views. He was patient and kind and answered all of our questions, even following up with an email of things to think about and a video of some of the spaces we'd toured. I also like seeing many residents enjoying their space: Some were at the bar having cocktails, many were in the restaurant eating together and in the lobby chatting, etc. There were people in the pool and the movie theater and the salon. It was nice to see a real community of people enjoying their space and time together. I was left with a very positive feeling about the staff and the space.

My mother was so worried about the next step for her, but Revel has completely put her at ease. The amount of support, kindness and time they have sent her way far exceeds anywhere else we have looked. The amenities, staff and location all make this place exactly where she wants to be. Great model, and wonderful support system. I have no fear of her happiness here! Thank you Revel!

I toured this property a couple of weeks ago. What a great property! Well-appointed from the front door back to the units. The restaurant was beautiful, pool and spa areas accessible, clean, and inviting. Staff friendly and professional. Definitely the top contender for my parents' future living situation. Highly recommended!

Revel Lacey has created a great community environment. I moved in May of 2023 and have been blown away by the willIngness not only of the staff but the residents to support and help each other. I look forward each day to the activities and outings with my friends I have made. They let me bring my fur baby! They have a beautiful dog park. Trivia nights, baseball games, happy hours, and so much more. Would highly recommend to check this place out.

We had a lovely tour of Revel today. The apartments are really pretty, and the amenities and opportunities seem wonderful. We’re still early in our research, but we will definitely be considering Revel.

We had a wonderful visit with our tour guide 1453260 and found revel to be an excellent option with a great amount of engaging activities for my mother. There were some nice options, like stays at their sister properties included in rent. Revel reminded me a bit of a stay at suncadia rather than a senior community. It is absolutely worth checking out.

My mom is a strong and independent woman that wouldn’t budge at the thought of moving into senior living. I hated the thought of her living alone, away from myself and my siblings, and had no idea where to start when it came to looking for a new home for her. I came across rebel and met with their rep that helped me with some talking points to ease mom into the idea. He invited us both to lunch and immediately made a connection with her. Made her feel safe and preserved her dignity, showing her independent living is more than possible. It took a while for her to get used to the idea but she kept revisiting, and now has been at Revel for 2 months and is more happy than she’s been in years. She’s made excellent friends and is able to do far more for herself than she was while living home alone. I’m so grateful to the rep that took the time to build a relationship with my mother, he never put too much pressure for her to move and eased her fears when she was ready to take the leap.

My Mom and I researched a number of the independent living/assisted living facilities in the South Western Summerlin Area of Las Vegas and I must say that Revel Las Vegas is the only one that checked every box for us. I've been warned that these types of facilities don't really care for our aging parents the way we would wish them to, but I'm elated to report that Revel goes beyond my expectations here. From initial sales, to contract, to move in, to helpful staff (front and back), to chefs and server wait persons that wish to please, they all receive an A+++ rating from all that I've observed so far. We're fairly new, however one can get a sense for how the directive of how to relate to the clients comes right from the top. They aim to please and are extremely reasonable on requests. The staff, the facility, the cleanliness, the activities and services, the quality of the food all are first rate. You can't go wrong with deciding to go with Revel.

While researching communities for my parents, I contacted [name removed] at Revel Vegas. She was extremely helpful, informative, and had an excellent phone demeanor. She wasn't pushy at all and answered all my questions about the community (as well as others in her region). I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if I need additional information.

I have been a resident at 2 other senior living communities in the Lacey area and am so happy to have found Revel as my home! I went in to Revel very hesitant due to being deceived multiple times by previous communities. By the end of the my tour with their sales person [name removed]I had a feeling I had found the right place. After being a resident 4 months I can say all of it is true! The food is great, the transportation is the most flexible around, and most importantly they listen to us residents and truly treat us the way we all wish to be treated as senior adults who are INDEPENDENT.
