My mother moved to Revel three months ago because she was attracted by the independent ethos of the place, the quality of the facilities, and the overall demeanor of the staff during our initial visits. [name removed] was our first point of contact and has been fantastic since day one; she continues to go above and beyond and her personality shines through every time I have interacted with her. All of the staff (led by [name removed]) have been extremely welcoming and supportive of my mom while she has recovered from a recent knee surgery. The food options from the kitchen and social club are varied, well-balanced and super tasty. The maintenance staff led by [name removed] are responsive and keep everything in tip-top shape. My mom is very independent and still works part-time more than ten years after her official retirement. Revel has been the perfect landing spot for her, providing her that bit of extra support and sense of luxury to maintain her regular activities. I am very happy that she can call Revel home!

Our experience from day one has just been excellent, every person working there has just been amazing. We would never look for another place, if you need anything they are there that day usually within an hour. We could not be happier, everyone there is great and it is just amazing. Our loved one was very nervous at first and now he loves it.

Compared to other communities I feel I get the best value at Revel Spokane. It is very friendly, lots of activities, or if you want to not participate you can. The food is great. I feel I have a good feel about this community. The really involve the residents in leading activities.

This new facility has it all: beauty, good food, amenities and location. Most of all, though, the people. [name removed] may be the first person you meet and, if so, lucky you! We looked at a half dozen places all around Seattle and she was the best person we dealt with, by far. Issaquah is only 15 minutes from all the theaters, etc, in Seattle, without the mess of the big city, yet has everything you might want. You can't go wrong.

Revel Issaquah is a beautiful place to call home! Brand new with great facilities for staying fit and social. I’ve sampled the incredible menu, met the amazing residents and staff. I’m so happy for Dad’s decision to move here. Special Thanks to [names removed] for answering my many questions, and for making his move in day go a little easier with dinner delivered and breakfast in the fridge.

Our lead housekeeper, [name removed], cleans it very amazing well, she is very personable and has fulfilled all tasks beyond measure. We are extremely pleased with her performances here at Revel Lacey.

My family recently toured Revel and were very impressed by all that we saw. The man who gave us the tour was most engaging. The woman who went over the paperwork took time to explain everything; patiently answering any questions we had. We saw her warm smile again as we came back for the walkthrough. The maintenance man was very friendly, both the day we toured and again as we did the walkthrough of the apartment. He explained how everything thing worked, from the heating to the garbage disposal. He also offered to help hang pictures for us.

The sales director is one of the most engaging people I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. As my family was touring Revel he not only remembered all of our names while carrying on conversation, but the names of everyone we saw along the way. He makes the effort to make everyone feel seen, heard and cared for.

I chose Revel Province because it was in the perfect location and also the fact that they have an indoor salt water pool that is accessible at anytime. They have a tons of activities to choose from and for residents to participate in. It seems expensive but I feel like the money is worth it and I am very happy with my choice. In spite of the virus, it has still been a good experience, everyone here is very friendly and they are very accommodating.

The residence is very friendly, and so is the staff. They have great amenities and the richness of the experience. I would definitely recommend this community to others

This community worked with hospitals and other community partners to ensure the residents get the vaccines first. The staff is excellent, and called my loved one by their proper last name until the resident told them to call them a different name. The community is respectful and polite. The service here is incredible. They even know the family names as well as each resident by name. They proactively worked to make sure the virus was not to get in the community. The community delivered meals to the residents. I couldn't be more happy with the details that the community has done. The manager will play Texas Hold'em with the residents. The staff is even participating in activities with the residents to keep them engaged. The restaurant has a full menu that changes quarterly. The food here is top notch.

What stuck out to us about Revel Province was that it was a newer and cleaner facility. The people here were also very nice when we toured. They have different sizes of apartments but they are all very spacious. I ate lunch with my mom almost everyday and the food was great, they have a chef onsite that prepares all of the meals. I would tell others looking that the staff here was just absolutely incredible, overall we had a great experience and would recommend it.

My mom was a recent resident at Province Springs until her passing late this year. She loved the staff and the facility. My wife and I really enjoyed visiting her there and were so impressed with what was available to the residents. There were many activities in which they could participate, and the salt water pool and work out room were great options. When we dined with her in the restaurant, the food was always excellent, and the house keeping staff kept her room really clean. However, perhaps the most important to us was seeing the quality of care she received from the staff. They were always responsive, polite and engaging. If there was a problem, they addressed it immediately, and they strived hard to adapt to the challenges posed by COIVD. We were never worried about her staying there. I really urge you to visit the facility for yourself. [name removed], Sales Director, was our point of contact.

I really liked the full services they provided, everything is included in the rent. I really liked the rooms, they are very clean and if you needed maintenance they came right away. I would recommend this community to others, the only thing i did not like was how management was not always involved with the residents.

We liked the way the food is done at this community, it is more like a restaurant style and not institutional. That was one of the main reason we chose it, and it is also a newer facility. They do offer a good variety of activities but due to COVID they are not doing anything. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

The staff was very welcoming, and they had plenty of information. It is a very nice and clean community, we had a good first impression. The rooms are nice, they have laundry units in every apartment. We would definitely recommend this community

The best community of its kind. [name removed] operates this facility as if every resident were a relative or a good friend of his. He has hired a young, inexperienced staff that is learning and trying so hard to be the best. All staff members are pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. As one of the residents commented, it's almost like living on a cruise ship.

We couldn't be happier with the level of customer service. My mother recently decided that independent living would be a good place for her to be. Revel Province was the first on her list of tours. With Nate giving us a fantastic tour my mother decided this was it. Her new home. The property is great, very clean and a ton of events and activities for your loved ones to enjoy. Best of The Best!
