the sales director, [name removed], was extremely helpful in assisting us in settling our mom into independent living at Revel. she was so instrumental in mom's transition from her own apartment into the Revel community. we noticed the difference in mom being active and around such friendly people. mom really feels comfortable in her new home and we are so thankful for Revel.

[name removed] has boundless energy, and is always eager to be of help. she listens to seniors, and works hard to find solutions to any of their problems. you can tell she enjoys her job!

1st class community. sales staff professional, welcoming without pressure, concierge, wait staff excellent and attentive. they make a point to call residents out by name. 5 stars goes to the chef as every meal has been outstanding. the amenities are on par with a luxury resort.

the Revel community in Issaquah is beautiful. the staff seem to love this work. [name removed] is knowledgeable and caring. she made me feel welcome and like I was a close friend.

While this was a beginning look for future living arrangements for us, she answered our questions and was very patient with us. We are not close to making a decision but we’re very impressed with your property and mission, thanks to the impressive presentation by Tina. We will stay in touch.. I went to tour this community for my mother and learned of all the amenities, upscale apartments and met many of the staff and residents. The pricing is higher than most but it’s a welcoming location with more than enough to do. I loved our lunch but service was slow. The desk clerk was so professional. She had me wait for [name removed] who toured me all over and she was caring, friendly and helpful. The manager even met me which was a nice touch. I even met their housekeepers but the Womens bathroom was a bit messy. I’m OCD so I’d recommend having it cleaned before showing people around. But my mom will be figuring out where to go, recommend checking this place out. Much nicer than other places we sought after.

It is definitely worth going to and checking out if you can afford it. It's not cheap but you get a lot for your money. The apartments are relatively new, the staff is friendly, maintenance is very responsive. The points system they have is easy to work and a good value. A general overall consensus is you get what you pay for here.

I just like to say thank you to all the staff at Revel especially [name removed] who I have communicated most with for about the past 3 years. They have literally made EVERY visit feel comfortable, at ease, fun, and accommodating. Specifically, [name removed] has always been incredibly thoughtful and has a great attitude whenever myself or my workers visit or help one if her clients. I appreciate her willingness to help me with a smooth experience and trust us with her clientele. If I were 55+ I would definitely live there and I highly recommend [name removed] and Revel staff.

My wife and I recently toured REVEL Spokane unannounced as part of our review and possible move to a senior living facility. We were warmly greeted and introduced to the sales manager. He took the time to listen, ask the right questions and provide sound direction to our investigation. He provided a thorough tour, introduced us to a number of the staff, residents and administration. We were given time wonder about on our own, to inspect a few apartments and to “get a feel” for what living there might be. REVEL and its people is the right place for us. [name removed] is a real people person with a genuine understanding of seniors. He’s a gem among others of that quality there and we are now residents. d

We chose Revel Eagle because it was a brand new facility so the recency of construction and all the material finishes were very nice. The apartments are beautiful. They have 2 really good restaurants that are on site as well which gives her a lot of variety on food choices. It definitely does not look, feel, or smell like any of the other facilities that we looked at. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with this community. This is a very positive environment and community for anyone. The food is excellent right now.

My loved one loved it here. They are great and lovely people. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. They have great activities. My loved one enjoyed the food during their stay. They offer a great food allowance and a great value for the money.

Although it started slow due to Covid, it's now starting to go up, including mom's activities for personal interaction. The staff has been amazing, I can't think of a worse situation to attempt to open a facility like this than during the Covid, but the staff has persevered and they're rapidly getting everything under control.

Revel is terrific! I have been medically challenged. I could not ask for a better home. The staff is great! The facility is lovely, staff is beyond wonderful special diet is accommodated. As my family says-this is a cruise ship on land!

[Names removed] couldn't have done a better job setting the tone for Revel. They were warm, professional and sincere in their presentation. The facility is beautiful, well maintained with a perfect complement of activities. I'm sold.
