Excellent appearance and friendly personnel

These apartments turned out to be out of our budget however the community is beautifully maintained and the tour coordinator showed us the new renovations that were taking place that would be exciting for a potential resident. The community felt like we were at home but had resort style amenities; it was great! If you are ever looking in the Burke area, I highly recommend Heatherwood!

Bay Lake has so much to offer - from wonderful meals prepared daily by the Executive Chef to wonderful, warm and professional staff. The residents love the many enrichment activities that keep them engaged and active.

We were looking for an assisted living with memory care for my mom. The Wellington has both of these and everything is all under the same roof. I know when my mom’s dementia worsens, I won’t have to scramble for another place for her. The Wellington is beautiful and the staff are very kind. I am happy as the community is also very clean. My mom also loves the food and can have wine with her dinner. We love everything about this community!

She now has friends, is eating great, and really just has an overall new lease on life. Wellington is truly owed all the credit, our family is so grateful.

We knew Ashleigh was it the moment we turned in to their driveway. The community is well manicured and nicely appointed. Very clean and the staff were so friendly. Great aesthetics with the backing of quality care. My dad is happy and so are we.

The staff was very friendly and professional from arrival. [name removed] was extremely professional and patient with my mother and took time to answer all our questions. We were impressed with the building design and cleanliness of the building.

Love the Hidenwood and the apartment rooms that I look at for my mom.

By far the best assisted living in Prince William County. Family owned, nurses in the building 24/7, and a very knowledgeable leadership team. I can rest easy knowing my mom is receiving the very best care.

Honest to goodness this community is the very best I’ve seen and visited. Not only beautiful but professionally run. Caring for their residents is there absolute priority.

Nicest community we have toured during our search for our parents. Friendly staff that answered all of our questions and we left feeling extremely comfortable about our decision.

Paul Spring is a lovely community in the Mount Vernon area. The amenities are top-notch and the staff could not have been more welcoming. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for their loved one or themselves.

Despite the difficult challenges 2020 has presented especially to those of retirement our Paul Spring has protected the residents while making every effort to create a glimmer of cheer in each day. The staff and management value each aspect of Health, follow CDC and VA health department guidelines, and still make time for taquito and sangria delivery or lemonade. Special thanks to [name removed] who keeps us connected to anyone we need and to the fine, warm caregivers.

I had the good fortune of being the first resident at TWofLM. Although TW excels in AL care, I found my status as an independent resident to be treated with the same level of excellence. I was warmly welcomed and found integration into the community seamless and friendly. The staff is well trained and responsive to each resident's needs. The activities are many and shuttle transports allow residents to make appointments outside fo the community. TW has done a remarkable job protecting its residents from COVID. Without reservation, I give TW a 5-star rating. It offers a safe and wholesome living experience while lovingly attentive to individual needs and the wellbeing of each resident.

I like the food here a lot. The other residents are friendly. I like the exercise classes, it's a good program. When I need help a nurse comes in a timely manner. The courtyard is a nice place to sit in.

Very bright & cheerful. [name removed] extremely helpful. Even though the facility is over 3-decades old, that's a benefit: more closet space larger rooms, built to withstand storms we get in Hampton Roads. The activities look inviting, and the genuine friendliness of staff with residents is great. It's a personal touch. We toured during the dinner hour, smelled delicious, and the residents were hurriedly heading to DR!! Could say much more, I was ready to move in myself, but mom needs the space :-)
