I just traveled into town recently to visit my grandfather who lives here, while I had never been here or met any of the staff, they still treated me like family as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone that I passed in the hallway would welcome me to the community and asked if I needed help with anything. When I had trouble finding his room and asked for help the nurse was very eager to help me and while we were walking, she was telling me some funny stories of when she would interact with my grandpa. I'm so glad my parents chose this community because I know he is being taken care of like family.

I recently toured this community, and I was very happy with what all they have to offer 3 meals a day are included, cable and internet, lots of activities, weekly housekeeping, etc. The whole atmosphere was very warm and inviting, I really felt that they would take great care of my mother. Unfortunately, my mother died before I could move her in, but I know she would have loved it here.

This community has a bunch of signature programs that they offer that are super amazing. They have a beautiful newly renovated salon and massage room, a stunning "coffee shop", and a brand-new fitness center. The rooms are very spacious, all of their rooms come with a full kitchen which is very nice for when you want to cook your own meals.

All your staff are hardworking and amazing, from the top leadership throughout: [name removed],[name removed], [name removed], the Dining Room staff, Chef, Concierges! And especially [name removed] for getting us through Covid w/Zoom calls weekly.

[name removed] was a superb host. The Hidenwood is an amazing facility. Thank you!

The Barrington at Hioaks is an exceptional retirement and assisted living facility. The support staff is welcoming, friendly and always willing to help with a smile. The shuffleboard court, exercise classes and movie cinema are just three of the amenities Barrington offers for their residents. If you are searching for a retirement community or an assisted living community you will want to put The Barrington and Hioaks at the top of your list.

I have worked at Paul Spring for over a year and it has been a great experience. It’s a wonderful place to work and live.

My wife and I have been looking for a suitable retirement home for years. We toured The Wellington last week--and we think this is the one! The tour was very informative, with no stone left unturned. The building and the community are lovely and peaceful. We can not wait to become residents.

My husband and I came for a tour of this community and we were blown away. The whole building is immaculate and the staff is amazing. [Name removed] and [name removed] are both very knowledgeable in every area of the establishment and they gave us a wonderful tour, answering all of our questions.

The community was very welcoming and the marketing director {name removed} was extremely professional and informative.

I am happy to be here at Short Pump with my brother and his family. I am also extremely happy with the care the staff provides. The staff outside of nursing is also extremely helpful and life enrichment also provides amazing activities. I am so happy that Westmont helps me attend activities even while being in a wheelchair.

Very neat age in place concept for couples. One can be independent and one can be assisted but still live in same apartment. The woman giving my tour was delightful.

I toured this lovely community with my mother and I could not be more impressed. They had everything that she could possibly want, from the exercise room with multiple equipment machines to the salon with a hair dresser, nail technician and massage therapist. This was by far the most beautiful community we have toured.

We toured here for my mom and fell in love. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was so polite. We ate lunch as part of the our tour which was divine. The food is made from scratch daily by a Mediterranean chef, how unique! Highly recommend taking a tour!

I came to the Westmont Holiday Open House back at the beginning of December and WOW did they spare no expense. Ice sculpture filled with seafood, flowers on every surface, performers throughout the building, cookie decorating on their third floor, and so much more. It was just spectacular. I've never been to an event in the senior living community that even came close to comparing to this. My favorite was seeing how much the families and residents were enjoying the event. Westmont did a great job of making it a special evening for everyone involved. Great job team.

Westmont checks all the boxes. A handful of activities a day, delicious meals, aesthetically pleasing indoor and outdoor design, pleasant and helpful staff members, and residents who rave about their experience. Just looking at pictures and info online does not do this place justice. I suggest taking a tour and asking the residents you meet what they think. Their review means everything.
