I can't say enough positive things about this place. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The facility has been recently renovated and the residents have access to impressive amenities. They are also afforded the ability to age in place, where they can receive additional care but remain in their same apartments. I've also attended a few events there and the chef is amazing! I would highly recommend this facility to any seniors looking for a new home.

Beautiful community! I visited because my mom wants to move from Williamsburg closer to me and she wanted a place where she can be still independent but have staff there if she needed anything. I took pictures and she loved it.

Short Pump has always been one of my favorite areas in the richmond area, and knowing that there is an option for me to move closer to short pump when I am ready for independent living level of care is really exciting me to look into the Westmont.

Whenever I drove by this place I thought it was a hotel. I paid closer attention to the sign and realized it was a retirement community. Walked in and was amazed with the amenities they have which includes a salon, a movie theater, and a bar!

I watched this place be built from the ground up and decided to inquire about more information for myself. I am interested in renting in the future, and not buying into a contract. Their prices are very reasonable.

My dad has been in need of memory care recently, due to his increased confusion and wandering around our home. It has been very taxing to take care of him. I stopped in for a tour at the Westmont and was blown away by their memory care. It is open, airy, filled with natural light, and has activities constantly going. They even have a little art gallery with professional art which my dad will LOVE since he was a professional painter! Met some of the team members in the unit, and they were very friendly.

This is a nice convenient assisted living community located in short pump. Staff always has a smile and is very warm and welcoming to whomever walks in. There was music playing the moment I walked in.

I have been looking for a place for my mom for a short time now, and I stumbled upon The Westmont at Short Pump while I was driving by one day. Walked in for a tour on the weekend and the concierge was nice enough to provide me with a tour as well as some information regarding the community. The community is beautiful, easy to navigate, and very clean. Gives you more of a home like feel than a retirement home.

So far this has been sufficient since my loved one after moving in to the community. The staff isn't always responding promptly to the residents call buttons. It would be nice to have management have a discussion with the staff about responding to the call buttons in a timely manner. Overall it has been a great experience for us.

Paul Spring is a beautiful facility with lots of great amenities! The staff is incredibly kind and caring, and the residents seem really happy to be there. There are many activities and engagement activities for them, with signature programs that sets Paul Spring apart from other facilities.

The community is awesome and is always willing to make changes for the better. Great food and amazing staff. The community is beautiful. I would never under estimate there ability to help you the best way they can and know-how.

After touring this exceptional facility, I was impressed with the attention and care exhibited by the staff which I encountered. The facility itself is clean, bright and well taken care of. While I did not enjoy the dining facilities, I’m sure that it is equally high quality.

I was hesitant to move into a facility because I didn't want to be stuck and bored. Here I have my own kitchen and I get to see the cook make difference food from countries and I can try to make it my own. That is my favorite class.

Paul Spring Community is beautiful inside out. It has beautiful outdoor areas, gazebo, walking trail, pudding green, dog park, garden area and nice greenery. The inside of the building is bright, cheerful, and clean. Most importantly the staff are welcoming and friendly!

The tour held by M[name removed] was very informative and answered all of our questions. We have toured 15-20 different communities over the last few years and Hidenwood by far exceeded all expectations and [name removed] was wonderful. Our only concern at this time is the size of the bathroom due to our mother having a motorized wheelchair.
