Well informed, professional and engaging staff provided the tour and responded to our specific questions and concerns.

I went to The Hidenwood in Newport News. I like that the bedrooms weren't small. They had little suites where they had a little refrigerator, a little living room area, and a little bedroom area. I liked that it was roomy, and it seemed more like a little apartment. I also like that they don't separate the men from the women. They could eat together, and they could do everything together. I like that they mix the genders. They have a bigger facility. They have like three floors, so the patients can get on the elevator and go where they want to go. On the memory care side, when they were eating, they were all talking as they greeted me like, 'Hey, hello.' As I noticed these patients, were interacting with each other, and smiling and greeting the staff. They were all friendly together, and I like that. I looked at the menu and they had choices. They got to pick between three things that they might want to eat, and the food looked pretty good. It was lunchtime, so they were all eating.

I have nothing but praise for The Westmont at Short Pump!

The Hidenwood Community is great. I think it's a very kind place. I feel my father is very well taken care of. And the apartment is cute.

Staff and residents extremely caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Common areas kept impeccably clean. Quality of care outstanding. Meals and dining super diverse and high quality. And plenty of activities. We are more than satisfied!

My mom liked Westmont at Shortpump and actually knew a few people that live here. The location was great and next to shopping and a couple of churches she goes to are nearby. It was more expensive and she just felt it was a little too "glitzy" for her which we as her family were shocked. It was a great tour and when I stopped by for more information they were attentive. It was just not the right fit for her.

Super impressed with this community. The love and care shown to the residents on a daily basis is remarkable! I highly recommend this community. The food was amazing, smelled fresh and everyone was super friendly.

Beautiful community with a wonderful and friendly staff. They have great signature programs. The RUI University offers professional teachers and classes available to residents and open to those in the local community- its a wonderful program. Highly recommend.

Visited a number of facilities and The Westmont is our favorite. The amenities are great; the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly and personable.

So excited my parents will be staying here because the staff and residents are so pleasant and happy. The facility is beautiful with so many amenities. The entire touring experience was wonderful.

Right when you walk into Woodland Hills you can feel the warmth of the community! The concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of gorgeous common spaces including a huge courtyard. The food is delicious and they have an expansive menu to choose from.

It was beautiful, and a closer location. It was a brand new facility, and extremely nice. Since it was a newer community, they were not there long enough, to settle in yet.

I love this community. Aarondale is very warm and welcoming. The staff members give great care and attention to the residents. The caregivers, housekeepers, and dining team are all amazing. The administration is responsive and accessible. Highly recommend it to anyone searching for a senior community.

Very clean and visually pleasing. All apartments have full kitchens, even studios, which is rare. Staff is friendly and attentive to the residents. The administrative team are all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality senior community.

This is a great place. They treat the residents like family. They are kind and compassionate. Staff has been there for years and really love the work. The staff communication with the family is excellent, both from leadership and staff.

I recently toured this facility for my father who ended up moving in. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility was as I had also toured several others that weren't so clean. The hallways were wide and bright and odor free. I was pleased to see the patients enjoying some music and since I toured before lunch I was even able to taste some of the food which was delicious. When we decided to move my father in the director was able to help me get the paperwork I needed and made it a very easy process. My father has been there now for a few weeks and so far so good.

Ashleigh at Lansdown Community was a very nice facility. They did not have the care that my friend needed. They said we would be able to hire more care to come in, but that was going to be more expensive. It was just not the right fit for what she needed.
