The process of getting our loved ones moved in and settled was great, the community is very clean and the staff members are very friendly. The meals and dining service is great, they have very nice options for them and the management of the dining staff are very attentive and really in tune with the customers. The activities have really opened back up since everyone has had their second round of the vaccine. They do a great job promoting the activities for the residents, they will print our calendars for them and also keep the activities very consistent.

I chose Sable Lodge because of the location of the facility to my children. A friend also recommended I check out this area and it was more reasonably priced than some of the others that I looked into. I also liked that it is fully independent living instead of assisted and independent mixed. I am in a 3 bedroom apartment and it has worked out perfectly for what I need. At this point the food is chef prepared but it is cafeteria style due to covid. We are able to eat meals without a mask and 4 can sit at a table. One of the things as a senior who needs to go to a doctors appoints, the van service that takes residents to Tuesday's and Thursday's is a wonderful feature. I would definitely recommend to others.

we toured this community and they had excellent adminities. The community was beautiful and the food was very good and they had lots of options. The pricing was higher than others in the area and there was no much storage.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The community has a neighborhood feel to it but the parking was not the best. The pricing was higher than other communities in the area also.

Our experience so far as been great, our loved one is thriving there. She loves the overall community atmosphere and has enjoyed making friends. The staff members are very friendly and accommodating. She absolutely loves loves loves the meals they serve, and all the parties and events they throw. It is also amazing because this community was one of the firsts to get the vaccinations.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. The community was very nice and the staff was friendly and informative. The community just didn't fit our needs.

We chose Sky Pointe because it is all independent living so they were much more open during the covid time. We also loved the whole facility, it felt very warm and welcoming. They availability as well and the price for Denver was excellent. The apartment sizes here are great and super spacious, my mother has plenty of room and I think she has the smallest apartment that they offer. I would recommend to others looking

The community is very neat and clean and they have activities going on for people to do. If you looking for an active community this would a good choice. Communication is good and the return calls in a timely manner. I would recommend this community to others.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They provided a lot of information and we really liked the community.

Overall it has been a good experience with Robinwood Retirement Resort. I would tell others just to understand that it is independent living. If your loved one who is living here needs additional assistance, you will have to out source it. The staff are not licensed and cannot even help someone up if someone falls on the floor, they would have to call paramedics. Residents are provided with an emergency necklace if they do need to use that. They do all have full kitchens in the units, but also provide 3 meals a day. They also have transportation but you have to schedule it. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking.

Our family was able to do a virtual tour with this facility and it was a very beautiful place and the communication virtually was just as good.

What little I saw was interesting. Pricing sounds reasonable. Would like to how the floor plan looks.

We chose Chartier Bend because of the friendliness of the people we met and the fact that they allowed residents to have their own kitchen so she could have more independence. The apartment sizes are great, she is in a 2 bedroom and it is more than enough space for her. They also offer others sizes as well. It has all the amenities and activities that you could want. We are pleased with our experience and my mom is very happy here.

We chose Evergreen Crossings because my parents liked this one the most because the chef was from a local famous restaurant they liked, so they were exited about the food. The apartment sizes here are very nice and spacious. They do have a movie theater, barber shop, etc. so anything that you want they have here. The staff are also very nice and welcoming. As their daughter it gives me peace of mind that I can call up there and they can check on them if we need them too.

They just got a new manager who is fantastic. They've really gone out of their way to help me get my loved one acclimated. I really like the activities. They do a lot of happy hours, and they have fitness. The food is good, but not quite as good as when we first moved in. The other residents seem to be very friendly, and my loved one is always eating with somebody new. I really like that all the meals are included. They also have some extra care available on-site.

The food is not very good, the food is a disappointment. Communication is good and they kept us well informed and up to date. The community is clean and neat. I would recommend this community to others.

During the time our loved one was there he really just enjoyed the community itself. He never had any complaints about the food, and they really put in efforts to keep the activities going during covid. He really enjoyed those, and we would absolutely recommend Maple Ridge to others.

I would recommend this for other families for their loved ones. The activities are geared towards those that are more mobile and can go outside. The communication between the staff The food could be improved and I know they are working on this currently. I really wish the activities could be available for residents that are slowing down.

It's very clean, and very open. It's easy to get around in the facility, and it's a good sense of community. The staff are so nice and so helpful, willing to answer any questions and help out when needed. The food is amazing, and there are lots of activities in the afternoon, exercise classes, things like that. The cost is definitely worth it because our loved ones are happy there.
