It appeared that the residents had excellent care. However the facility was somewhat dark.

The staff here did a wonderful job with our tour, they took their time in showing us around and answered all our questions, The community had a comfortable feeling, was nice and clean.

I found the facility clean and odor free. The place has a very homey feel. My loved one's room was spacious. The administrative staff was courteous. Most of the direct care staff was friendly and answered questions with knowledge. Some were a bit chilly but went about their duties well. We have only been there for two weeks but as of now there are no complaints and many complements.

My father is law had a good respite stay experience here at this community. For the most part they did a good job caring for him, and his needs. The only problem we had was there was a language barrier between him, and the staff. Overall it was good experience, and we will return to this community if we need to use their services again. I would recommend this community, it is a nice place.

A very nice place for my Dad. He is well cared for. A very nice complex with a lot of activities for him to do and experience. The rooms are very nice, and clean. They are large in size and lots of windows to look out. The staff is very good and cheerful with all the residents there. A very very nice place for anyone.

My loved one wasn't where she should have been. First of all, her doctor suggested assisted living for her and said that even with her memory issues, an assisted living facility should be able to help her. So I made sure I asked Eden Heights about that, and they said "Oh yeah, we can help." Then after she moved in, they said they had to keep redirecting her, and she couldn't find her way to the meal room every day. Every single minute they were repeating things back to her. All this was going on, but they never talked about moving her. Then later on, all of a sudden, they gave us a 30 days notice saying we needed to move her. I feel like she wasn't screened properly. And some things occurred that shouldn't have. They allowed her to have cigarettes and a lighter in her room. And initially when they verbally told me she needed to move, they said she was getting kicked out for smoking. Apparently she never remembered that they told her not to, and they never contacted the family or her doctor about it. Their screening process was very poor, and their communication was very poor. All of this never should have happened. Some of staff who knew what they were doing with memory care patients were good to my loved one. But others had no training and were very curt and rude to her. They don't have enough staff in general or licensing to handle those types of memory problems.

The problem we had with this facility is they have no air conditioning, You are able to being your own unit in, but they have no central air. If This ended up up being an issue as she got dehydrated. They did not accommodate food diets if you had any dietary restrictions. Overall, it is a quiet community in the country.

I had a pretty nice tour of this facility. Everyone was very kind, and helpful. From what I saw everything looked great, and well-kept. The experience went well, and this is a good community.

I spoke with the manager and she advised me that they take direct pay only. Also said that Veterans Benefits take 11 months for paperwork to go through and that we would have to pay for those 11 months and then get paid back from Veterans. The place is too expensive for my mom.

The staff here was very nice and answered any questions I had. I may seriously consider this place, but I am not quite ready yet.

Nice looking facility and rooms but dont be fooled. ENORMOUS employee turnover and inconsistancies in residents' care. Wouldn't recommend.

They don't have enough help (aides) and the ones that they do have don't care about the residents . They need to have timers on the call lights... a lot of times it's 20 minutes or more before they are answered .
