Eden Heights is a good community. This community is good on price. The nurses communication is proactive such as medication being short or anything else. Overall this is a good community. My wife is a nurse and recommended this community over other communities in the area.

I toured Oakwood Terrace my sister and our Aunt. Our Aunt passed away in the hospital. The community is as lovey as their administration. [Name removed] she was kind and very knowledgeable. The assistance she provided us was a appreciated more than you know.

Eden Heights has professional and competent leadership staff. I visit my mom almost daily and find everyone caring and helpful. My mom loves it there.

My mother has been at this site for nearly two years. Management and staff are very caring. I am pleased with my mother's care.

I recently moved my dad in to Eden Heights. I never wanted to put my dad in a home but he had no choice. I am so happy I found Eden Heights. The staff is wonderful. It was difficult for my dad, with dementia, adjusting at first. But now that all the girls know him he is happy as he possibly can be. I am very much at ease knowing he is taken care of. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for an assisted living facility for their parents or family member.

My father is here and I really like it. The girls are very nice to him and give him good care. He has dementia and needs full care. Very satisfied with this facility. I was very worried about putting my father anywhere at all.

We were very happy with the care our mother got during her respite stay. They went over everything with us before she came there, they explained the activities, meals and her daily routine that she would be on while there. The community is beautiful and clean and we would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We were very pleased with everything at Eden Heights. They went out of their way to make the transition work the best for us and them.There were a couple of issues prior whether or not it was going to work for my husband to stay there, and they did everything they could to make it work. I felt very comfortable leaving my husband in their capable hands. The facility was exceptionally clean and each person who worked there was so helpful, and friendly. My husband, who suffers from advanced vascular dementia, thought he was on vacation! I would highly recommend Eden Heights for anyone looking for a wonderful place for their loved one for respite care. It is very difficult to find respite care facilities with a memory care unit. The care here at this community is very good. I like knowing that she is happy. We like that the community is clean and maintained. A good environment like a home feeling. She likes the staff and the menu are very good and there is a nice variety. It is nice to know that she is participating in the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for the excellent care and value

The staff is very bubbly and friendly. The rooms are very nice, the patio has gazebos and grills. The staff will even put bird feeders outside the resident's rooms. There is a movie theater and small cafe. The residents look well cared for. Codes are needed to open outside doors. The Pines is a very nice community.

The care at this community is outstanding. We like the staff who are very nice and helpful. They menu is nice and variety is available. I like knowing that they are participating in a lot of activities. I like knowing that they keep busy and seem to be very happy. This is a clean and safe community with great care.We would recommend this excellent community for the great care and value for other families

The staff and facility are exceptional. Friendly, personalized care makes the transition from home to assisted-living so much easier.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional care that the management and staff of Eden Heights of Eden has shown my mother, Irena. They have gone above and beyond any expectation in showing care and concern for her well being, health, and enjoyment of life as she has adjusted to assisted living. It was not an easy transition for her, but I truly feel that each and every member of management and staff has had her best interests at heart every step of the way from helping her to adjust to her new living arrangements, to addressing her dietary needs, medication management, and recreation. She enjoys the outings and the activities that Eden Heights of Eden provides. The activities staff strives to make their activities accessible and fun. They are always on the lookout for new and exciting things to share with the residents and they always decorate the facility to make it attractive and appealing-so many homey touches-and the Christmas decorations are lovely. My mother's health has been poor in the past few years, and the medical staff have looked out for her and taken exceptional care to communicate with her and her medical care team. They are readily available for my questions and concerns and address her health-care needs at any time, day or night. It is very reassuring to know that she is being watched over by people who really care how she is doing each and every day. The nutrition management and staff have gone out of their way to accommodate her special dietary needs, which is a huge relief for my mom and our family. We are so appreciative the efforts of the management to consistently improve their program to meet the needs and desires of their residents. Finally, the management team at Eden Heights of Eden is amazing! Each member of the office staff and management is so outgoing and friendly. Nothing is ever a problem that can't be addressed and remedied with everyone's best interests at heart. Every phone call is answered with a friendly, happy voice and much care and concern is evident for each and every resident. It is readily apparent that a lot of emotional investment is made by all the management and employees into each person who resides at Eden Heights. The facility is clean and inviting, which was also a great concern as my mother transitioned into assisted living. I am consistently amazed at the on-going improvements and attention to detail the maintenance staff has shown in making the facility as much like "home" as possible. I cannot say enough how much my family appreciates the fact that we chose Eden Heights of Eden. It was the perfect choice for my mom!

So far I have a very good feeling about it. Everyone is warm and caring. They are very good to my mother. I have recommended it already to other people. The facility itself is immaculate. The staff has been wonderful. The residents are friendly as well. They have all been very welcoming. We have had a great experience so far. My mother enjoys it here. Everything has been going very well. This is a great community.

We moved mom and dad into their room last Wednesday and we were very satisfied with their care and the facility.

My father has recently made the move into this community and I could have not picked a better place for him to go. The staff are very friendly and I am pleased with the experience he is having so far. The property is always clean and they do a great job at helping keep his room picked up and fresh. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys the activities from time to time. I would recommend it to anyone interested in an assisted living for there loved one.

I think they're doing a great job taking care of my loved one! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff are all very friendly. They've got a lot of activities, and I appreciate that they put a lot of effort into making sure my loved one knows about them and participates!

They are really so kind and very helpful. I can tell that they really like and genuinely care for my mom. They look out for her and are doing all they can to help her in any way they can. Mom is not quite as advanced in her dementia as some of the other residents are, and most of the activities are (understandably) geared towards those whose dementia has been more advanced. I wish that they could have some activities for those whose dementia is not as advanced.

I liked that they are one level and only up to 20 residents. The senior staff are great and friendly but unfortunately they have a high turn over of newer staff. I like that residents pets can visit, that seems to cheer everyone up.
