I have lived here for 4 years. I love the socialization, I have lots of friends. I enjoy playing the grand piano everyday in the dining room. I wake up each morning to a beautiful lake and garden view off of my balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was our second choice on facilities. The gentleman who gave us the tour was very likable and convincing. We had no reservations about putting our loved one here. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because it was during he heat of covid and this county had more restrictions than some others we looked at.

Overall we were very happy, The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The community was very neat and clean and they had lots of activities for the memory care residence. I would recommend this community to others.

We've had a great experience here. The staff are friendly, and they call you back with a good response time. We had experiences other places where they wouldn't call you back. Here, the business etiquette is handled well. It's a very clean place. Bang for the buck, this was the best place that I found. I've been well pleased with everything that's been going on with my loved one.

I have recommended this community to 3 of my friends so far. The communication is good between the staff and the family is good. We get weekly updates and they return calls quickly.

The community understands how to take care of memory care patients and that they need a routine. My loved one looks better and seems happier at this facility, I would definitely recommend this community to others

We toured the facility yesterday and everything went great. The facility was beautiful. The staff and residents were all incredibly friendly. We look forward to have our family join this community!

Everything was always clean whenever I visited. The staff was very attentive and they never ignored any of the residents at all. Whenever any of them would raise an issue, they would always pay attention to them. They took good care of the residents such that they could be firm with them when they needed to be, but also compassionate as well. My dad always ate all the food they brought him. Definitely a good value for the price. There was some management turnover, the director and another member of the management team left, which was a little unsettling to the atmosphere.

Staff is always courteous when I visit my loved one...and I come I announced. Residents looked well groomed and taken care of. My loved one fell-not by any fault of staff and I was contacted within minutes of the incident.

Sunrise Frisco has been such a wonderful experience for my Mom! The Staff is so caring and she has improved since she has been there! It is nice knowing that Sunrise Frisco treats her like she is their own MOM! Such a blessing having such wonderful people caring for her!

My dad was here for 5 years and we had a very positive experience. The studio he had was good sized and he really enjoyed the lake area. Staff was caring and felt like family. Thanks for everything! [Name removed]

Was very impressed with the facility and the levels of care provided. The cost may prove to be prohibitive.

My parents moved in three months ago, and were not thrilled with having to give up their home of 50 years. But within a few weeks, they'd settled in and love the friendly and helpful staff who've gone out of their way to make them feel welcome.

This will probably be our choice if and when we move my father to Atlanta. Beautiful facility. Good floor plan. Very friendly and caring staff. We got a real feeling of “family” here.

My aunt has lived here for just under a year. The staff and other residents have been so welcoming and helpful. The monthly themed family nights are something we always look forward to. The care that my aunt receives is amazing and the true compassion of the staff is something you cannot find anywhere else! I am so grateful for everything Beckett Lake has done and I would highly recommend it to anyone in search of assisted living for their loved one!

Attentive and caring staff took very good care of my father during his 10-month stay. He enjoyed the available activities (bingo, exercise, etc.) as well as the company of the other residents. The facilities have been recently renovated and look great. Highly recommended.

My Mother has lived at Heritage for 5 months. Her one-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, beautiful, has lots of light, is kept very clean, and has just the right amount of space for her needs. She feels cared for here, enjoys the activities and games, and enjoys walking in the common areas many times throughout the day. This was a hard decision for her to leave her home of 38 years, but I feel a great sense of relief that she is not alone, has people around her to Interact with and respond to her needs, people who show a genuine care and concern for her. I had become quite concerned during the last several years about my Mother’s nutrition, and I’m very happy that she has meals prepared and ready for her 3 times a day. She says the breakfast is always her favorite, always good! Thanks Heritage!

My mom has lived here for just over three years now. The first year was in assisted living, then she needed to transition to memory care. The staff helped us ease into the change and went above and beyond to help her be comfortable. I visit often and am often amazed at how patient and loving the staff is, and how hard they try to make each day meaningful. It’s a happy home to her now!??
