We had such a wonderful experience with Heritage, and the first thing we notice on our tour was how clean it was. There was no fowl smell anywhere in the community. The staff were spectacular and they loved our mother in law like one of their own. It was a true family environment and while she was healthy they did a great job getting her involved with the other residents and activities. The nurses stayed in constant contact with our family and when we had to bring hospice in they worked really well with them. The nursing staff and hospice team stayed in contact with the doctors and always reached out to our family no matter what. They were so communicative and we were very impressed. Our mother in law also talked about how good the food was and it reminded her of eating in a super nice restaurant.

The staff are very caring. They're very open to letting you know how things are going, and they want to make sure they know what your family member's interests are so they can accommodate them. The facility has always been very clean and welcoming every time I've gone in. They have plenty of activities to keep the residents engaged - dancing to old music, singing, and just generally interacting with each resident on their level according to their needs.

The only issue is that the staff had been there for a long time; however, in the last [days removed] there has been a large turnover of staff. The meals have been good, and there was a turnover of the cook as well.

I had a great tour experience with Heritage of Peachtree. The facility itself was very nice and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately it was just a little too out of my price range.

Everybody asked about how I was and the residents were very friendly every time I visited. The receptionist was fantastic and on the ball every single time. There was always someone around that I could ask for help. The private dining room was wonderful. The memory care was great for what we needed it for.

Forest Heights does a good job for caring for my loved one. The staff are always available if I have any questions or concerns over my loved one. My loved one isn't able to participate in activities; however, there are activities available if the residents would like to participate.

I liked this community during out tour.

Heritage of Brookstone has a nice family feel. The people there are just wonderful. They are so nice, kind, and compassionate, and you don't get to see people like that in the word too often. So I like going there and hanging out with them and helping out where I can. They take such good care of our loved ones. The nurses treat the residents like family, and it's just a great feeling. The staff ask my mother how to say words in Spanish so they can communicate better with her. They're just very kind, patient, and supportive with our loved ones and everyone else that we've seen as well. My dad loves the food. They do a good amount of activities for stimulation in memory care, and they make sure the residents get up and out of bed and get outside. In assisted living, they have activities all day every day, and there's a big calendar posted at the door so you can see what's going on. This facility is by far one of the best we've heard of. It's a good value as well. They're right in the middle, not the cheapest or most expensive, but definitely worth the money. And we were able to negotiate the price as well. We like that it's a smaller community, so our loved ones get plenty of one-on-one care. We are so grateful to have found such a great place where our loved ones are safe and well cared for.

We really liked Heritage of Sandy Plains but it was far away and more pricey.

Heritage of Sandy Plains wasn’t the right fit for us. It was more of a retirement home than assisted living. But they were great. They were extremely nice in helping us figure that out, and very helpful.

This is a nice community; however, they allow animals. If you don't care for dogs your might think about another community.

I have been here for 12 years. They take great care of me. I never have any problem, if something is wrong I normally call the front desk to get anything straightened out.

I have lived here for 4 years. I love the socialization, I have lots of friends. I enjoy playing the grand piano everyday in the dining room. I wake up each morning to a beautiful lake and garden view off of my balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was our second choice on facilities. The gentleman who gave us the tour was very likable and convincing. We had no reservations about putting our loved one here. The only reason we did not choose this facility was because it was during he heat of covid and this county had more restrictions than some others we looked at.

Overall we were very happy, The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The community was very neat and clean and they had lots of activities for the memory care residence. I would recommend this community to others.

We've had a great experience here. The staff are friendly, and they call you back with a good response time. We had experiences other places where they wouldn't call you back. Here, the business etiquette is handled well. It's a very clean place. Bang for the buck, this was the best place that I found. I've been well pleased with everything that's been going on with my loved one.

I have recommended this community to 3 of my friends so far. The communication is good between the staff and the family is good. We get weekly updates and they return calls quickly.

The community understands how to take care of memory care patients and that they need a routine. My loved one looks better and seems happier at this facility, I would definitely recommend this community to others

We toured the facility yesterday and everything went great. The facility was beautiful. The staff and residents were all incredibly friendly. We look forward to have our family join this community!
