My dad is very content at Venetian gardens and he finds the staff helpful and very satisfied with the meals. Since I live many states away from Florida, I feel relieved that dad is in a safe and comfortable environment.

The Atria Highland Crossing community is a great place, our loved one absolutely loves it there. They have so many different activities for the residents to take advantage of. On Wednesday nights they play cards games which is our loved ones favorite. They take the residents out on different outings and even to their doctors appointments which is great. They also get three meals a day and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to other families.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a really great experience but the price was just to high for our loved one

this community is great and fantastic. They have all kinds of activities and Thursday we are going out for dinner. There is always something going on there. They have poker games, keno, dice, happy hour and more there is always something going on. I would highly recommend this community for anyone and even if I was to recover and not need assistance I would still not leave. from the executive on down everyone is terrific

This was smaller than we anticipated. The activities were not what my loved one wanted.

My family member is finding it very satisfactory, and she likes it there. Everybody is very nice and friendly. She's getting very good care. They have round-the-clock nursing, and she gets physical therapy. The staff I speak to are very receptive to my questions and give me good information. They have a little snack counter where the residents can go between meals. They also have a special activities staff. They do bring in some outside entertainment, but I think they could use more of that. But overall, it's an extremely good value.

The staff members get 10 stars, they are so friendly to the residents. We really like that their medical nursing staff is onsite 24/7. We have been able to eat a few meals there with our loved one and the meals and dining service is a good as any restaurant. Our loved one is not one to look at calendars or newsletters about upcoming activities or trips so the staff will make sure to remind our loved one each day what is going on and we really appreciate that. Based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families. Also the location is very convenient for our family

I have no complaints about Atria Highland Crossing at all. It is a very welcoming place, they have a lot of activities going on all the time and everyone is super friendly. They have an ambassador group when you first move in and they will take you around so you can get comfortable with things. You can be as busy as you want to be here and it is just a wonderful place. The grounds are absolutely breath taking. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The hospitality of the staff stands out to me. They were good at answering or addressing our questions about the community.

I have lived here for over 1 year. Have made lots of friends. Having transportation is a huge advantage.

We chose Brookdale Jensen Beach because of the incentive that they had going when we moved in, it made it financially possible for us. I like the fact that they take Medicaid when the time comes and they also have hospice on call. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The tour at Celebration Villa of Teays Valley was very nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that they were charging to bring meals to the rooms - $5 per meal.

If you have a question / problem / situation, Atria will work with you to handle it. Initially it can be an adjustment period for the resident, but Atria has done what they can to help our loved one adjust. In memory care, I think they need more nurses/aides. But the staff are super. The food is great. There are plenty of activities, which are listed on a board downstairs, and they leave a schedule outside each resident's door as well. They were the best overall value we could find. And we had another relative who lived there previously and had a good experience as well.

We liked this community but when my loved one looked at this community there was another community that my loved one liked more. They have a lot of activities but the rooms were a little smaller and not set up how my loved one wanted. This place was really nice and the people were very helpful.

The staff at St. Gabriel gave us a nice tour. The facility was smaller and needed some updates done to it. It was more expensive and also in not as quite as nice as a part of town as another place we were looking into.

They have found what was important to my mother, and they ran with it. They made her an ambassador to music because she loves to put on shows. They put her in charge of crafting a show for Easter, and she was just the happiest person around. They embrace who she is, and they got to know her very quickly. So I'm very happy about that. I think it's an awesome place, form the nurses, to sales, to business, to reception - everybody knows my mother's name. Every time I come in, they're very welcoming and very family oriented. It's definitely a perfect place for my mother. Sometimes she'll find little things to complain about - for instance she doesn't think they put enough salt on the food (which she shouldn't be eating too much salt anyway). But she really likes the food choices they offer. And she's eating three meals a day now, which she was not before moving in. And I am so very pleased.

I was very impressed with Marion Woods. The facility was extremely nice and clean and the staff were all super. Some of the staff had been there 9 or 10 years so they have some continuity and that really stuck out to us. We were able to have a meal and the menu was extensive and the food and service was great. If we can get the money situation figured out we would love to move mom here.

This is everything it is set up to be and more. I am completely satisfied with my experience here. The staff and residents are friendly. I'm enjoying my time here. Games, bus trips, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from. Most of the meals are ok that they offer. It seems like the meat and fish portions are getting smaller that is served and I believe this is because of the cost of goods. They allow pets in the community, and everyone loves my dog.

Brookdale Jensen Beach is an absolutely beautiful facility and we really liked it. They took us around and showed us all of the rooms, each one bigger and better than the next. The sizing for all of them looked great. Unfortunately since my sister and I visit almost every day, the location was just too out of the way for us to get there quickly.
