A great staff and friendly residents.

I lived here during the COVID-19 shut down. No one here got sick! I find the staff to be responsive to residents concerns friendly. The residents are also friendly and helpful and there is a sense of community. The building is sound and safe and the accommodations and activities are great. I feel like I am finally home.

I have lived at RosePointe for eleven years and eight months. It has been a wonderful home for me. The staff is wonderful home for me. The staff is wonderful and so many activities and place to go. I love it here.

This community has top notch management which assures a well run operation. Resident oriented any problems addressed immediately. Response to resident needs open to the residents requests. Major efforts to "build community" building is in excellent condition and well maintained management team works well together. Programs projects have variety.

I moved in the middle of the pandemic. With the help {name removed} and after many phone calls. My family came to look at the apt. They met with {name removed} I have been here a full year. I love it here. It was a good move.

It is one of the best place I have ever lived. Good management very friendly, affordable place to live. Excellent community with diverse people. I love this place.

Whenever I sit down with other residents from Rosepointe the subject gets to how much we like our choice to come here. We all think the management is wonderful and the staff is so caring and wonderful also.

The dining room and van service are exceptional. The staff makes this an interesting and sociable place to live. I feel at home here.

RosePointe was my second choice and it was a hard decision to make. The meals here are chef prepared and I am sure they are great. The only reason I did not go with this facility was just due to the location. I would highly recommend them.

RidgePointe community are following all of the covid protocols very carefully. The people I have met seem to be very very nice, but a lot of people are moving out and I am not sure why. Maybe I was mislead slightly on my initial tour, I thought they were going to be remodeling the facility. The building is 35 years old, and the hallways are very old and outdated. They have only remodeled the entrances, and as far as I know that is it. However, they have been accommodating and let the residents paint the doors and vanities in our rooms.

It's a great location, and they offer really great food. Normally they have a little store where you can buy ice cream and things, but it was shut down due to Covid. They have a lot to offer for the money. The director was amazing,. She went above and beyond, and she was a huge reason we decided to move in there.

The cleanliness of the community is impeccable, the staff members are excellent and they have been handling the pandemic very well. We overall are very pleased, and our loved ones are very pleased with the meals. They have a meal delivered to them once a day which has worked out well. The activities have been scaled back some, but they have managed to keep some individual support services going, as well as the transportation services. The residents there also still attend the knitting group while maintaining social distancing. From our understanding they have not had a positive case of covid. The communication there is fantastic, they keep us informed. Initially is was locked down pretty tight, but now we are able to visit our loved ones.

I am very happy living here at Rosepointe. My one-bedroom apartment is adequate for my needs. I am very grateful. I enjoy the friendship of many of the ladies who live here.

Five stars of course. Management and staff, very helpful, kind, respectful, and caring. Very nice community.

Living at Rosepointe is like being on vacation. Everyone is friendly and helpful and there are activities for our enjoyment.

I am very happy at Rosepointe! Even with the pandemic the staff does all it can to keep is safe and our lives full of safe programs and activities. Rosepointe is a community because of this. We know each other and care for each other’s welfare plus keeping each other safe by following guidelines. I often hear laughter. Residents tend to keep their spirits up and it spreads. The grounds are beautiful, and I hear much appreciation for it. I love to walk the trails. The food is delicious.
