Can’t think of a better place to be then RosePointe

I feel like I’m with family. The activities we have make it another world free from the pandemic. Also, I don’t have to take the bus to the beauty parlor or do my own weekly housekeeping. We can sit around and talk or knit in the solarium or read a book from our library. There’s more, but I’ll close with a smile like we get from RosePointe staff and friends!

I’ve been a resident at RosePointe for five years. I’m so glad to be here-especially now during the Covid pandemic. The women-led staff has been especially concerned, considerate and caring about all the residents’ comforts and needs – even as they enforce the safety measures. The residents are compatible and friendly. Maintenance & cleanliness of the property is a high priority Everything rates an A.

Could not be happier! We could feel immediately when we walked in for our tour that this was going to be home for our mom. Everyone is so helpful, accommodating and friendly. Any request for maintenance or just a answer to a question, is responded to very quickly. Most of the staff have been employed at RidgePointe for many years. Our mom has met so many wonderful people and she is extremely happy. Would highly recommend RidgePointe!

Ridge Pointe is a very independent community. My parents have found living there very enjoyable and really love it there. It is a very unique community. Recently, the food isn't as good as it used to be. The chef left and the food quality has changed. There have been challenges with the internal home care agency with scheduling and availability. The shuttles do not have chair lifts, so, my parents can't use them which has been disappointing for them. My parents feel very safe living their right now. They have done an excellent job handling COVID. The management have been very responsible following safety guidelines and posts daily updates on their website.

Excellent staff, excellent residents, excellent accommodations, excellent amenities.

RosePointe Directors are fantastic. They even know all the residents by their first name. Housekeeping wear the same color blue tops, we can identify them as working here, also with their pleasant smiles. Food is very healthy and good. The residents here are very pleasant. Love it here!

When I moved into RosePointe several months ago, the staff and residents were very welcoming and pleasant. I have enjoyed eating chef-prepared meals in the dining room and exercising with other residents in a dedicated exercise room. The outside area is beautiful and I enjoy walking on the paved path and watching wildlife.

RosePointe is very efficient and provides or offers many activities.

Superb executive staff; excellent maint. and service staff, interesting residents; good programs and exercises; park-like setting of building. Very great! The best housing decision I ever made!

This is a very excellent senior living place with many great facilities which include mail in and out service, voting location for national affairs. Several meals a month, lectures by outside consultants, frequent live musical entertainment, ect. Great personal attention by staff and several holiday celebrations ect.

Very good staff, good housekeeping, good food, good kitchen help and good dining room helpers and very good front desk help. Bad lighting in dining room and game room.
