My dear friend has recently made the move into this community and I can not say enough great things about this place. The staff are absolutely amazing and I can not say enough great things about them. They have been empathetic to every situation and are highly trained in taking care of the seniors. I like that if there is every an issue they address it immediately and take care of the situation. Even the dinning room staff has gone out of there way to sit with her and just explain the transportation program so that she is aware of it. They all have truly have done there part to make sure she is right at home. She thinks the food is fabulous and has already gotten involved in many of the activities. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a good community for excellent care. The community is clean and well maintained for her to enjoy. They have a nice variety of meals. They offer her alot of activities that she is participating with the other residents. She likes being able to go on small trips outside of the community. We are happy with the care and the value of this community.

We toured this community The staff was nice and the community was clean. The community had nice activities and a good menu to choose from. The community has a lot to offer and families might consider a tour of the community. We wanted a community closer to home.

I took my grandfather to The Citadel last week and our tour guide was very informative and very personable! My grandpa was very comfortable with opening up to her about his issues which I was surprised. The place seemed to be very active, clean and staff was friendly. I was going to ask a few residents how they liked living there and they told me they loved it and that he should move in before me even asking lol. The independent apartments were very large and the price was very affordable. I got all my questions answered and the tall blonde marketing lady even helped me out with VA info, movers and a realtor she almost convinced me to move in lol. I hope my grandpas house sells fast,we will be moving him in as soon as it sells! Thank you again for being so kind to both of us~

Everything has improved from since we moved in. It started out as a three star, but now I would rate it as a five. We have changed the home health care provider and everything is going much more smoothly now. The staff is very friendly and caring about my husband's needs. The food is good overall. I have dined with my husband and they provide well-balanced meals with lots of variety. They plan many activities, but since he is non-verbal he doesn't participate in all of them, we do play bingo quite often. The community is well-maintained and clean. He has a nice room, we are still working on it to get it the way he wants it.

We have been happy with the care from this service. We have like the care that we are receiving at home help. The caretaker is helping with cooking and a few small things .We like that she is trust worthy and reliable. She does arrive on time when needed. We would recommend this service and the caretaker for good in home care.

The care at this community is nice is very good. We liked all the staff members very attentive to the needs for both my parents. The menu was appealing. I was happy to know that they were offer to do the nice activiites that were available when they were there. This is a nice environment. We would recommend the care and the value to other families for their loved ones.

The community is outstanding and we are happy with the cleanliness of this community. I like knowing that she is happy here since I am not close by to visit. She is active with the other residents with the nice activities that are offered to the residents. She does the menu of the meals with a nice variety to choose from. We would recommend this very nice community for the comfort and care and value to other families.

I like the care from this community. The staff is caring and helpful in keeping me informed on his progress. I like knowing that he seems to be happy with the menu of the meals. They do offer activities for the residents who can participate. We have recommended this community for the care and the value of a loved one.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my loved one since she made the move into this community. The staff are friendly and always lending a helping hand if she needs assistance in anything. She had no complaints about the meals that they are providing and enjoys the different activities they have throughout the week. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend it to anyone.

The staff is wonderful and my mother in law loves the caregivers. The caregivers are encouraging her to participate in some of the daily activities. The food is great and they keep the community clean. I would recommend this community.

The staff has been VERY patient with my folks, especially my dad, who has pretty severe dementia.

We like this community for care. The staff is helpful. The menu is appealing and they do assist with special needs. He is happy with his nice room that was furnished. The community needs little more activities for the residents. We like how they are always attentive and willing to help. We would recommend this community for the good care and value that is received.

I haven't had any problems with this community. My mother is doing well since her mover here. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a very nice staff , and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend it is working out well for us overall.

New management since April 2016 has really turned the place around. The place is clean, in good repair, smells nice, and the staff are awesome. Everyone is so caring or loving. There is a bad apple in the staff occasionally, but management seem to weed them out after giving everyone a chance and they keep the best ones. I know there are at least 7 or 8 people there that have been there for over 6 or 7 years or more. That's unheard of in the health industry. This is nothing like a nursing home. Our dad can be as independent or social as he wants to be. They are very accommodating. A smile and kind words go a LONG way. The cost is the best around... AND I'VE LOOKED!!! They are very willing to work with you and your budget. VERY willing. Out of respect for their kindness I won't go into that anymore, but just be open and honest. The ED is very kind and understanding, and I truly feel like he wants to really help whether you move in or not. Very NOT pushy. It's nice to trust someone when you are making a big decision like this.

I thought this place was assisted living. But the tour guide showed us very nice 1 bedroom apts. He also was very informative. There is an agency in the building that provides extra services like medication management which would be very helpful. My concern is that I don't think my dad could walk the distance to the dining room. But I really liked the place and the people living there. They really seem to care about the people that live there.

I toured this community for my husband's care. We liked the staff and this community was able to answer the questions.This community is smaller than what wanted for him to feel comfortable. They offer a lot of healthy means. They do offer activities for the residents to be able to participate. The staff is always attentive. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one
