Pinnacle Senior Living

I haven't had any problems with this community. My mother is doing well since her mover here. I know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a very nice staff , and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. This is a community I would recommend it is working out well for us overall.

New management since April 2016 has really turned the place around. The place is clean, in good repair, smells nice, and the staff are awesome. Everyone is so caring or loving. There is a bad apple in the staff occasionally, but management seem to weed them out after giving everyone a chance and they keep the best ones. I know there are at least 7 or 8 people there that have been there for over 6 or 7 years or more. That's unheard of in the health industry. This is nothing like a nursing home. Our dad can be as independent or social as he wants to be. They are very accommodating. A smile and kind words go a LONG way. The cost is the best around... AND I'VE LOOKED!!! They are very willing to work with you and your budget. VERY willing. Out of respect for their kindness I won't go into that anymore, but just be open and honest. The ED is very kind and understanding, and I truly feel like he wants to really help whether you move in or not. Very NOT pushy. It's nice to trust someone when you are making a big decision like this.

I thought this place was assisted living. But the tour guide showed us very nice 1 bedroom apts. He also was very informative. There is an agency in the building that provides extra services like medication management which would be very helpful. My concern is that I don't think my dad could walk the distance to the dining room. But I really liked the place and the people living there. They really seem to care about the people that live there.

I toured this community for my husband's care. We liked the staff and this community was able to answer the questions.This community is smaller than what wanted for him to feel comfortable. They offer a lot of healthy means. They do offer activities for the residents to be able to participate. The staff is always attentive. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one

We toured this community for care for my mom . The staff were nice and the community was clean. We liked the menu that seemed to be appealing.. The activities were nice and we think mom would of enjoyed this community. Families should consider a tour of this community for the care of a loved one.

I like the care her for my mom. The staff are caring and very attentive to her needs. The menu seems to be appealing. I am happy knowing my mom is in great care. I like that they have activiites for her to participate with the other residents. We would highly recommend this community for other families.

This is a nice community with wonderful and caring staff members. The community is clean and maintained and that is nice to see. They offer outstanding meals that she is liking the healthy choices. The have a lot of great activities and they have an onsite hair dresser that is available to take care of personal needs. We would recommend this community to other families for the wonderful care at a great value.

I am very impressed with this facility and how things are going for my husband since he has recently moved in. The staff have helped a lot of with the transition and have accommodated his needs at the best of there ability. He thinks he is living in a hotel and is loving the dinning experience. They have a nice menu with a lot of variety for him to choose from. I like that the staff have been keeping touch with me and have updated me with everything that is happening. Overall I am very pleased.

One of the reasons we choose this community was the staff. The staff and the nurses are friendly, helpful and encouraging. They do offer daily activities and the community is very clean. Mom has no complaints about the food and they will check on her if she does not come down for a meal. I would recommend this community.

My loved ones' experience at Desert Springs is going great! The facility is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and polite! Though my loved ones do not participate in too many activities, plenty are offered to them. Though the building is a little old, this is a great place!

This is a nice community with the great staff that are always helpful and respectful. The community is clean and the environment is positive. The menu of meals is very appealing. I like the activities that are offered. We would recommend this community for good care and a nice value for a loved one.

As soon as we walked into Carrington we felt a different vibe. It was so much like a home. The staff was not only friendly but seemed like they cared about the people who lived there. They went out of their way to answer all of our questions and never once did we feel any pressure placed on us at all. The room that my father-in-law is in is very roomy compared to other places we had looked at. Since we have been here for awhile, I can tell you that we are very happy that we picked this place. It has been above our expectations and we are very grateful to the entire staff!

Hi [Removed]! We went to lunch and a tour at The Lexington last Friday! [Removed] was just lovely. Now I have a place to take my mom of I want to go out of town. Whew!

I am very happy with the care from this community. My mom appears to be happy here. We like the staff and the attentiveness. She appears to like the menu of the meals that are offered. They do offer activities for the residents. We would suggest that families tour the community for the care of a loved one.

I moved my Dad into Willow Creek Memory care 18 months ago. The staff is so caring and very respectful of all his needs. Dad enjoys the big beautiful courtyard and all the activities especially the outings on Thursday's. The community is clean, fresh and smells good. The whole team works together and have a lot of knowledge about Dementia.

Can not say enough great things about Willow Creek.. My mother has been at willow creek for two years now. She went from the day care and respite program into a residency. The staff held my hand through out the process. I was in denial about mom as I wished to keep her home. I am not one to write reviews but feel you should know just how much the staff cares about the residents and their families. Thank you Willow Creek I could not have made this move without you and your staff!!! A++++

A big thank you to the Marla Vista staff and the administration. They are to be commended for doing a difficult job. Help is given when needed and all are friendly We very much enjoy the family events. The residents are given many opportunities to socialize and to get their exercise. The food is adequate except for the pork soup. The laundry procedure needs some attention. Over all we are satisfied and would recommend Marla Vista to others.

We are very happy with the care that is given here at this community. The staff are nice and caring to his needs. The meals are good and he is please with the choices. The rooms are very big and very nice for a place. He is liking the activiites and participating. We would recommend the care and the value of this community to other families.

We toured Arbor house when looking for my mother.Everyone was nice and it was a good experience.
