Pinnacle Senior Living

This is a fabulous community and my mom loves the staff and the friendliness of the residents as well. Her room is great she has moved some of her furniture, plants, and pictures in so it has started to feel more like home to her. She is starting to take part in the activities and the staff has done a great job at encouraging her as well. It is such a comfort to me knowing that my mother is happy here and I would definitely recommend taking a tour of this great community.

We toured this community for care for my father. We were not too comfortable with an older community for my father. It did not appear to be taken care of. The apartment unit was not what we were looking for. They need to update the community floors, We were not liking the dining area. We could not suggest this community for others.

Woodstone Assisted living is a very nice community. We really like the care they are providing and it is inline with our budget. The staff is very attentive and friendly. They are easy to communicate with if we have any questions or concerns. The food is very good here, the meals they serve offer variety and good choices. They offer activities and encourage the residents to participate. They print out a schedule of activities three times a week. They offer transportation but we have a van with wheelchair accessibility come out for our needs so we are all set. The community is nicely landscaped and there are a couple of patio areas to get out outside and enjoy the fresh air. There is smoking allowed outdoors. I would recommend this community to others.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of Brookdale. The Memory Care unit is homey and did not remind us of a hospital. The secure lawn and garden area is well cared for and several of the residents were enjoying it. This will definitely be a place we consider if my mom's health slips. [Removed] was very open talking about the facility and answered all our questions. Thank you.

I can not say enough about the great care mom received at this community. The director and head of the medical staff were wonderful. They offered good food and I would highly recommend this community.

We liked the tour of this community and the environment. The staff members were able to assist us in the questions we had. The enrichment is nice and the community offers activities that are helpful to the residents. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

This is an excellent community for my father care. The environment is good for him and he likes the care that he is getting from the staff. He likes the variety of the menu and the activities that are offered. This community is a good size for him and we wanted him to be comfortable. This community is close to family. We would recommend this community for the good care and value for other families.

We like this community a lot, but this community did not have an apartment that was in doors. We wanted me, mom, not to have to go out doors in the heat. The menu was appealing. They do have a lot of activities. We would recommend this community to others that are more independent

My aunt is doing well since her move to this community. They have a good staff in this facility, and they are taking good care of her, and her needs. Her room, and the community are well maintained when I visit. She is doing well, and I'am satisfied with her move to this community. I would recommend it.

Desert View Senior Living is a very clean and inviting community. The staff is very friendly and are taking good care of my dad. They work with him and listen to our concerns and work with his schedule. He really likes his room which has a large closet that is perfect for his needs. The food is good but we wish they could provide more foods and desserts that were more suitable for the needs of a diabetic. My dad is still acclimating to the new environment but he has participated and enjoyed the activities he has engaged in. They do offer transportation for shopping and other excursions. There are benches outside in the front and patios in the back for the residents to get some fresh air. I would recommend this community to others.

The care for my mom at this community is very good. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. This community is the size that we were looking for. We like the list of the activities that are offered for her to participate. We would recommend this community for the good care that is offered. I like knowing that she is happy here.

I toured this community for the care. We did like the menu and the staff. We were informed on the activities that are offered. The community was small but nice. We would recommend families tour this community for care of a loved one.

My dear friend has recently made the move into this community and I can not say enough great things about this place. The staff are absolutely amazing and I can not say enough great things about them. They have been empathetic to every situation and are highly trained in taking care of the seniors. I like that if there is every an issue they address it immediately and take care of the situation. Even the dinning room staff has gone out of there way to sit with her and just explain the transportation program so that she is aware of it. They all have truly have done there part to make sure she is right at home. She thinks the food is fabulous and has already gotten involved in many of the activities. Overall it has been the perfect fit and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a good community for excellent care. The community is clean and well maintained for her to enjoy. They have a nice variety of meals. They offer her alot of activities that she is participating with the other residents. She likes being able to go on small trips outside of the community. We are happy with the care and the value of this community.

We toured this community The staff was nice and the community was clean. The community had nice activities and a good menu to choose from. The community has a lot to offer and families might consider a tour of the community. We wanted a community closer to home.

I took my grandfather to The Citadel last week and our tour guide was very informative and very personable! My grandpa was very comfortable with opening up to her about his issues which I was surprised. The place seemed to be very active, clean and staff was friendly. I was going to ask a few residents how they liked living there and they told me they loved it and that he should move in before me even asking lol. The independent apartments were very large and the price was very affordable. I got all my questions answered and the tall blonde marketing lady even helped me out with VA info, movers and a realtor she almost convinced me to move in lol. I hope my grandpas house sells fast,we will be moving him in as soon as it sells! Thank you again for being so kind to both of us~

Everything has improved from since we moved in. It started out as a three star, but now I would rate it as a five. We have changed the home health care provider and everything is going much more smoothly now. The staff is very friendly and caring about my husband's needs. The food is good overall. I have dined with my husband and they provide well-balanced meals with lots of variety. They plan many activities, but since he is non-verbal he doesn't participate in all of them, we do play bingo quite often. The community is well-maintained and clean. He has a nice room, we are still working on it to get it the way he wants it.

We have been happy with the care from this service. We have like the care that we are receiving at home help. The caretaker is helping with cooking and a few small things .We like that she is trust worthy and reliable. She does arrive on time when needed. We would recommend this service and the caretaker for good in home care.

The care at this community is nice is very good. We liked all the staff members very attentive to the needs for both my parents. The menu was appealing. I was happy to know that they were offer to do the nice activiites that were available when they were there. This is a nice environment. We would recommend the care and the value to other families for their loved ones.
