They have excellent OT PT services. The staff have been pretty good and very compassionate. I don't want to bad mouth, but they are understaffed. It can frustrate my wife when she has to wait. The nursing care when they are here is fine. Getting here can be an hour after pressing the call light; sometimes an hour or more to get here.

I'm very disappointed. My loved one has been there five times and this time it is not good. The staff itself is good. They are very friendly and they are very good at communication. They keep me well informed of what is going on. The nursing care is not too good. The attitudes are very very bad - not all of them, but some. It's very clean though.

My husband loves the meals at the facility! The facility should be very thankful to have our aide. She has been absolutely wonderful to my husband. However it is a little frustrating when the facility calls me at night and advises me to come up with a plan regarding my husband.

My loved one was previously a resident at Phoebe Allentown and the experience was not good. The main issue was staffing. There were never very many staff on hand and my loved one didn't get much help. Would never go back.

Appalling. Would not recommend Short term rehab stay at Phoebe Richland for ANYONE. What accreditations does Phoebe Richland hold? My stay was horrible. They may be licensed by the state, but that DEFINITELY needs review.

I am disgusted with the care my dad received in his short stay at Phoebe for rehab. The system they use to obtain meds is so bad. It took over 12 hours to get his meds from the pharmacy on his first day there. He missed 2 doses of a very important medicine plus many others. It took 48 hours to fill a prescription from a doctors appointment. And 72 hours to refill his pain medication after his prescription ran out. He was shoved by an aide in his one and only attempt at a shower and fell. And when he went to assisted living they discovered 2 pressure ulcers and he was missing most of his clothes. It is so disappointing to think that this terrible care can continue to happen in this day and age! Stay far away from here!

I don't like this place at all. It took forever for them to clean my loved one. They said they're short on staff.

Rehab therapy has been wonderful and most of the nurses are good but I was really frustrated for several days when my father first went in. There was a clerical error when my father was admitted. After several attempts to get this straightened out, finally, there was one nurse who listened to me, when no one else would, and fixed it. No one except that nurse cared to even look into what we were saying and she was able to get it all straightened out.

My loved one's therapy is going well. All of the aides are great! I feel as though the people paid lower do the best and as you work your way up the care lessens. There has been one nurse with a poor attitude but the majority of them have been friendly. I think they are understaffed. The food is tasteless. They seem to ignore his dietary requirements.

I spoke with the Director of Nursing hours upon hours about my complaints. All of the therapists have been good except for one. The one therapist was not encouraging or helpful. They do not smile after our conversations, they seem forced to be somewhat friendly.

My mother was here a long time ago and she had excellent care and it boggles my mind how much it has changed. Although, my loved one does like the meals and the cleanliness has been good. The nurses and aides have been helpful. From what I have seen the therapy has been good. The communication has been ok. I spoke with the social worker and I let her know the building seems to have grown but the care is worse.

Some of the staff are wonderful. The nurses are pretty good. It's clean and the meals are pretty decent. However they took her to the hospital and did not call us for 5 hours. I'm calling to try and find out things and leaving messages and no call backs.

I pulled her out I was not happy at all. The staff is very nice but there's not enough help. The meals came cold.

I was in there six years ago and they were wonderful. That's why we returned and now we are getting the shaft. One staff member that takes care of my loved one is wonderful. He also returned my call. He has compassion. It's very clean and nice from when I was there last. Some of the nurses are decent and some of them are not. They do not listen when he says he cannot have certain things and it is just shoved it at him. The nurses would not pick up the phone at the nurses' station. Her eggs were not cooked through and burnt on one side.

I never had the opportunity to visit this home because I live out of state and my mom was only there 8 days. We had planned to make a trip up north, but after only 8 days in this nursing home, my mom had a stroke. My mom went to the hospital and then to rehab. Although she was very mobile when she went into Phoebe, she is now (less than 1 month later), stuck in a wheelchair with very limited skills. I have to wonder how this happened to her.

This place needs help. you have about 1 good nurse and 1 good aid. Most are too lazy to really make you feel safe leaving your loved one. I slept in a recliner in my husbands room. They never offered me any assistance or kindness. They screwed up his meds and he had to go back to the hospital. Afterwards I found another rehab and they were fantastic. Lets see if this post makes it cause none of my other posts have.
