It's a very nice, pretty place. Mom enjoyed the library and gift shop. The physical therapist got my mother to move and did a really good job. One of the staff really brought a smile to my mother’s face. The staff were really good. Some were a bit abrupt or they say they have to check and never come back. She's used to steak and pork chops but was surprised that she had to go one a different diet. The communication was off about why her diet changed. Everyone had their breakfast but she was just lying there around 9-9:30. She would sit for about an hour when she needed to go to the bathroom.

The experience was decent.

When you finally get a hold of a nurse, they are great. All the RNs and LPNs are good. Compared to other places we have been, it is pretty clean. The aides' attitudes need to improve and be more helpful and cheerful. They should not zip in and out of the room. The nursing supervisor gave me their number for the nurses’ station, and that is the only way I get things done. You see a lot of different faces. He has been fine with his meals overall. Lunch is late and we were waiting for 25 minutes for help.

The lunches looked good. There were supposed to be more activities. For one thing, he does not walk well with a walker and I spoke with the facility - they are going are get him a wheelchair for the long distances. I was speaking with a nurse about his difficulties walking and the wheelchair issue and she took care of it right away. She called someone and got it taken care of with the wheelchair.

The staff are great and very attentive. One staff member helped me right away and got me the person I came there to speak with. She was so helpful. My father's enjoying the meals too. The facility does not have set visiting hours so I think at some point I would like to visit around 3 am just to make sure the care is just as good. There was miscommunication with father's paperwork; might not be their fault. I've addressed an issue with the Director of Nursing. The first shift were really good. They are very diligent and then as the shifts go on it drops off in quality.

The staff have been friendly. It is pretty clean. The meals looked good to me and she enjoys the meals. She is not getting much care and she is on hospice. I have not seen a nurse yet when I am there. They have not talked to us at all. Everyone needs to improve on communication.

The nurses are friendly. The dietitian is doing her best. One day the food was cold. The cooks are nice. As far as communication, the nurses are good and the CNAs, except when I call Phoebe I do not get return calls. Some of the therapists are excellent. They do not do the therapy long enough. I asked if they were going to get him out of bed and they said he needed his rest from the fall.

The therapists are diligent and persistent and know what they are doing. The staff are courteous and when you ask for something, they respond pretty quickly. They are all pretty eager to do their job! Mom seems to like the meals. I called and get answers but sometimes you have to wait. I do not like that they do not use bed alarms or bed rails. There are no rubber mats around the bed because they say they trip on them.

I have been there every day, and if I wasn't there, I am not sure on how things would go with her. I have been told that if you are on the left side, they are more attentive. It takes them a long time to get to her after she rings the bell. The staff are okay for the most part. You will have some that will get annoyed. I don't know who to go to. And I have yet to talk to the doctor. After a couple days, I think she has gotten the hang of the meals. She has been okay with most of it.

The staff were very helpful. The nurses would go up with her in the dining room to help her find something that she will eat. I know the residents can be fussy about the meals, but I have heard good comments from my mom. One of the nurses on the second floor really went out of her way for my mom. In the Miller building, depending on the time of day, it could be difficult to find someone on the floor. We had a rough patch for a couple days when she came back to Phoebe from the hospital. When people are leaving messages, they call from other peoples' phones. So when I call back that person is no longer available at that number. Also, we were trying to get some information from the nurses while moving mom's clothing from the Miller building, and it was kind of frustrating we couldn't get their attention. They had their children at the nurses' station.

The nurses have been great. Now they are checking on my mom more often. One of the night nurses has been wonderful to my mom. She did a great job. She is getting stronger with the therapy. She is coming along. It's very clean. It got much better when I went in and talked to them. I've observed the staff putting food in front of people who cannot pick it up. One woman needed weighted utensils and only once did they give them.

My loved one is doing real good from what they said but has a long way to go. Most of the staff are friendly. The facility looks clean to me. She says the food is very good.

This is our first time in a rehab. The food is very good!

We like the nurses. The staff are friendly. Communication is excellent and they call every day. It's very clean and the meals are fantastic. However, some aides are good and some not. You have to wait 30 minutes to go to the bathroom They seem short staffed.

Rehab is going well. My mom started therapy and she had OT yesterday and it went well and PT today. She was admitted Friday night and I did not feel they had enough care over the weekend. I do not think we have had much communication. They need to contact us more often with my sister and myself. My mom does not know what is going on with her care. We have to go to the nurses.

The therapy services are outstanding here. The staff is very communicative and keep me up to date on his care. They have reached out to me to discuss a discharge plan. They are really a great team.

So far the experience is going well for my mother and our family. Sometimes the staff makes appointments without keeping us in the loop, so there is some miscommunication. The night nurses are excellent. I see the night shift, and they are great.

My loved one says she has to push the call bell several times before anyone comes to help. The bed is uncomfortable, but it is clean. The meals are good. The nurse and doctor both called me.

At first it was good but it is not as good now. I kept asking for certain things like certain medication. He does not like to complain but he tells me. He had an appointment yesterday and the doctor said that is ridiculous and he gave him another prescription. I still do not know what they are doing about this issue.

The staff is very helpful. The food is cold though.
