The experience with Phoebe Berks Health Care Center has been excellent! We are happy with every aspect. We would definitely recommend it.

The level of care and what they offer is so much different than other facilities. They treat her as though she is a person. They are exceptional at what they do.

My loved one's stay seems to be going well at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center. I talk to her on a daily basis and there have not been any complaints. She seems to be very happy with the care she is receiving. I would recommend Phoebe to a friend.

It is well staffed and well run. They are caring people and take the time to make sure my loved one is neat and tidy and to the places he needs to be at the right time.

They are right on the ball, they take care of their patients. They know them by name and they are personable. They are just very attentive and they work with my loved one according to his limits. His meals have been excellent. The wait staff is very attentive and they know him by name. Administration, if we have issues or questions, that's who we speak to, and they are very knowledgeable.

I have had a positive experience! I felt the care all around was good. I appreciated the aides especially. There's one or two aides that are not quite as friendly. I've seen some things, like dust on the curtains. We haven't heard anything about my loved one's care.

It is awesome there. Everything is clean and the food is good. The staff have been attentive. One of the nurses have been very attentive and calls me almost every night to update me on my loved one.

I saw my loved one today and I thought she was walking a lot better after being at Phoebe Richland! It looks like she learned a lot with her therapy. The nursing care was very good. I would definitely recommend Phoebe to a friend. In fact, I have also had my sister in law here as well as my girlfriend along with her husband. The communication was wonderful!

It's clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The therapy department is excellent and they have several therapists that work with my loved one. The staff are very helpful and friendly. She is a picky eater but they provide her with options and I find that helpful. Any questions I ask I get the answers immediately!

It has been good and they are very good at passing on information with medication and updates. The social worker is good at keeping in contact with me step by step.

My loved one had a good experience at Phoebe Richland Health Care Center. He was there for physical therapy which he did really well with. There really isn't anything I can mention that they can improve. The only thing that gave me trouble was the visitor check-in/check out system but I think that was just me having to learn it. The staff, who were all very friendly, helped me with it. It was funny. I would definitely recommend Phoebe to a friend.

It's good. It is clean, nice, and comfortable. Everyone is nice.

I thought they were wonderful! The room was a little dark but it was fine. It was a hundred times cleaner than the hospital. They accommodated with the food and a special and standard menu.
