Everything went so well at this facility with my mother. I have nothing but good things to say about Phoebe. No complaints so far - it's excellent! Everybody was very friendly, especially the nurses and therapy department. The meals were always hot and looked good. It's always getting cleaned. They always gave my mom her medication when it was needed. I would walk up to nurses’ station, they were always very helpful.

Oh my goodness - this facility is amazing. That is why we have my mother at Phoebe: the excellent care they provide. I would recommend the facility and I have! The nurses are the heart of the rehab and a big part of what makes it so great. The list would go on and on if I mentioned all of the staff members that have especially helped my mother. There are too many to mention. The chaplain has not only has he helped my mother out immensely but he has provided such great services to myself going through this transitional time as a family. Doing chaplain services myself, I go into many facilities. So when I say Phoebe is the best I mean it. My mother really enjoys her food here. When her condition allows her to enjoy the meals she raves about them. I have had amazing communication from the facility. The people take all the time you need to help have been so good about calling. They do not just call during times when it would be mandated by law that they reach out to the family - they have also been very good about calling to provide information and updates. I have really appreciated that.

It was a very nice facility and the people are very nice. I am very pleased with it. The staff are very friendly and it's very clean.

Five stars for everything! From the cleanliness to the care, everything was excellent all the way around! I have nothing but good things to say about our experience with the facility. Everybody was kind and generous. Really, all of the staff were helpful. It was clean through and through, in every area.

The nursing department is great. The PT is terrific. My loved one's medical needs are pretty significant, and they are very, very good at that. My only negative on the whole facility is that it is a little bit shabby and could use some sprucing up.

The nursing staff is very professional. It's wonderful and they do a great job. I am very pleased. It's very clean. My dad is adapting to the stay very well. He is being well taken care of. The administration office is very nice. My father like the day shift nurses. They are very, very good. He is turning into a grump, but they put up with him! Every day we go in there they have been helpful and accommodating. He is getting good occupational therapy, but the physical therapist is not always there when they say they will be. Which disappoints my dad. The meals looks pretty good darn good to me. They look delicious to be honest with you. I think my dad would like more choices. He is tired of chicken. The dining hall is impeccably clean. They have wonderful social services department. I am very happy with our social worker, she is very informative. She and I have nice understanding of when she has to call.

Phoebe Berks is such a great facility. I tell people, look, if you have parents who are in a similar situation and you are caring for them at home - take them here! They are also awesome with their communication. I need to start writing staff names down. There are so many staff members that have been helpful throughout this process. The nurses at this facility do such a good job. The nurses are personable and approachable, they are willing to provide feedback and they are always available when we need them. They have truly made it a pleasant experience. The 6-8pm shift has been especially helpful. The front admin assistant has also been very, very helpful. My mother loves the meals, and especially I would like to mention that my mother is loving the desserts! I will say I would like to see better security at the front of the building for the facility.

The speech therapist was amazing. One of the physical therapists was very helpful. Also, there is an aide on the short-term stay side who is AMAZING! The staff are so good about working in sync between departments. I feel as though I do not have to repeat myself and explain the situation when I am asking a question because they are so aware. Also my loved one is loving the ice cream!

The staff is great. Everybody socializes with each other. They have events all throughout the day. They are very friendly and easy to talk to. We have been very impressed. They have wonderful food, too - they have a caterer that comes in.

The staff are very nice and pleasant. The nurse practitioner is very, very good and the other nurse was very kind and caring. The food is good. I receive phone calls, too. Two therapists came and were very kind and patient and knew what they were doing.

They are doing good job! They are all friendly. We just love the soups.

I already have recommended the facility! The staff have been stellar. They are good about the cleanliness! I appreciated the communication, it just became slightly confusing at times because it was so extensive! If you ask my dad, he would say the meals were better during his last visit. It might also have to do with his dietary changes though.

It has been very good so far. He just started therapy, he is doing very well. He can get up and walk around - although he knows he not supposed to! The nurses are very good. I have no problems with anybody. He is happy with the food.

Five plus stars! I was in fact here for therapy as well - that is why I wanted my loved one to go here!

My parents were both there. Everyone was very nice. The nurses are excellent. The staff are very friendly.

So far, it seems like great care. Everything I have experienced with the whole process has been really good. They have been very helpful. They try to keep me up to date. They are pretty friendly.

The nurses are wonderful people - a lot on their plates. Mom likes the meals! She was there before and so that is why we wanted her back at this facility. They need more staff help though. They ought to give more than one rehab a day. More therapy would help her get better faster.
