We are still figuring out our way around this community. I will say they are willing to work with us with our concerns we have. It is a clean community, but they could do a better job with the minor cleaning around the community. About 60% of the care staff is good and very caring. The other 40 could use some more dedication to their job. The executive director is great. I haven't noticed many activities offered. We take care of her meals, but their meals look nice. It is still a work in progress for us here.

The staff here is great. They really care and that makes us very happy. I would recommend to friends or family.

Memory Care Living is a small facility but that works to its advantage in that the staff gets to know a new patient very quickly and knows their likes and dislikes very soon after they become residents. Staff are very friendly and interact with patients in many ways. There are many activities that are selected for various residents' abilities. There is also entertainment brought in from outside such as musicians. PT and OT come in to work with residents. Each resident has their own room; the rooms are pleasant and cozy. Meals are prepared in the kitchen. It is very much a home-like atmosphere.

If a friend asked about my experience I would say the staff is not always on top of things as I would like but I do like the fact that the staff to resident ratio is good- only 7 residents right now. Additionally, I wish it was a little cleaner. Overall, I would recommend Fox Trail for someone needing strictly a memory care facility.

They say give them time to improve things with the new owners. But it seems like a lot of things walk off, we don't want to make a big deal with them and then it effects how they treat my loved one. Definitely a lack of communication with staff not understanding English and having to talk to Supervisors. The supervisors are also hard to reach. So I would say the place is clean, but patients are not getting much attention to their needs for what they are paying. I guess we notice since someone is there visiting my loved one just about everyday. Most people don't get many visitors. And you really can't take the word of the people staying there with the nature of memory care and things.

It does not seem like there are a lot of activities for the residents there. For the meals and dining, I have visited when they are cooking or cleaning up, our loved one seems satisfied and the food smells good. Otherwise I have no real experience. I moved my mom from a different facility to Fox Trail So. River. My initial agreement was for [fee removed] per month. Her monthly fees are well over [fee removed] plus I am obligated to provide hygiene supplies in addition to the facility fees. Fox is a nicer facility than the original assisted living facility my mom was in however it became more costly. My mom will be transferring again as she now needs to apply for Medicaid. The facility director is very responsive to calls & is very kind and helpful. She is extremely compassionate.

We thought that it would be a good place for our loved one, but they kept some money that we are due and haven't received all the money. My loved one wasn't there for a full month, and was there for 24 days. She contracted COVID and they had two employees who came back from other countries. I believe the workers should not have been at work, and should have been under quarantine due to COVID possibilities. The workers were very nice while my loved on was there. They charged us for April when she died the month prior. There hasn't been any responsiveness for my calls or emails to the community. I have sent four emails and had to put other employees on the email before they would respond. I would call and make voicemails and there was never any answer. There has been no courtesy for a reply.

We chose Fox trail because we thought it was the best fit for my father, but he actually needed more care than they were able to provide. The room sizes here are small. The food looked very good. I would recommend this community for people who are more independent.

Beautiful faucity, a bit out of our price range. But it's warm and inviting, and comfortable, staff was friendly. Monday was very kind, and helpful. Would recommend.

We toured here, it was very cute. I didn't like how small the rooms were. I didn't like the idea of a shared bathroom, and one of them smelled kind of musty like mold or mildew, but not like urine. They are getting ready to renovate it so I may check it out again, to see how it looks after.

Great place for later stage dementia.

Not impressed. When we arrived residents on couch watching tv...but most of them sleeping. His mom needs more of apartment like set up rather than house set up. The facility was clean and residents looked well cared for and was secure. Just not good fit for his mom. His mom was very upset with us for looking at the facility. She did not like it all.

My friend is here, I know he's been doing fine over there it's just that he's been having some medical issues, his memory is getting really bad. His lady friend called me saying he had to go to the hospital but everything with Green Brook is fine, if there was anything bad his lady friend would have called. The place is fine, it's just that it's a memory care. This place is okay, it's nothing great, I wouldn't want to be there even if I had Alzheimer's, maybe its just because he has it and it's depressing. It could do with a little updating, the outside is nice but inside it's dark and not comfortable.

All Alzheimers. Aging in place philosophy. Fixed price that does not rise with increased need for care. Staffing is 1:4 days, 1:5 nights. Shared bathrooms may be an issue.

They could use some work on communication and better attention to patient care. They do have new director who came in about four weeks ago. She has some type of nursing background and seems to be doing a better job and trying. Our family is getting more phone calls and information, and we hope that things will continue to improve with the new director.

There was one really good caretaker named [name removed]. The rest of the staff was not attentive. It was never clear what meds he was taking and you could not see a med sheet. He was not allowed to lay down in his room. He was in pain and eventually they took him to the hospital where he died later that evening.

I toured this community and I was disappointed. The rooms were small and not very nice, very small community, not a lot of activity going on. Not what we were looking for.

No activities residents just sit and brains get no exercise

The facility is very small with limited parking. The staff were nice but I felt my mother would need a more active community.

I was not impressed with this place at all during my tour of the facility. It was very loud and noisy throughout the building and everything just felt very disorganized. I was also not a fan of the layout they had, the rooms where very tiny and unmanageable in my opinion. It just would not have been the right fit for my mother.
