We moved our mother in two months ago. We have a big family but everyone agreed to move Mom to Fox Trail, and we are so happy. We take turns visiting, and sitting with her is very nice. The staff is welcoming and never rushes our visits. Thank you!

Small 16 resident community, that feels more like a group home than an institution, which is a strong positive. Excellent Executive Director. Activities leader brings a lot of positive energy. Staffing is the determining factor in making a memory care facility work. The staff is trained and has the right temperment. Every role is challenging. The Director has to retain and attract good staff, in a ever changing job market. She is doing an excellent job.

I'm very happy with Fox Trail. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. They care about their patients. The facility makes them feel like they're at home. I have no complaints.

We chose Fox Trail because after touring a couple other places we felt this would be the best fit. We really liked that it is a smaller facility and they only specialize in memory care. This particular unit there are only 16 residents so the care is more personalized and we knew she would get the attention that she needed. We like that the bathrooms are in the hallway so if she falls someone would be able to find her right away. They have been really great at answering our questions and they address our concerns. I would recommend them to others and already have.

Foxtrail has been a great experience for my mom who has dementia. The staff are so caring and go above and beyond expectations. Their care and dedication to providing residents and their families the highest quality expert care makes me feel that my mother is safe, mentally and physically healthy, stimulated, and most of all happy! The staff here are amazing!

Wonderful experience

My sister entered FTMC in [date removed] -just as COVID was taking over the world. It was a painful and agonizing decision, but Fox Trail was incredibly helpful and encouraging from the beginning. The transition went so well, it felt like a miracle. My sister made a phenomenal adjustment and so did I. I have not regretted my decision for a second.

It has truly been a blessing to find Fox Trail Memory Care in Princeton for our mom. The care that the staff provides has been second to none. Especially during quarantine, the steps taken to keep mom and the other residents safe was above and beyond the state guidelines and my expectations. Moving mom into Fox Trail has been the best decision we made for our mother's Alzheimer's care.

We had a great experience with Fox Trail Memory Care. We chose this facility at the time because of the location and the value for the money. The room sizes here were also very nice. The staff went above and beyond to meet my father in laws needs. We really enjoyed the openness for family to visit at anytime, they were great about that. I would definitely recommend them.

My father has been living at Fox Trail, in Cresskill, New Jersey for the past three months. While transitioning is never easy, especially for someone with his particular problems, [name removed] the house manager and her staff have been incredibly helpful and understanding towards my Dad. My father looks great, loves the food is very fond of the staff! . I recently visited him and he told me the aide who brought him out to see me was "his favorite." The staff is very caring and patient, considering the circumstances. I'm also very impressed with how they are handling this pandemic that we are presently living through. They are so careful about scheduling appointments for visiting so there are no worries about coming in contact with others who you do not know. Nicola also sends me pictures and videos and we have ongoing discussions about medication changes and his physical needs. She's also been very sensitive towards my mother who likes to visit with my father as much as possible. The entire staff is very dedicated to their residents, which I really appreciate.

One thing we really liked about this community was that it was a smaller then our loved ones previous community, the location is pretty close to home and its brand new. Our loved one is currently in a joint room, sharing a bathroom but has separate bedrooms. The staff has done a very good job with handling the virus, no one has passed away due to it

We chose this community because of the location and I was concerned about the care she was getting at the previous facility. This is a more intimate facility, so you get a more personal experience. The room sizes are standard medium/small bedroom size. If you want something specific for food, you are able to bring it in. My favorite part about Fox Trail is the individual attention that residents receive.

Fox Trail Memory Care in South River is the answer to my prayers. My Mom is well taken care of in this home-like community. All of her needs are met and I can sleep soundly at night knowing she is in good hands. I highly recommend this facility for anyone suffering from dementia/Alzheimer's.

Mom lived there for the last 3 years. It was home and the staff were family. They made the last few years of Moms life happy and comfortable. They provided my family and I support and comfort at the end of Moms life. I don't know what I would have done without the wonderful Woodcliff Lake team.

The staff are terrific. Everyone is so warm and caring. The environment is perfect for someone with Dementia

Very intimate. Each resident is well attended to. The limited number of residents makes for very personalized care. Very clean, staff is very friendly.

I really like this community, and my mother is doing great since her move to this community. She likes it here, and everything is working out very well. I know she is safe, and in good hands. This is a community I would recommend, it is working out well for my family.

Prior to moving my mother into Memorycare Living Hillsdale we had very disturbing experiences at two other dementia care facilities so we were nervous. I really cannot convey how absolutely wonderful we have all been treated at Hillsdale!!! In no uncertain terms it has exceeded our expectations. They are kind, gentle and really recognize and address the individual's particular needs. They interact with the family members, as well as their residents with compassion, concern and empathy that I am certain cannot be rivaled anywhere else. My mother had been labeled combative, was overly medicated and not really kept clean which seemed to add to her agitation and discomfort elsewhere. Since she has moved into the Hillsdale house we have not had a single phone call or report regarding her behavior. She is calm and comfortable. This is because the pay attention to her needs and what she wants. This is such a relief. We are so grateful to all. [Removed] are both sincere and willing to accommodate on so many different levels. I recommend them highly with no reservation at all.

Shes doing a lot better! She was confused at first and thought she was going home. The house nurse [Removed] is so good with her. She's so loving and compassionate. She spends one one one time with her and even sends pictures of her to me![Removed] was also very helpful during the admissions process. I love the people and the home here!
