Pacifica is a very nurturing and professional community. The staff not only love what they do, but go above and beyond with the care they give. My dad feels so cared for. Pacifica is now and forever a part of our family. Dad is getting the care he needs and we have peace of mind.

Happy family, happy mom

I toured this community ofr my grandfather a year ago. At the time, we thought he would be able to move in but he needed a lot more care did to his hospice state. But the community is lovely and the staff are very kind and friendly and I would recommend them.

The atmosphere was very home like and inviting. The staff was very kind and the residents were engaged in trivia or walking around. I enjoyed how it wasn't a closed unit but a home where they could wander.

Best community to live in. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, and the activiites are amazing. [name removed] the AD is great. There's always someone to help around the building and you can go out back and enjoy nature or go for a job.

Unique cottage style community with an outdoor space for seniors to walk around in a locked environment. Seniors can visit their neighbors within the community . Happy hours are fun in the courtyard. The homelike set up offers the opportunity to staff to see the seniors witching an eyesight view.

Warm Environment
My review of the Pacifica Senior living is to communicate what a warm and fun environment it is for the residents. Our houses are unique in that the residents have a large courtyard access to each house. Outside activities are featured when the weather permits and a common place the residents sit and chat with their friends from all of the houses. The nursing staff is excellent and the Resident Care supervisor is top notch. A new Executive Director is in place and has many years in various levels residential care.

Welcoming Facility
The staff is very caring and helpful to my mother and brother. The facility has recently remodeled the common areas with new paint, flooring and new table and chairs in the dining room. The facility has a welcoming feeling as soon as you enter it. The facility seems to be short staffed on Saturdays and it may take longer for the residents to get help. I also noticed that they are training new staff so hopefully this concern will be resolved.

Cozy and kindness
The “cottage” setting is unique and refreshing with each cottage being accessible to all of the residents. This way, they visit with their friends and can go to activities offered in the other cottages. A lot of fun activities and a “happy hour” of entertainment on Fridays! The meals are provided by an excellent experienced Chef and her staff.
