This place provides Excellant care for the residence and peace of mind for the families. Priceless!It was the best decision I made regarding my husbands care. They took such good care of him. They relieved all my worries. And my husband was so happy there . We picked this community, because they are friendly, kind and caring staff. Many activities for residence and families. Good food.

We picked this community, because of the cleanliness, interaction of staff with patients(caring g & kind), home like atmosphere.It was a great place to take your loved one, BUT BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS. I would recommend it for ALL THE REASONS I HAVE ALREADY listed.

Pacifica has been extremely beneficial to my mom and our family. We were lucky to find them. I was an Oakland policeman and knew about the facility. I always express my appreciation for the work and patience the staff members display day in and day out.

All 5s! I couldn't have selected a better place for my mom. She is a completely different person after moving there. She is so happy and loves everything about it! The entire staff are incredible! We would recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families! It's really a wonderful and caring place. The keep all residents active with a daily itinerary of fun things to do that stimulate them. Before, in her old place, my mom was very depressed and almost catatonic. Even with her dementia, I haven't seen her this happy and active in years.

Un like all the other places we met with It was obvious that [name removed] and the team at the Meridian had customer service and what was most important to us our grandmothers health, happiness and ongoing wellness at the forefront of every conversation and interaction we had with staff, hands-down a proven excellent decision! It really gave us the piece of mind we never thought possible. Forever grateful

Moving Mom to Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was the best decision we could have made. Our whole family is sleeping better at night knowing that Mom is living her best life here. My mom is now surrounded with new friends who encourage her to join in different groups. She's always busy and laughing when I call. The staff is super friendly and patient. They are laid back and easy to communicate with. The residents are very welcoming. Everything is just EASY! Definitely worth the money. The food is top notch and plentiful. The neighborhood is just the right size for walking and filled with shade trees. It's easy to forget how close everything is because you feel like you're in the woods. It's beautiful. I would 100% recommend this facility to friends and family.

Let me just start off by me saying the staff here is great very welcoming, very polite, and when come to explaining the way of living here at Pacifica would be wonderful i can see they answer all our questions and show all the good perks of living here,like a movie room game room a study room also where assistance living and independent living are together make me feel where everyone is treated the same this is the place I will put my uncle to live out his life he will be close to family and we can visit just about anytime we would like ,I want to give a shout out to [name removed] I really appreciate her looking out for me and my family for information she gave us it help us out alot she is the best she ,really help my process easy and made me and my family relax and feel good about this place

It’s a great building undergoing many upgrades—a great location with friendly and happy staff and residents.Communication has been good. We picked this community, because it's an attractive apartment at a reasonable monthly rate. I want to be able to transition my Mother in Law to independent living when the time comes.

It is a nice peaceful place and the surrounding neighbors that I met were very mindful and appreciative of the care taken to keep the place up I really like everyone I et on the staff and they were all super nice.

My mother lives at Altavista. The staff there is very kind and gentle . I needed a ride for my mom to a doctors appointment and [name removed] was wonderful ! She was very prompt and courteous. I would recommend Alta Vista has a place to care for your loved one..

Helpful and pleasant. Willing to make everything right for my mother to move it. Everything was clean ad bright all residents appeared to be happy and well cared for. Food looks and smell wonderful.

My loved one is currently a resident at Pacifica Senior Living San Leandro. Things have been mostly great for him here at this facility. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is okay. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Our Dad has been at Pacifica for 2+ years. We have had experience with other facilities for Dad & other family members. We can say from first hand experience, that Pacifica is the BEST. It starts & ends with their staff. Every one of them is wonderful & caring. They are genuinely sweet, caring & patient with all the residents…..everyday..! The rooms & facilities are clean & well taken care of. They frequently coordinate field trips for the residents. We often get personal texts or calls on how our Dad is doing. There is not one reason we would relocate Dad. We give them the highest possible marks.

The staff at Pacifica Menifee are very helpful and care for everyone there .. When one of my Aunts went to they hospital, they really stepped up and checked on the other very often.. Super happy with the whole experience.. [name removed] the care coordinator is great.

We did a tour for future living dor our mother. Doreen was excellent. All the staff we met were friendly. Everyone looked like they enjoy their jobs. The facility is clean and the meals looked delicious. This will be one of our top picks.

I came in not knowing what to expect. When my husband and I got there, we were greeted with huge smiles and a sense of welcome. The activities were so fun to see and the residents seemed to be very involved and happy! As we toward the rest of the facility, the spaces were clean the rooms were beautiful and it seemed like a cozy home like setting. We will definitely be considering bringing mom to stay!
