Great staff caregivers are friendly and helpful. Lots of fun activities for my grandfather. Excellent facility and clean everywhere. [Removed] always greet me with a smile and tail wag at the door. Very comfortable knowing my grandfather is here and well taken care of. Feels like a great home for him and it’s even better that he loves it too. Thank you, Pacifica!!!

In my job as hospice social worker. I visit many assisted living facilities and Pacifica senior care is amongst the best. They have warm, well trained staff that understand. The needs of the residents and their families and provide the upmost care. Their dementia care unit is well staffed and each resident there is able to receive a lot of attention.

Pacifica is an amazing place. My mom is comfortable living here and she has become friendly with the staff. They have been very attentive to her needs and care.

I want to commend [Removed] who is the director at Pacifica in Northridge. She has gone above and beyond in guiding us with the care of our uncle. She is the best director we have encountered from his being at a number of assisted living facilities over the years, and is always available to speak to me and my family about my uncle’s care. We are most grateful she is the director of Pacifica in Northridge and hope she stays for many years to come.

What a great place or should I say home for family. Everyone is so compassionate and caring. They treat resident like their own family. Staff is very helpful and sincere. They have activities every day for the residents and once a week outings, so the residents will not get bored. The facility is always clean, and the bathroom, dining area, everywhere.

I found the Park Lane to be warm and inviting. The dining room was spotless and the employees congenial and efficient. The quality of the apartment I considered was impeccable and the floor plan perfect for my needs. Upgrades such as granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms were another obvious plus. The deck along the full length of the rear of the apartment added yet another positive demention. I plan to eventually take up residency here and hopefully that will be in the not too distant future.

Beautiful facility. Too pricy

I went on a tour here and they answered all of my questions. These are little cottages and they all came to a common dining room to eat together. All they had was a studio and dad was looking for a 1bdrm. The staff seemed personable and attentive.

We toured at Pacifica first, and met [Removed], who was very nice. My loved one has moved in to the community, and she has a very spacious 800 square foot apartment. She seems to be warming up pretty well to the community overall. The food is great, the people are very nice, and it is definitely a clean facility. I would certainly recommend Pacifica Senior Living to other families.

The poinsettias are beautiful and much appreciated.
