Spoke with community relations director and was given the tour of the facility. She was extremely pleasant and most helpful. I could sense that she is very good at her job and takes pride in her responsibilities here.

This is very hard for me. I know my parents need a secure community for their safety. But I am an only child and I am not doing very well handling this. But Pacifica is definetly helping me deal and reassuring me I made a great choice.

My mom has gotten very, very forgetful and has fallen several times. The Doctor had mentioned now is the time to start looking. I toured Pacifica and I like what I saw. I hope to move mom in soon.
