I am very impressed with the staff. They work hard with little recognition. The feedback we receive helps us with our doctors. The staff issues medications so we don't have to worry about medication. One staffer give every resident a hug at the end of her shift.

I am writing to say thanks to you and your wonderful staff. As you know, I spend several nights at Pacifica Senior Living Millcreek last month with my parents. I was impressed with the concern and understanding the entire staff showed my Dad after his surgery. The nurses and aids were so patient and gentle even when my Dad wasn't feeling his happy, cheerful self. I appreciate the dining room servers who made it so nice for me to eat in the dining room. They were cheerful and knew exactly when my parents wanted for breakfast every morning. I also appreciatedhappy moods and friendly conversation with the housekeeping ladies as they cleaned the apartment and folded my parents laundry. Your team of employees is extraordinary. It's obvious that they care about every resident. I feel fortunate that my parents are able to live at Pacifica Millcreek. Thank you and see you again soon.
